They have an amazing collection of auto care products, I was so surprised at the extremely nice products and brands they had for interior/exterior car care!! Stayed in that aisle for about 45 minutes. I highly recommend that it lol!! Should have taken a photo of that aisle but will post an update one.

I took my 2023 F-350 in to have 4 new tires put on and had two of my rims bent in the process. After leaving and noticing bad shaking I took it back and was told they noticed I had 2 badly bent rims while they were changing the tires . They added extra weights and still could not drive it. Had to buy two brand new rims . I will be filing a claim .

These guys took care of me!!! I had Morristown Walmart changed my oil that same morning forgot to put on my oil cap and now my car is a mess. . But these guys didn't charge me anything for fixing their mistake

Notngonna lie, usually Walmarts are known for taking forever. Dropped the wife's car off for new tires and we figured it would be a while. We got one errand done and they were already calling us to come back. Great visit!

Oil change was fine. Getting someone to come to the desk for both cars took an hour just to check out after multiple texts saying it s ready.

Walmart auto care at their Walbrook store in Knoxville, Tennessee was able to make me feel great.After a day's work driving a delivery truck, I needed to get a badly worn tire on my personal vehicle replace.I arrived at the auto care center close to five p.m. and the lead technician looked at my tire then informed me they were getting ready to close. He did note that all my other tires were from Walmart and he was happy to have another replacement tire in stock.He was able to have one of his best technician replace my badly worn tire within 25 minutes.I am forever grateful that they were able to meet my needs, as I live about 20 miles away.Thank you Paul for getting my tire replaced in such a timely manner.

God awful experience. Walmart app does not work at this location. They do not use Apple Pay what s the point of having your own software system if it doesn t work terrible service terrible management terrible company terrible

Miserable experience from start to finish. Post COVID it's not uncommon to encounter bad service but my experience with the Walmart Automotive Department was truly horrible.I bought my tires online and the Walmart website told me they were a fit for my SUV.When I went to check in, there was no one outside the garage so I went inside to check in at the service desk. As it turns out, there was nobody working at the service desk and the door locked me inside the store so I couldn't return to my car.After 30 minutes, my wife pulled up and notified the outside check in desk that I was trapped inside. I pulled the car around, checked in, and was told I would be called and texted when my car was ready.Unfortunately the technician did not verify my address so someone with the same name was notified when it was determined I'd ordered the wrong tires.At this point my wife went to pick up the car only to be told we ordered the wrong tires so they had loaded them into the vehicle since the automotive department couldn't process the returns.Now she had to load the tires into a cart and wheel them into the service desk.If you think you could save a couple hundred bucks by buying your tires from Walmart, I would recommend you continue looking for a better deal at all costs.I won't call this the most terrible customer experience I've ever had, but it's certainly enough to ensure I will never return to the Walmart Automotive Department ever again.Buyers beware!!!

Massive waste of time. Didn't get serviced.Went inside to ask for an oil change. Waited for 20 minutes before anyone showed up to answer the bell. There, they told me there was a line outside to get in. So I went out and got in line, with 2 new cars in the unmarked line outside that weren't there when I parked elsewhere.Waited another 20 minutes before a service tech came out and told me they had all they could handle for the day. When I told him the time I had waited inside, not knowing there was a line outside, he said they used to have signage and ropes outside indicating the line, but that "the bigwigs" came in and made them take it down.Expecting logic at a Walmart was obviously my mistake. Now I've lost about an hour of my time. Intensely frustrating.I'd like to add that, now, they've also informed the car in front of me that they're not taking their car either. What a joke.

Disgraceful! Untrustworthy! Disappointing! I brought my van in for a standard oil change before a family trip and little did I know that they would mess it up so badly that in the end it would cost me over $500 when all was said and done. They stripped the screws and created a crack in my oil pan which ended up causing an oil leak in my garage. When I took it back that evening, the manager said he was sorry and would reimburse us for the new part and labor. When I brought in the receipt for the work done out of their error, the manager refused to refund me. SO FRUSTRATING!! My questions are, why would they send me home with something broken without telling me and why would you promise a reimbursement but then go back on your word? I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.Service: Oil change

Came in and was greeted quickly and the mechanic, June, noticed I had a baby and informed me because they were understaffed that it would maybe be a while. After I told him I understood and was going to try elsewhere he was very polite, gave me directions and then even offered to top off my washer fluid AND the air in my tires even though he knew I wasn't spending any money today. Wish I had had the time to stop and use their service, but they'll get my business for sure next time

So I ve been here twice and both times they charged me for a service they didn t even complete! My car tells me how much oil life I have before getting a change so I went in and my percentage didn t go up. So when it was at 0% I went back and then when they actually changed it, it went back up to 100%. I went again today (like 2 months later) and again the same thing happened. They charged me for an oil change they didn t even complete. Then they said they checked the tire pressure which they didn t because if they had they would ve seen that my front drivers side was low. I took it to Meineke after being really upset here and they confirmed that I was ready for an oil change which means they didn t even touch my car!! Then they put some plastic down in the front floor board but for what?! They didn t vacuum. Which I don t really care about because I can clean my own car but don t pretend you provided a service you didn t do!! Then the guy told me I needed a new air filter but didn t offer to change it or anything. I ll never go here again!! I m out $60 for a service you didn t even provide. I m not trying to be a Karen but man like I work hard and I travel a lot!! I need my car to be taken care of and I trusted it with these people and this is what happened!! Usually I wouldn t even complain I would just go somewhere else but I would hate to see someone else spend their money here for something they didn t even get done!!

