Cassie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was the first person to greet me and made me feel at ease. It was comforting knowing someone so competent and kind was looking out for me and my car. Dylan and Tyler did a great job working on my car and they are almost as Handsome and cool as Nathan. Elijah did an amazing job working underneath the car and deserves recognition as a great guy in the pit. Sam and Jeff didn't work directly on my car but they definitely were communicating well and professional as they were helping other people around me.All in all a great experience with very cheerful and knowledgeable people.

Dustin and the crew today were exceptionally courteous and caring. I have a Volvo wagon and my brake light was out... after attempting to replace it they wisely decided the mechanism was complex and it would not be prudent to take it apart to replace the bulb. In addition to the regular timely service I felt that today was particularly special in that I had told Dustin I was going on a trip and he made a couple of reasonable and reassuring recommendations. I did not feel like I was being upsold at all. I come to this location all the time and had not met him before. I have enjoyed meeting Dustin and hope to see him again.

This was my first visit to the Kingston pike Valvoline location and I couldn t have had a more positive experience. The staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. Specifically, the manager Cameron went above and beyond to ensure all of our car s needs were met and cared for. He was kind and professional, a true representation of what a motivated hard worker should look like. We will be returning customers!

hands down best service around! everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. they work very quick, i waited for maybe 10 minutes and was finished. ask for the manager, Conor, for a 15/10 experience. he s the best! never going anywhere else and can t wait to come back! amazing staff!

I have used this location several times. I have always received fast, courteous service. The staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. Cassandra and Elijah assisted me this last time. Both were very friendly and efficient, seemed to take pride in their work, and had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. I really enjoy the consistency here in the friendly service and great product. I would recommend the Valvoline in Bearden to anyone.

69 miles after getting oil changed here on my daughters car (44,000 miles and no prior problems) the oil and the car ended up on westbound I-40 with the #3 piston rod through the block. 4 calls to customer claim service so far 37 minutes on hold no one has answered or called back.

They did a great job this morning. I worked with Kris and he really went above explaining my different options for everything that was time to be done. I also spoke with Nathan and he was very friendly as well and easy to work with.

My experience with Valvoline Oil Change on Kingston Pike on March 23rd has turned into a complete nightmare. Upon leaving their facility, after what should have been a routine oil change it quickly became apparent that something was terribly wrong with the vehicle.A day and a half later the oil spilled out on the highway, the steering locked up, engine failed. Thankfully we were able to get to the side of the road without causing an accident. This car is needed for commuting to work and school. However, after a week of requests to the Valvoline managers for evidence or pictures required to move forward with a claim to fix this problem Valvoline has failed to do so. Our transportation is being held hostage.This lack of accountability from Valvoline only adds insult to injury. Managers and supposed customer service failing to acknowledge their mistakes or offer any form of compensation for the damages incurred has put undo stress and financial burden on us.In light of this egregious failure in service and professionalism, I strongly advise against trusting Valvoline Oil Change with your vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and seek reputable and reliable alternatives for your automotive needs.

I love this location because I have not had any bad experiences so far. I usually do my own oil changes but have not been able to due to my current apartment complex not having the space. This location allows you to bring your own oil and filters. There is always some kind of coupon available, too. They also have not pushed me to do any other services while I'm there just for an oil change. I also have not had any weird interactions as a woman either, which is always refreshing.

Cassie did a great job walking me through everything that was happening during my oil change! I felt like I understood everything that was going on and she even printed out a list of other services that were due with how long it would take and how much it would cost!

The Kingston Pike/Bearden Hill location is the best, and they keep my old vehicle running strong. The staff is always knowledgeable and gives me the best pricing offers with my coupons. They take the time to answer my vehicle questions since I have little knowledge in that area, so the expertise is appreciated!

I took my car in a couple weeks ago for an oil change, nothing major right? fast forward to today, car is having engine issues. What my mechanic tells me is "whoever did the oil change" (spoiler its these "mechanics") didnt properly seal it. It then caused oil to leak directly into my engine and shot it. Now my $70.00 oil change is a $9000.00 repair, dont ever use this service if you value your time and money

I wish there was a way to give negative reviews. But if you d like your new car with no issues to break down the morning after an oil change in the middle of the highway, go to Valvoline on Kingston Pike. If you d also like the regional manager (Josh) to be extremely unhelpful and then ignore all of your calls as your car is sitting there smoking, go to Valvoline on Kingston Pike. If you d like to not be able to commute to work or school for weeks on end and potentially have to get on a new engine based on the incompetence of an establishment, GO TO THE VALEVOLINE ON KINGSTON PIKE

We were being serviced for over 30 minutes because I asked for the rotation and they had to move me to a different bay. However, the staff were very good and the man who was working on my car was very much a gentleman. He opened the door for my little daughter and for me when we got back in the car. It was a good touch.One star off only because it was very expensive.

This is a great place to get service done on your car. You think oil change but they do a lot more which we found out. They are quick and efficient. Very friendly and helpful. Extra kudos to Cameron the manager. Very nice and informative.
