Shady practices and different prices than advertised. $80 in hidden fees that were not mentioned when I asked about the total before getting service. $6 more per tire than advertised online. They charged an extra $60 for lifetime rotation and balance that they will not honor in my previous experience. The service desk guy was nice and helpful but had to get one of the techs to answer my questions. Tech was extremely rude, short, and just blurted out an answer before walking away while I was still talking. Yelled back that they "Only charge $12 a tire for mount and balance everywhere else is $25. Don't like it go somewhere else." I would have if they would have told me about the hidden charges up front when i asked! They were only $40 cheaper than the other place to begin with. But I still ended up paying more for the same tires and a service that can not be removed or used.

Went to get tires mounted and balanced. Called in advance and they said come on down we are available. Drove 40 minutes for them to tell me they re sending someone home and wont touch my vehicle. Waste of 2 hrs for this POS location. Tim was not professional by any means. Yelled and raised his voice. Lied about federal laws for my tires. Definitely need a supervisor

A quick glance over of my reviews and you'll notice that I don't leave one stars very often if at all. However this place is total garbage, I brought my own tire in to replace a wheel. After it was checked over with his gauge I was told that everything is fine then they would write me up in just a moment. While waiting on the gentleman I go proceed to stand in the breezeway where it instructs the customers to enter. I wanted to stay within eyesight of the guy that was going to write up my ticket, I stood exactly in the area provided for customers which was not inside of the work area for the employees. An employee comes out and tells me that I can't be there and that either have to go inside or stand outside in the cold. He was a jerk with his attitude and how he said it so I called him a prick. A few moments later the original guy takes the same gauge back to the same tire and does another test before coming to me and telling me that it cannot be mounted. I didn't see any point in arguing I grab my things and left. I went straight to another Walmart where they mounted it with no problems at all.

I would suggest you look around before having Walmart put tires on your vehicle especially this location. I have bought several full sets of tires from Walmart in in the past never have I bought just one tire at a time. They are quick and courteous to get you in so long as you're buying a full set. But when you return to have your tires rotated there is always a two to four hour wait even if there's only one to four cars in front of you. when you return to have your tires rotated and you don't have to pay for that so they don't give you the same quick and courteous service! The tires are good the return service sucks. I am now in my garage rotating my tires myself. Oh and my TPS sensors have not worked since I got the tires installed.

One of the worst walmarts I've ever went to They are very rude They got mad because I was watching them Put new tires on my truck And that rude employee Came to me and told me. I cannot stand there. And he came at me very rude And then the next thing I know. They were loading up the tires in the Back of my truck And told me they could not mount them Just because they didn't want me watching

Went to this Walmart to get some new tires and they ended up taking 2 and a half hours. Then to make it worse they didn t balance the tires correctly so the car shook. I had to take it back to Walmart the next day and they redid the balance, yet they managed to do that incorrectly as well. Ended up going to discount tire to get my wheel balance done. Terrible job done. Would not recommend getting any sort of service or tires at this location.

I ordered 4 tires to be delivered to Walmart due to the size. The app said they were received and ready to install. Ihad made an appointment on the app for 1 pm. When I got there they could only find 3 tires. After almost an hour the mechanic came to the car and stated they coul only find 3 tires. It seems that the fourth tire was shipped to Memphis with no arrival time in Knoxville notated. I was told to call back in a couple of days and seecif the fouth tire had arrived. I am unable to get anyone on the phone in the automotive department. It rings for five minutes and disconnects. It is very upsetting. I have to go back to the store to possibly be told the last tire still has not been deliverd.

I will never return to this location. I visited there on a Sunday afternoon and was told the wait time would be 4 and 1/2 hours. I understood. Afterall it was a Sunday afternoon. I left andcreturned at 8 the next morning. There were 2 cars in front of me to be checked in. It took the young man 40 minutes just to do that. When he came to me asked the approximate wait time to have one tire replaced. He said that there was an oil change and 3 other tire customers in front of me so it would be at least 4 hours. At that rate they would only be able to service 10 or so customers a day.Service: Tires

I did not use this service because they told us there would be a 7 and half hour waiting time, since they have had 7 cars ahead of us. I understand that we did not have an appointment since I could not predict when a nail would get into my tire. The guy there, however, was friendly enough to us. Regardless, it appears that my road hazard insurance paid when I bought and installed my tires at Walmart is useless. I probably would not buy it again.

