Did not attach my underneath motor protector with all the screws. Almost wrecked on the interstate due to air flow and drag. This is the 3rd time for Valvoline to not put back on correctly. I would recommend not using Valvoline for any of your oil change needs or anything for that matter.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Low wait time (2 cars in front of me) w/a thorough inspection of my tires, battery, lights, etc. I never thought I'd say this but I think I'm actually looking forward to my next oil change!

I've never written a second review for the same business, but based on the exceptional service I received today I feel compelled to.A few times I've had to wait a bit for service (not today). But, as I explained to the manager James today, it's worth the wait when you know the crew inside is doing everything correctly and by the book. Sometimes quality takes a bit longer.James exemplifies outstanding customer service. Every time he's worked on my vehicle, he's taken the time to explain everything to me. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and makes sure it's done right. Every. Single. Time.Very, very positive experience every time. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

I was on vacation in Knoxville and wanted to get my oil changed before driving back to Florida. They said online that the wait would be 10 minutes, and the oil change would be 15 minutes. I got to Valvoline around 10:40 and didn t leave until 1:00, wasting most of the time I set aside for the last afternoon of my trip. Several cars, which arrived well after me, came and went through the first bay, while the second bay was tied up with one car. Nobody offered to switch my car to a different bay or accommodate me in any way. One of the workers offered to change my headlight, assuring me that it only take a couple of minutes. I had already paid before he realized they were out of bulbs and had to go to the store to get one, turning a couple of minutes into fifteen. During this ordeal, he ever lost the cap to my headlight while it was being replaced. Overall, very unprofessional and utterly lacking the efficiency I was promised. I would have been better off getting my oil changed at a conventional shop.

The mechanics that work here always fun and make it a great experience for anyone to come here and get all your vehicle maintenance done. They also do a great job and don't gouge you on the prices like their normal competition does. I have been coming to valvoline for 5 years now to get all maintenance done on all my personal vehicles and so does all my friends and relatives because these people you can trust to do a good job and make sure your vehicle is well taken care.

Devan was awesome!! Everyone was very helpful, I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn t want. Had a great conversation, quick oil change, and very pleasant experience! Devan gave me $20 off for it being my first time today, and I very pleased with him and the rest of the staff that was there today! Shoutout to everyone else that was working that greeted me and took care of me and my vehicle, I didn t get their names but they deserve credit as well.

The Guys here are AMAZING! They will fix you right up like a pit crew who cares! The Technicians know their stuff and prices are so reasonable! James was TOP NOTCH! I have to say this because I DID visit another shop and left NOT impressed to say the least but also not getting any work done there either! James and his crew including those I don't know names of gave A+ care, also a tech named Chris made us feel very comfortable and we were able to get out in no time at all! We left knowing our truck had the WORKS!!Thanks so much we will definitely be back!!

Another quick oil change by this professional staff. I've been using them for several years and I've been very satisfied with the service the employees provide. I have never been treated so disrectful at this place. The price was unbelievable, I found a coupon after the fact, I went to see if they would honor this and maybe give me the difference on my card. I was told there was nothing they could do and walked off. I won't be back. Nobody deserves to be disrespected like this. The sad thing is people don't care about what you think.

Every location I go to is a flawless experience! They treat you like a princess and get the job done very fast ! The biggest thing I m impressed by is they don t try to get over on you and actually try to save you money on somethings ! I ll never go anywhere else ! Mr. Sam, Jeff, Chris and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing !

My first visit to Valvoline; these guys did a great and efficient job. Gave me details every step of the way, made suggestions and offered services without making me feel pressured. Witnessed the entire crew worked together as a team; manager (James) was on the ball, making sure everything ran smoothly.Would recommend, especially if you ve only ever gone to Jiffy Lube. I use these guys everytime! They aren't pushy for the upgrades and are always informative. They never make me feel uneasy and are very fast. The price is fair and they have coupons all the time! The staff are by far my favorite I ha e encountered. Their facilities are nice and clean. I recommend them for your oil change needs always!I just left at another location on merchant Drive and Terry and Steven took care of me today. I must say kudos to these guys and to the hiring manager. You guys really know how to pick some of the best candidates out here in this city! Thank you once again for another expedient and informative oil change and as always I'll be back as soon as necessary! You guys have a customer for life!

