I wrote a long review praising Nick and Eric and it just got deleted somehow so writing again that this is an amazing dealership. It's rare you find a place like this in the auto world where they provide first class customer service, and treat you like a partner. I had the best experience of my life in trading in my vehicle there and I highly recommend them. I will buy all of my future cars from USI and have them shipped to me. The other negative review I saw must have gone to a different place. These guys have been in business in Knoxville for many years and have a stellar reputation. Run don't walk to USI and you'll be glad you did. I kid you not!

I went to look at a Mercedes SUV and didn't like it. I drove it and it was nice, just not what I wanted. The sales manager, Eric, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and what my price range was. I drove a BMW SUV and it wasn't quite what I was looking for either, but my wife loved it. I then drove a BMW sedan and fell in love. I came for one car, but ended up buying two because of the honesty and integrity of the staff. I was really impressed by how helpful they all were. They even were really nice to my 6 year old daughter who found the Barbie Ferrari in the show room. I expected they were diving front of her to stop her from touching it. Instead they were opening the door for her to look inside. I will never buy a car anywhere else!

I can t say enough about dealing with USI. From the very beginning all the way through the buying to pick up process of my BMW convertible everything was five star. Trey was fantastic to deal with understood my needs and my geographic situation and worked around every obstacle. He made the whole experience simple bar none compared to any other transaction I ve had around the country. Highly recommend USI and Trey for any of your future needs in luxury cars. Simply the best!

Great experience with USI, This is our second car from them and I have nothing but good things to say. Our salesman Nick Compton was awesome he made the process so easy for us, all we had to do was sign and test drive all the leg work was done by him. Thanks Nick and the USI crew!!

I normally would not write a positive review about a place and someone from a dealership that I didn't purchase a vehicle from. However, USI motors and Trey Watkins changed my view on this. I spent a lot of time with Trey, or should I say Trey spent a lot of time with me. After driving a few vehicles, and doing some homework on used versus new I realized that I just can't afford to have my dream toy, so Im stepping down and settling for lower quality and obviously lower priced vehicle. Anyway, the folks I purchased a car from won't get anywhere close to 5 stars from me, maybe 2. It's nice to know there are car dealers who still have knowledgable, professional, honest, and over all some of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. At least I can testify that to be USI, Trey and Eric. BTW, they did close me, just not this time although my dream car will be purchased from these guys. Thank you Trey, and Eric, at USI Motors.

Very good dealer, everyone one there was wonderful, we were satisfied with he car we went to buy and left with it in under 2 hours. Nick took excellent care of us. It has the best selection I have seen on the East Coast. If you are looking for the ultimate luxury car this is the place to go.

My husbnd Moh You wrote a great review for Nick in Sept. UPDATE: We have had several issues with the car an S560, within 2 weeks we discovered 3 tires were bad they replaced 2. Carpet was missing in the trunk that has not been replaced. The car has been wrecked which they did not tell us.Since cashing our check they act like they don't know us. We will never buy another car from them. If I could give them -5 I would. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

You d think a high end shop checked their Inventory mechanically before selling. Truck wasn t even cleaned after purchase without request. I know they do not sell trucks regularly, but I bought a 2017 Sierra Denali in 2021 that turned out to be a complete lemon. When I tried to have it fixed there after purchasing an extended warranty, was told they didn t have the tools. Couldn t even work on the vehicle. Looking at a lawsuit for misrepresentation..

This is an excellent dealership with a team that cares about their customers and stays true to their word. I dealt with both Kendra and Eric during my purchase and both of them made buying the vehicle extremely easy. In addition to the great service they were more then fair on my trade in and quick to answer any questions I might have had. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Joe was such an amazing sales person. We saw a vehicle he posted on Facebook and he was immediately responsive and answered all of our questions. I feel your energy and awesome professionalism is SPOT ON! Even when I canceled the deal you were still polite and understanding. I called you a day later to reseal the deal and you were the same as the first day I made contact with you! I appreciate you picking me up from the airport in my vehicle. I thought that was a very smart idea as that gave me a chance to test drive the vehicle! I was shocked when you told me you were in my vehicle! Lol how impressive! You truly made my day and my year! Service technician Von was amazing. I had an issue with my vehicle not starting up and being stranded at a friend s house. Von arranged to receive my vehicle with very little notice. Walked me through each step of the repair (with pictures) and allowed me to pick out every part he ordered. I have never felt so involved in a substantial repair. I gladly paid the repair cost because I understand the process inside and out. Von is that guy!

Drove 2 1/2 hours out of state and was in and out in 10 minutes with my 2019 mustang gt. Nick was the salesman I worked with and he helped me out a ton. The staff was friendly as well, great experience overall.

Joe was great! He worked with us and helped with the negotiation process quickly. He had all paperwork done when went back to close the deal and it didn t take us long at all to get out the door and drive away. This is the second vehicle I ve purchased here. Their service department and (David) are great as well!!!
