I m pretty disappointed. I ve not been back since December 2022. I went to get transmission fluid changed and tires rotated. They didn t want to do either but I insisted on the transmission work. They told me my tires still looked great and no wear on the tread they just didn t want to deal with it and now I find out that the tread is basically gone on the inside front tires and I need new ones. They re only 3 years old and they must have taken a quick glance at the most visible part. I get my oil changed at take 5 now. It s affordable, in and out quickly and I don t feel ignored.

Issac is always great when I come in to get my oil changed. The team is very professional and fast everytime! Couldn't be happier with the service! Ashley was fantastic as well and so was Aurora I always come here to get my servicing!

Always kind and don t pressure me to upgrade, show me all the options. Kind staff. Jordan was extremely kind and knowledgable. Aurora performed the oil change and communicated to me really well. I prefer this location to those around them primarily due to the customer service.

This is the best service center, oil change place I've ever been to. The service is excellent and extremely fast. And with the coupon offline, I barely paid more than what I would have to pay to do it myself. I recommend this place to everybody. If you're still doing oil changes yourself you might want to check into how much you're actually saving. Because they almost do it for free. Thank you Valvoline!

Always appreciate the thoroughness and speediness of the service. Employees are always so courteous and David the assistant manager went above and beyond by taking his time to explain things to me and making sure all my questions were answered.

This Valvoline location is outstanding. I made the mistake of putting a small amount of oil into my coolant reservoir and also I just recently purchased this truck which needed all fluids changed as well. David, the assistant manager was awesome. He even vacuumed out my coolant just to give me peace of mind, and with all fluids changed in there. It was recently priced as well. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this location.

Horrible experience. Left oil all over the truck and all over underneath on brand new air filter.Did not do everything on checklist like it said.Manager was very flippant about it.we called corporate. Kid that was doing the computer had NO CLUE. Asked if we were driving a 08 Infinite? We have a lifted full size Dodge Ram! Really?! If you dont know cars u DEF dont want him under the hood! Went to the next one down the road and they were SUPER professional and nice.Will def go back to the second one. Service was AMAZING at the other store.They need a raise! Manager was great and helpful.They checked EVERYTHING AGAIN. The girl Cassie was very thorough. Chris was nice. And Hal the manager was super. They cleaned everything up.

I can ever say it enough. I love these valvolines on merchant. They're two right next to each other almost. So if this one's full, the one down the street will be able to take you in folks. I highly recommend these guys. There's nowhere else I take my vehicle too. Pricing may not be the cheapest, but it's definitely not the most expensive in these gentlemen won't pressure you into doing unnecessary things to your vehicle and they really care about you. I have such good rapport with each of their staff whether I know them or not. If you're looking to get your oil changed, go here by all means! Once again, fantastic job! You guys have a customer for life!Update: just left again and was, of course, highly satisfied!

Horrible experience. Waited an hour and a half after the technician broke the oil fill port for the engine and still paid 110$ for the oil change. Was my first and last time as a customer. Do not go here.

Amazing and friendly service! I not only received my quick oil change as advertised but also had a great experience with all of the friendly technicians at this location! David their assistant manager definitely stood out during this whole interaction. I highly suggest them for any of their provided services

I have used the Merchant Drive Valvoline service many times and am always treated fairly and respectfully. The mechanics are knowledgeable and explain all procedures and costs prior to initiating the repair. I've been there when it was very busy but felt the line moved in an appropriate timeframe. I have recommended this service to several people who have shared positive feedback to me.

Brought my bmw in for an oil change. Two days later my car was aggressively shaking. I took it to Grayson bmw out West and they proceeded to tell me the oil pan is leaking and has a hole. I most certainly did not have a hole or anything wrong with my oil pan before I came here. I have owned the car for about 10 years. And this is the first time I take it here cause they tell me they can change the oil for a bmw. Instead this is costing a lot of money to fix in which they re not gonna pay let alone give me a refund for the $130Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Came here for an oil change and was extremely pleased with customer service. David (assistant manager) was super nice and very knowledgeable. Also spoke with Ashley on the phone before arriving and she was super nice and also helpful. Prices are expensive as everything in the world is. I will definitely return. Keep up the good work!! Highly recommend!!

I just got my oil changed here cost over $100 on top of that my skid plate fell off nearly 2 miles down the road all the screws are stripped, the plastic housings are ruined and I have to have all new skid plate housings and screws. Do not I repeat do not get your oil change at this location absolute Ridiculous! The employees here felt like having a good time was better than doing quality work. If I was a manager I will be fine every single one at this location!!!!!Service: Oil change

Service was quick. I used a Groupon, but still paid for an additional quarter of oil which is understandable. The only problem I had with the knowledge of the technicians was the fact that I asked a couple of times what the rated mileage was for the filter that they put on and the gentleman could not tell me other than it will be good until my next oil change which if you have common knowledge about changing oil then you would know that you can have a filter that is rated for 3,000 miles all the way up to 20,000 miles so that was my main concern.

This location is very slow. Waited for over an hour for a 15 minute oil change. Driving thru Tennessee on a road trip& this added and additional hour plus to my commute home to Ohio. Then , they tried to put another car ahead of mine. If I wasn t trapped in line and didn t need an oil change, I would ve left!!! Unfortunately, I m currently still in line while they stand around and talk.. Not customer focus at all.

This is definitely the only place I'll go for an oil change. Terry was the main person I worked with but everyone there was super nice. Terry told me the things I needed to have done and why in a way I could understand. He gave me prices for it but without being pushy or guilting me into doing services I couldn't afford. Terry and everyone else that was working with him were super friendly and efficient! I swore I would never go have my oil changed by anyone but my family after a bad experience with Firestone but my step-dad is in poor health so I had to look for other options. Now I understand why everyone recommends Valvoline. Thank you to everyone working there yesterday, and to Terry for restoring my faith in professional oil changes.

Best staff and great process. May have a bit of a wait but really worth the time and money. No one pushes you into an upsell but gives you information just for you to decide what you want to add if anything to your oil change.

Stopped into this Valvoline today as someone who doesn't hold a "return business" mentality for a simple oil change. It was further than I normally go for simplistic maintenance, but was the closest local shop open til 6 PM (tight schedule and was overdue on an oil change.)I believe the employee who took care of me was named Austin. He was a manager from another store that was helping the new location out.He and the other staff were about as impeccable in every way as possible in a retail environment. Friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and they even offered additional options without perceived pressure, which is a fine line to walk.Any business with staff like that will bring in the customers, even ones that didn't plan repeat business for a certain industry.Kudos.
