Replaced a battery and took a reasonable amount of time (10-20 minutes) without making an appointment. Cheeked my tire pressure for me as well beforehand. Most importantly saved me $80 compared to Pepboys/Autozone for the same battery.Cons: they don't answer the phone because they don't usually have anyone manning the customer service counter.

Took my vehicle in to get an oil change, they broke my dipstick which I had just used a day prior with no issues, and they did not offer to fix it or compensate me for it. Now I have to take it to an actual mechanic for them to pull the dipstick housing off. Oh and they didn't even change my oil. It's cheap for a reason people.

So. It is very frustrating not to get anyone on the phone, but I scheduled my appointment for tire installation and even though they do not have an early morning key drop. The manager in store tool my key with a note for service request notes. Again, kind of irritating to not have anyone answer the phone, but since I booked appointment online, I got updates on check-in, service and completion. It was completed pretty quick and correctly.

First couple times using their services, I was impressed. Inexpensive oil change that was done relatively quickly. The last couple times have been very different, however. This morning I waited in my car at open for 30 minutes only to be told that their two service techs decided to not show up to work today. No one bothered coming out to tell me. I had to walk around the building, into the store to find someone. We had a good run, but I will not risk a repeat of this experience.

Getting the free road hazard coverage for the tires, or worse paying for it, is useless when there is always a 5 hr wait or come back tomorrow as an answer. Not very convenient when you have a flat needing fixed.

We went to Walmart to get 2 new tires that we purchased from them on the front of my car (a front wheel drive car btw) and also got a new engine air filter (the filter under the hood) replaced that I also purchased there. Well they decided that they were gonna put the new tires on the back and rotate the old back tires to the front how dumb can they be. Also they told us that we bought the wrong filter and decided to refund the filter we bought and replaced it with a cabin filter which is not what we wanted making the original filter i bought the correct one and argued that we didn't buy the filter even though we had a receipt they looked really dumb at this point. So overall these people at the parkside auto center have no clue what they are doing and I would advise everyone to stay away from there the walbrook auto center is much better or even stay away from Walmart auto center completely because they are not very bright people.

You boys could've had some business if you had simply bothered to answer a phone. I put my phone on speaker and waited literally an hour while I worked. Just got transferred back to the front store four times over that space of time, where your co-workers actually pick up ringing phones, and all they could do was try to transfer me back to you. Where I can only assume you paragons of work ethic are too busy vacantly staring at walls or playing with yourselves in the bathroom or whatever to walk ten yards to pick up a phone that's been ringing for an hour.

I was pleased with the service I received. On every new car I have had for the last number of years one of the first things I do is purchase a lifetime balance and rotation. I have the tires balanced and rotated plus oil changed in 5 000 mile increments. That makes it easy to keep up with.

I regret coming here. After they changed my oil I found a crack on my oil filter cap. I guess you pay for what you buy. Don t recommend coming here if you want things done the right way.

Went to get oil changed and it told over 2 1/2 hrs. When I finally got tired of waiting for them to call my cell we walked to auto center, and they were closed for the day! Had to go to customer service to pay and get my keys... Looking at the invoice I saw that that my car had been ready for over 1/2 an hour. They also wrotemy phone number down wrong, but they could have tried to page us over the intercom to get our attention.

Most definitely would recommend getting your tires or oil changed here.

I picked up a fifth wheel that had been "inspected and repaired" that needed to be pulled down to low country in SC from west of Nashville. Well it blew a tire, caught a hole in another, then caught some steel belt in a third, and wrapped the whole spindle up I steel belt. This trip has been awful, but you know what? WalMart had four tires in stock in the size I needed. They had an extension cord and an inverter to get my electric impact running so I could repair these busted brake hubs. They had three guys who were able to work with me to get enough tires on that I could get the rest of this 18k pound trailer to Walmart to get the other two tires replaced. They were quick, polite, tires and valve stems replaced correctly. These guys did a bang up job, and while it's annoying that I couldn't pay for the whole job up front because of some system limitation or procedure they have... The work got done and got done well. I really appreciate you guys. I should be pulling in to the house by now, but I still have ten hours of driving one I leave here because of an unlucky weekend of mechanical issues, but at least I get to leave and these guys helped make that happen. If you were working in the auto center 5/16/21 then my hat is off to you. Thank you so much.

I was 3rd car in line for an oil change (1 of which was already being worked on). I was told 1.5 hours til they got to my car, which is a bit extreme me but ok. We shopped and walked to Target... 2 hours later, never got a call. We go check and my car hasn t even been pulled up. I ask what the deal is... magically it s my car s turn and it took 15 min to do my oil change! Ridiculous it took over 2 hours for the other 2, but mine was so quick... only because I was standing there. No one apologized or said anything. Irritated.

Terrible customer service. I wanted to spend over $1000 on new tires and the employee didn't want to waste his time helping me. They didn't have the tires I wanted or my second option (not a problem) I asked if he can order them? He told me he couldn't order them that I would have to go on line and order them. I went to a store so they would provide the product. I will chose to go somewhere more professional in the future

With a crew of six, only two of them actually did any work. I swear, one of those that did nothing, actually did absolutely nothing. He even allowed the guy working on my tires to leave what he was doing to help customers in line while he stood there talking. So I guess he wasn't doing nothing, he WAS talking to others not working...I guess that counts for doing something. Right? The guy working on my car is the rock star. He keeps his head down and works really hard. For that reason alone, I gave two stars and not one.

I had a very good experience at this auto center. I bought a 5-year, EverStart Maxx battery 11 months ago at this location. Recently, my car sat idle for one day, and the battery failed to start the car. The voltage read only 5.5volts. I knew that there was an issue with one or more of the cells. I recharged the battery and took it to this WalMart Auto Center, where a very courteous technician ran a test on the battery. He checked with the manager and said that he would replace the battery with a new 5-year battery free of charge. Everyone seemed to be friendly and courteous. I left happy with a new battery installed in my car in 15 to 20 minutes.

I particularly like the Auto Care Department in Farragut. I especially like the employee named Greg. He more than anyone else is an expert at what he does. He can answer any question that you would have on your automobile. I found out through the grapevine that he has 40 years worth of expert experience. Even his superiors ask him questions that they don't have answers for. When I need anything at all done on my car I always request Greg and he's at the west Knoxville Farragut Walmart. I would not trust anyone but Greg to touch my car in any way

Promised to have the oil change done in 2 and 1/2 hours and after waiting for almost 3 and 1/2 hours they didn't even vacuum my car as promised, poor staff, overcrowded. Don't waste your time going there.

Tire change and basic oil took 3 hours when they told us it would only take 1 hour. It was a slow day and it should not have taken that long. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Walmart Auto Care Center in Lenoir City is wanting to service your vehicles whether it be tires, oil changes, fuel injection cleaning, and headlight restoration. Trailer tires and some lawnmower tires are available. Tires not in stock can be ordered.

You see, that's the problem with Walmart. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I shared my experience a week ago.