Valvoline is my go to for my Routine maintenance they get my car right everytime without any problems i can always rely on them with Great customer service Professional Service Quality service. i feel comfortable at Valvoline and the work they do is rather ever dime they really value the dollar Thank you Valvoline keep up the good work.Services: Transmission, Tires, Battery, Oil change

Horrible service! Waited over an hour,just to be told to move to another bay. And I'm next in line, to let someone else there in front. That was supposed to be there before me! WHAT!!!! Valvoline DO BETTER! WASTED my whole morning! One and done for me. So keep your coupon, please and thank you!

I drove up to the location. Waited 10 minutes. No one greeted me or directed me to a bay. I had a driver behind me visibly upset with my position in front of him. Turns out he was an employee running late. He walked in and that was it. I turned and left to another location. I had used Valvoline for over 20 years. Pretty much done with them

Super friendly staff. While testing my car, they discovered my battery was bad, I watched as they tested and retested my battery with multiple testing devices, when they were convinced the battery was bad they reluctantly approached me about replacing it. I believe the reluctance was fear I might believe they were trying to push some unnecessary purchase on me. Unbeknownst to them I was already aware of the battery from having it tested the day before. I had the battery replaced as well as the oil change. The battery was no more expensive than if I had bought and installed it myself. I had already researched the battery prices, and they gave me an additional discount on the oil change with the battery. Kudos to Valvoline for fast, friendly and honest work.

Specifically asked for my balljoints, tie rod ends, and other greasable fittings to be greased, they weren t and the invoice stated my zerk fittings were sealed (they aren t sealed)Other than that it was very quick and easy process

Did good work and were nice but my goodness did it take FOREVER. "15 minutes" is so inaccurate. Doing our car maybe took 20-25 minutes but the cars in front of us took so long. We sat waiting for the 2 cars in line in front of us (plus the two who were being waited on) to go through for over an hour.

Been here twice, happy both times. It s a busy location so be prepared to wait a little while, but if you plan appropriately (avoid peak times), you ll be in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I had an oil change and rear differential fluid change at my most recent visit, done in 20 minutes. Pleasant, friendly service.

Quick service! Oil change and new battery installed less than 45 minutes. Benjamin let me know I could get my tires aired up anytime they're open regardless of wait, by just pulling in!

Everyone here was really nice and very professional. My oil light came on this morning on my way to work, so I was nervous about driving the car, I got off of work at 6, and just wanted to pull in to see if they could fit me in even though it was 6:15 and there were several cars ahead of mine.I work retail, and I understand how frustrating it can be when you want to close up after a long day especially with how hard they were working (they give great service obviously bc they are always so busy)The staff reassured me that it was ok to get in line, and treated me very kindly. They explained everything going on, and seemed efficient and gave me peace of mind while they worked on my car.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

Super helpful and quick crew! I came about an hour/hour and a half before they closed and there were still a few people in front of me. They were thorough and the job didn t feel rushed, but at the same time they were super quick! They offered to replace my air filter for free because I already had my own but I declined the offer since it was in the trunk and my trunk was embarrassingly full! I ve gone to another location and was extremely dissatisfied with their service but this location redeemed my faith in Valvoline! I will definitely return here for all my future oil changesService: Oil change

Had a really bad experience at another valvoline down the road and came to this one to get another opinion.THEY WERE AMAZING! Everyone was SUPER nice very professional very thorough. Cassie was super nice and Hal was AMAZING. They re did everything and checked everything.cant say enough good things about the service we received there. Would give 10 stars if there was such thing.Give those ppl a raise! They were hot and sweaty and still did ABOVE AND BEYOND great service!

Customer service is off the chain there,that had to be one of my best oil change experiences of all time. The gentleman that walk me thru everything I needed and even the stuff my car will need in the future,hands down the best . Thanks to all the guys on the right side bay on Saturday 12/18/21,you guys are the best of the best and your boss needs to know it!!! Merry Christmas
