Volunteer auto strikes again we bought a car from them in December had them transfer the license plate from our trade in to the new car I went to go and renew our registration and come to find out they never transferred the registration so for the last 3 months we have been driving around on a tag that does not belong to our new car. We was a loyal customer of theirs but after being lied to about the car we bought and now the registration stuff I am done dealing with them and urge people to use extreme caution when dealing with volunteer auto they are crooks and lairs

Deceiving scammers that will give you the biggest runaround ever yet they'll get your hopes up just to disappoint you in the end. BTW sometimes they will even act as if you're approved & then they will take your car back within a couple of weeks after contracts are signed & everything (before 1st payment is even due). Buyers beware.Edit:They also still haven't sent our items back that we forgot when we had to hurry to bring the car back. We called & requested them to be sent since we live a couple hrs away & they said they would but still nothing recieved.

Me and my husband had a very long experience with Spencer Rud but he made it feel like 30 minutes! So thankful for him to be a part of our forever car!! 10/10

A friend of mine recently spent ALOT of money on a very nice Ford truck only to drive it a couple days and it died. He had to have it towed and the mechanic quoted him a $5k repair! Vol auto did not help him with this cost and actually said they don't care to do bad business that people will still buy from them. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! not to mention this is the 2nd vehicle he's purchased from them but it sure will be the last. SHAME ON YOU VOL AUTO!!!

Do Not buy a dodge charger from them. At least 6 of them went racing down interstate weaving in and out of cars about made several cars wreck then proceeded to get off of Callahan and go racing down there pulled in the car lot burning the tires to where smoke filled the lot. I called and vice president of the company was there but I was told he would call me back and never did.

My recent experience was great! I came & left with a 2019 Honda accord! They got me the most for my trade in & worked magic with the credit union. Scott snipp was honest, professional and wasn t pushy! He cared on what I wanted and what worked for me I highly recommend!

These people are the biggest scam artists I've ever dealt with without buying!!!! Don't ever let them get your phone number or email. It's been 2 most since I clicked on "get better pricing" because they have called and text a 100 times after repeatedly telling multiple people to stop calling, stop texting and stop emailing me!!!!! To be told every time it would be taken care of for it not to be taken care off. Ohh then there is the fact that their trucks are 15k or more higher for a heavily used

William Billy Beard sold my good friend a car, a Hyundai Elantra 2017. She had the car from January until now. The car was a good car, BUT come to find out. Her son and 60 year old mother was driving the car and they were surrounded by police officers and the car was seized! The car was stolen! Even the tag that they had given her for the car was wrong! It was for a completely different car!!! This place is shady!!! It s actually kinda unbelievable this even happened! Do not trust these people!!!!

Spent the better part of the afternoon with Spencer. He did everything he could to make sure I got into a vehicle that fit my needs and budget. Super friendly and really funny. He is also very professional. It's worth the drive and time to come and see him. I will definitely be coming back to him in the future. Thank you so much Spencer for helping me out and getting what I needed for my littles.

When I arrived, I was so stressed trying to find a car but Spencer put me at ease. He has a great personality and cares about his customers.Then there was Byron and DJ. They jumped through hoops to find me a car I would be happy in. He was also very kind.All in all, it was a great experience!

Would not recommend I got approved for a car signed papers got insurance and all left the lot a month later they are telling me I did not get approved and that I needed to bring the car back or they was putting out a repo at my expense and I had already put tint and stuff to the car

Came here with my friend James to look at a truck from a referral from Mike Mullins . Great place. Even went the extra mile to help us. We talked with Mike, Spencer, Byron. They helped James get into the Dodge ram he wanted... Highly recommended

Byron, Isiah, Spencer, and Wesley were absolutely amazing! They got me in my dream car within a few hours and I drove home in it that day! I enjoyed the experience I had at Volunteer Auto in Knox. Spencer was great! I took my Hyundai Tuscon in to trade and he was very friendly in helping me get approved for something that I actually loved. He was great to talk to while waiting to be approved. Ended up leaving with a 2019 Kia Stinger GT1.

Place false advertising. It said guaranteed approval or we pay you $500 well that is a lie. Don t waste your time with this place unless you have A1 credit and a large down payment.

Wonderful, professional but relaxing experience. We worked with Spencer Rud and he created an absolutely perfect experience for us as compared to the typical 'car lot' experience. He had the vehicle pulled up front and waiting on us and we were test driving the SUV within 10-15 minutes of us arriving on the property. Do yourself and call or go see Spencer for your next automobile! You will not be sorry!

I drove onto the lot today fully expecting another run of the mill sales experience. I got anything but that and the reason is Spencer. He and the team (James, DJ, Isaiah, and Byron) we re instrumental in working with us to get the best deal, on the best terms, for the best vehicle we could have asked for. Beyond a selling experience, they treated us like friends. I cannot recommend you visit them more for a welcoming experience. Thank you Volunteer Auto and thank you Spencer!

Seth was absolutely amazing! Went in not knowing if they d be able to do anything for me. But Seth was able to come through. He was super nice, very outgoing and super patient. I would highly recommend getting a vehicle from him!

I was helped by Spencer, Byron, James and Zay They were all absolutely wonderful. They bent over backwards to help me with a low credit score to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. They were all exceptionally awesome. I would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever. We took our daughter to buy her first car and got the biggest run around ever. They made her pay 200.00 for a deposit to hold a car and was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. We went over on Saturday and car was not there. They did however want her to complete financing that day without seeing the car. She would have been financing 7000.00 but with the interest rate was like 23% so she would have been paying 20000.00 back. That's almost as much as a new automobile. When I looked over the contract, I told their finance guy I wouldn't let her sign that and he was like why? He claimed she can get it refinanced after 6 months if she pays on time and I asked how he was sure. He got very smart with me and I had to shut that down. We left and went back over there a couple days later to get her deposit back as we decided not to do business with them and they refused to give her deposit back. Told us we had to drive to the Maryville office to get the check even though they told her they would give her cash back. The finance manager refused to give his name when my husband introduced himself. It's High pressure to buy a car...they try to make you feel you have to buy right then.

Spencer and JJ were awesome!They worked with us and our budget for our car. They priced the car fairly and did not add any bogus fees.They did not buy our old car because we would be better off selling it ourselves. That just shows how honest and trustworthy they are.

Wow can't explain the customer service and respect that I received here enough. This place is the #1 spot to go if you are looking for a great car and the service here is even more outstanding. Wesley and Isaiah took care of us and made sure that we were provided with all the information and answered any and all questions for us. We walked out with a great car for our family yesterday and I definitely know where to go back to next time. They are also very kid friendly as I had 3 of my children with me yesterday and they were able to get us in and out in no time So go check them out and tell them I sent you

Do not go here they are vary rude and don't respect your stuff they test drove my car and slammed both door when I confronted the person about it they acted like I didn't know what I was taking about and that he didn't slammed my door told me that and said he had a old car and he wouldn't do that so let get that straightAgain don't go here for a car or truck

Volunteer Auto group in Lenoir City winter 6 months ago and bought a car now the car don't have no brake lights or turn signals checked all the breakers fuses and the bugs now the car lot don't want to fix they want to buy me out and start a whole loan and give me a new car and in the paperwork that was supposed to fix my assembly and detail still haven't got