HORRIBLE!!!! Stephanie, the "service rep" / supervisor is rude. She tells you how you are to speak to her in order for her to respond. Don't bother scheduling appointments as they make you wait in line with others who do not have appointments. They may or may not check you in a timely manner. No one answers the phone. Having bought several sets of tires at Walmart, this will be the last time! Someone needs to step in and do something about this store.Service: Tires

The guys themselves was very nice and polite but the lady Stephanie that works in the tire shop has a very bad attitude and feel as she can talk to people any kind of way. I understand that a lot of companies are under staffed but her attitude was totally unexceptable. Especially when you have a paying customer in front of you, you should never speak on another customer. You never know what a person is going through financially so speaking on another person to someone who has nothing to do with the people you are speaking to. If it wasn't for them almost being done with my car I would of walked away! Never plan on coming back because of her attitude and total disrespect!!!!

The price was great just $60 for a new tire. However the service sucked there was three people total one of them I guess was a supervisor and he just got people to fill in the information then went to get batteries or tires needed. The other 2 were working on a car and most the time was spent talking, flirting, and laughing usual while one of the two worked and the other one watched and continued to joke around. I was in a hurry because my donut blew on the side of a very busy and dangerous highway and when I asked them how long they were rude and said when we finish this one even though it was clear that they could have each worked on a separate task and stopped the grabass and it would have moved much faster and I would have been much happier.Service: Tires

Save yourself time do not go there. I had the worst experience with the girl name Ashley. I went there during my lunch time. She explain to me I will be behind 5 cars. I said fine. Went inside and come back said it's actually 7 cars, I said fine. Went on trying to explain to me it might be even longer, pretty much trying to tell me indirectly to go somewhere else. I told her even if it is done tomorrow that is fine. She start asking questions about my car, asking me to open the front, then she start checking for things. Then go in and come out several times. After 45min she start saying my car is leaking a little and Walmart never change oil on a leaked car. I never see anythingleaking, and it took 45 min for her to find a way to deny me service. I was so frustrated, lost time, energy and now am angry too. I wish I could have taken my business to a place thatappreciates customers. Never again!.I am sure this Ashley has done this to other people as well, it's just matter of time.Services: Tires, Oil change

GF went in person to order the tires and when we came back to get them put on they said they were never ordered even though they said they were there when we called the night before. The associate assisting us was incredibly rude as well and was trying to make assumptions that we made the mistake when we obviously didn't. Place is good for a cheap tire but otherwise would not recommend.

Never believe the estimated wait time. Walmart needs to hire more people or figure out a way to expedite the process. Never waited so long in my life, i guess that was my reminder of why I stayed away from Walmart. 1.5 hour wait time turned into 4. Ridiculous.

Poor service. I've heard horror stories about Walmart Auto and now I will firmly believe everyone of them I hear. I took my friend in to have a tire put on a rim for him. After waiting 15 minutes to give the cashier our info for the tire we were told to drive around to the side of the building and wait. We explained that the tire being replaced was not on a vehicle. Didn't matter. They still had us pull to the side and wait. After waiting for another 20-30 minutes an attendant finally came around and informed us that it would be "a few hours" before he could have it done as it was now 7:00pm and everyone would be leaving. How anyone was going to do the tire if everyone was going home is beyond me not to mention how it would possibly take more than 10 minutes to change a single 14" tire. We were told we could drop the tire off and come back around 9:00pm to get it but that we would have to find a manager to unlock the shop and get the tire since they would all be gone. It shouldn't even bother me. It wasn't my tire. Poor customer service deserves to be pointed out though.

Went in for a simple tire change and was told it would be ready in about 2 hours. Ended up taking 7 hours just to change 2 tires. Went up to the counter and just wanted to know what was going on 4 hours in and the lady at the desk stated that "Since we are the only shop open today you will have to wait. Never again.

The service at this tire center was courteous and helpful. I purchased four tires, and because there were at least 5 people ahead of me, I had to wait almost 2 hours. (I asked ahead of time how long it would take.) I sat in McDonald's and read a book. The next day my tire pressure light goes on, so I head back to the service center. My back passenger tire had a leaky valve which they took care within an hour (they had only 2 mechanics available). Wait time could be better, but I expected it, so I didn't bother me that much.

