Jack was great to deal with. Laid everything out on the table up front. He was really friendly and professional. Even though I did not purchase a car from them this time, I will definitely consider them for my next automobile need.

Jack at Webster Motors is a pleasure to work with. He is HONEST and is happy to help you, even if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from another dealer. Purchasing a car from Webster's wasn't a pushy experience, and was a far cry from the experiences we had at other dealerships. We will buy from them again and we will most certainly send our friends and family their way! Thankful for their care for customers above everything else.

Very professional, kind, and non-pushy. This place was a pleasure to deal with. They were very accommodating with our test drive. If they get another vehicle that we would like to make an offer on, we will most definitely buy here!!

I have mixed feelings about Webster. I have used them for service for years, because Shane does good work for a fair price, However, I once asked if I could park my car in the back lot for a couple of days, and when I came back, the owner-not Shane had towed my car, because I had parked a few feet away from where they had told me, and said i would have to pay the tow bill to get my car back. When I asked him to help out with the bill, he basically told me to screw off. Apparently his reputation wasn't worth paying any part of the $50 towing bill. To beat it all, when confronted about it later, they denied ever having done it, and blamed it on the people they leased the property from. This is not the kind of person I could ever feel comfortable doing business with.

Great people to deal with, very honest and not pushy. If they don't have what u want they work with you to find it, plus great mechanic on duty that does quality work. I like it's a local family type business not a big chain rip off like new car lots.

I'm from Iowa, Webster motors is in Tennessee. I had found a rust free van on the internet as in Iowa all the vehicles I was enquiring were rusted / rotted. Since to minute I had came. Into contact with these great guys. They were more than acomadating. They had sent me every picture I requested. Had everything arranged. I flew down. Was in and out. Made sure the vehicle was road trip ready and even threw in a oil change. These guys are great. Go over and beyond for there customers. Way to go guys!!!!!