Experience with employees was great! Walmart itself however, not so much. On top of allowing customers to schedule maintnece RIGHT before they close(I didn't know but luckily I came in early anyway), the service I scheduled was for the tires I had ordered through them, they didn't arrive, and there is no actual tracking on the order. Employee left a note to the manager to call me (you have to get transfered to their dept) they called during my training so I called back in hopes of at least telling someone the best times to reach me, but no one picked up their phone(on the Walmart end not auto), and when someone finally did they just hung up on me.Repeatedly called back to have no one answer.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Place is such a cluster. Second car in line when I got here and I ve now been here for 2 hours and 45 minutes waiting on a tire rotation and balance. They told me it would be at least 20 more minutes. I need to be somewhere in 30 minutes and explained that to the supervisor (?) Brad, who offered no resolution. Do I seriously need to plan a whole day around this service? Have been watching attendees cut up more than work. So inefficient. Will not be coming back.

I just pulled up to the tire center and waited in my car for almost 10 minutes without being greeted. I know I was seen by the employees because as soon as I pulled in someone saw me, looked at his buddies at work, and shook his head. I'm now at pep boys where I was greeted as soon as I came in. Oil change is about the same price as Walmart and get a free tire rotation with my oil change. I will NEVER be back at Walmart for my oil change. This is not the first time someone was rude to me. Judging by the rating on Google, others have had the same experience as me. Terrible customer service.

The auto center said they were open until 6pm. Had a tire emergency at 5:20pm and was told they went home early. That is no way to run a business.

Very good service to my experience. I got there Sunday morning around 11:30 am and went for shopping in the nearby Sam's club for about an hour and by then they already finished the job.Honest sales that I actually consider to get new tires (more than 4 years old) and they checked it and said no need.Explained it very well to me about the difference between high mileage oil (to help to stop leaking) and regular oil change. I eventually chose the synthetic oil and got the air filter done as well. They ceaned my carpet as well. Very satisfied indeed.I only wish it could be even cheaper as a customer.

Me and my husband took our car there cause everyone else was a 3 hour wait. So we dropped it off. Went in walmart to do some shopping while we waited. All needed done was a oil change. Went to pick car up and they told us they couldn't do the oil change cause they couldn't get the oil cap off. But said they drained the old oil. So my husband checked to make sure everything was ok. And it looked like they didn't even drain anything. We will never take our car back to Wal-Mart auto center again. They just suck. And the guy at the check out kept us waiting to take a call.. So rude!!!

The wait was way to long and the sale rep messed up on our tire rotation. I was very upset. The price was 44.95 for the oil change. I will definitely go to the dealership next time. Very poor service.

Great price on goodyear tires....but, 3 bays, 5 workers and it took 3� hrs to put them on! It's not that they were busy..all3 stalls we're empty for45 minutes and you could never find 3 working or in the shop at the same time.

I went there hopeless that i could ever fix my car at the check line they said they can t do it , and i have to take to the dealership then some backlines Tech named J said i will do it!! and less than 90min he fixed it for me I m endlessly thankful for this guy.I didn t miss my class neither work that day bc of his service .Highly recommendedThank youService: A/C installation & repair

They fix my flat tire for a very reasonable amount. When I took it somewhere else they said it couldn't be fixed and I needed a new tire. They saved me $200.00 for a tire.Just expect to wait some time.

The guy with the red hair has a serious attitude problem and I really don t suggest going to that Walmart for anything because they tried to change or said they were going to change oil and left the oil out of the car. Do not go to this place.

Despite the bad reviews and long wait time for the Walmart Tire & Lube Express at Walbrook Dr, Knoxville, the employees are experienced and will try to save you money. I came in for all 4 tires to be changed because Discount Tire (on Kingston Pike) said that my tires were really bad ('borderline of satisfactory"). I came to Walmart to save some money since their tire and installation fees are cheaper than most places. The Walmart tire guys were really looking out for me. I was about to buy 4 new tires, but they said that my tires were basically new. They also said that Discount Tire employees work on commission so that was why they were trying to screw me into replacing my good tires. Glad I went here!

Lied about missing a tool, so could not service my car. Verified at another Walmart that no special tools are needed. They missed out on oil change and tires from me. Could have been religious discrimination based on car stickers. Extremely disappointing.

This was awful..my son got an oil change here and less than 24 hours later his car is stalled in the street and there was ZERO oil in the car..his engine is trashed..Walmart refuses to take blame..we will be getting a lawyer. I will never recommend or trust this place ever again..Walmart ruined my son's car.