Traveling today and began to have tire pressure issues. Found out I had a nail in the tread of the tire. With it being Sunday not much available. Called this Walmart Tire Center at 130pm and they said we will get you fixed first come first serve in line but 7 ahead of you. I arrive and they are not helpful or efficient. Looked at me like I had no clue and I was to just sit and wait 4 hrs. I agreed to get my place in line while Trying to come up with plan B. I even ask if they could just change the tire and put the spare on and I would deal with it back home. Yes but still 7 cars ahead of you I never saw 7 cars in line . The employees stood around talking and 1 was eating . They could have had my tire changed in the amount of time they were standing around. I called On Star and they sent a guy out to change the tire. Please know my car was parked where they would take the next one. Not once did they come and check on me or give me an estimate on time... this was the poorest service, rude, inefficient place I have ever experienced... where is the care in people these days... let this be your last alternative. It doesn t even deserve 1 star... I had no choice for ZERO!

Waited 45 minutes just to try to check my car in. The guy is super slow to check you in and skips the line out of order. I should be able to check my car in for the service and not have to wait almost an hour to see if I can even check my car in for what it needs. The first time I came here I had a torn/flat tire and they said it didn t need fixing after I had already dropped it off three hours after. Clearly I got to the shop with a spare tire that needed replacing and even told them the other tire was in the trunk. Save yourself a headache and expletives by going somewhere else.

Purchased my tires here, they have an 80k mile treadware warranty. I've kept them properly rotated and inflated and the car properly aligned. 2 of the tires deformed after about 30k miles. They told me to get the manufacturers warranty I'd have to contact the manufacturer, even though the manufacturer's warranty states the retailer makes the decision. Every time you call they just state "3 hr wait", but then you show up and it takes 30 mins.Just lazy.

Tried to get two tires mounted, but I was told they didn't install carry in tires. The tires I bought from a third party through Walmart's site, because WalMart doesn't carry my size tire. I have never had this problem before. I requested to talk to a manager and then was hung up on. Finally I talked to a manager named Brian and he said that they do mount carry in tires. I waited about an hour and my two rear tires were installed. I was shocked when I was charged $58 dollars to install two tires. I was charged $10 dollars per tire extra for carry in of Walmart bought tires. That is blatant stealing from a customer telling them that this is standard procedure for Walmart.

They do a superior job on installing tires at this location. I've bought two sets and they did a great job on both. It's slow if you aren't there first thing in the morning (7AM to 7:30AM), but that is because Walmart doesn't do scheduling...not the shops fault.

Sign says open at 7am. Walked in at 7am, hit button at auto center desk to call an associate over. 10 mins later an associate walked by me and glared at me while cramming a donut in his mouth. The least he couldve done is smiled and said be right with you. He went to the back, came out a few mins later, continued to ignore me and the other customer while clacking on the computer. He finally acknowledged us and rudely asked who needed help. I had paid for tires on site to store and he said to go outside and pull around to the stop sign. Went outside to find out everything was still blocked off with chains so i couldnt even get to where he told me to go. After more waiting i was then informed that site to store had not done their end of processing and there was an issue with picking the tires. A cranky old woman from site to store came out and asked me what i wanted her to do with the tires....as if it werent obvious that the tire center associates needed them to put them on my car. 3 hours total just to get 4 tires put on a car. Soulless and hateful employees. Never again will i come here. Beware.

No tool for Toyota Camry oil change for almost a month. Incredibly slow service. It will take forever. Can't trust them. They kept lying. I want to give them minus 5 star if I could.

Went in for balance and rotation. Took them TWO HOURS to tell me that I have some wear on my tires and they can't rotate them. They have a very leisurely attitude.... Don't go here unless you've got time to kill. And the place is dingy. Definitely subpar.

This place is a joke! Few months ago, I tried to buy gas for the grill and the outside self service center was not working for months. The employees told me they knew it was not working and had NO other info about it.Today I call to get info on tires and a customer service rep answers telling me there are workers in the garage but none to quote me prices.WALMART, GET IT TOGETHER AT CLINTON HWY.....HIRE SOME MORE AND HELPFUL EMPLOYEES TO SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!
