I see a lot of negative feedback on here due to wait times for most people. However, I came in today at 7 am to get 3 new tires put on. I was in and out within an hour. Certainly not a bad place to go, just show up early before they get busy and you ll be done quick. Kinda common sense, but it seems that isn t common knowledge to others. The guys working on the car were super friendly, and I had no issues.Service: Tires

affordable, fast, and reliable usually ...however, I asked them to save my tire so I could use for a spare since I was replacing 2 and 1 was still good... but they disposed of it, disregarding my request. now I'm about to be out another $150 for a spare, when I had a perfectly good one had they been paying attention.

Damaged my rim putting new tires on and tried to say it was pre-existing damage when it wasn't. Fresh marring and black rubber came off in my finger, and they kept claiming it was "old damage" because of the black, when it's from the tire being taken off or installed being caught on the fresh metal rim damage. They insisted it wasn't on them when I knew it hadn't been there before. Waited a long time to hear from someone before I just took my paperwork and left. Otherwise there was great communication before that and they were pleasant to work with. I wasn't upset about it, but I wish they would've made this right. Since the damage is right on the tire, I hope it holds...Service: Tires

Nothing against the store itself. However I ordered 6 tires for the same truck. Only 2 are correct. The last order I placed to hopefully get 2 correct tires with arrival date in 6 days quickly changed to next day shipping. I believe the 2 wrong tires I returned to the store was shipped directly from the store itself to my house. Now they are out of the tire I ordered.

I stopped by this morning to have a headlight replaced and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Awesome service and super convenient!

My truck wouldn't start in the Walmart parking lot after shopping. I walked around to the auto department to ask if they could test my battery. A gentleman named "Brandon" came out to try to jump it. when it wouldn't start, he took the battery out for me and took it in to test it. Battery was perfectly fine. He assisted all he could but never could get it started. He went above and beyond in trying to help me. I will most certainly use their auto department when I need to. Thank you Brandon for your help. Most people do NOT go this far to try to help someone with out making money off of it. * * * * *

After 3+ hours they said they weren't able to change my oil. I went to Valvoline the same day and they changed my oil, alerted me to online coupons and got me out in 30 minutes.

I have no problem with the service or the people that work there. They ve been very good. However, it would be nice if you had someone to answer your phone. I ve tried calling multiple times to get information before driving there and the system keeps hanging up. Walmart management needs to hire more people to handle customer service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Save your time. Every time I go there for service it s a 3 hr wait before my car will even get touched, no matter what time you show up.Today was the last straw, showed up when they opened, was told a 2 hr wait, when I said I would wait for my car was then told it would be at least 4 hr wait (this was said within 30 seconds of telling me the 2 hr).Don t think they have any idea what they are doing, as the service I needed was change tires and another time was a balance.I believe they tell you a ridiculous waiting time so you will leave and they won t have to work. Either way save your time and go elsewhere.(Went to pep boys and waited 5 min - with no appt and it was cheaper than Walmart)

Worst experience the tech was rude and we were there for 3 HOURS to get 1 tire change. We were advised it would be 1.5 hour wait. That was fine we had other things to purchase 3 hours later and my husband having to go off we finally got our car.

Went there today to get a tire leak patched. Waited 15 minutes just to be acknowledged by the greeter. When I asked how long the wait, he sneered and said 2 hours plus. The 2 hours didn't bother me, but he was so rude in tone. I asked when he suggested I come for less wait time and he said, "Never. Well, maybe at 7am. " His tone was very poor and definitely left me with the impression I will never go back there. Too may other, friendly hhiices within a mile drive. And just for his attitude, I have no interest ingiving the store my business!

Tried to use them twice in the last 3 months. Once I was told it would take 4 hours to do 1 tire, the next time I was told they didn't have what I needed in stock and to go to Firestone. Both times I sat in line a few minutes while people stood at the bay and looked at me.

Auto center employees at Norris Freeway Walmart are miserable and rude. Bought four new tires and had a flat a week or so late, went back to get flat fixed and was told they couldn't find anything in it but they patched a hole in the tire. Had another flat on the same tire a week or so later and went back

Literally the worst Walmart auto center in the southeastern United States never answers a phone call don t come out to great you when you show up and will do or say anything to get out of being able to perform work on your vehicle
