Murad and Jr. Are the bomb if you're looking for a good deal? Friendly folks and a good selection with cars that have been checked out I'm telling you Go-no-further. This place satisfied me. They went above and beyond any measure they had to satisfy my needs. I highly recommend them. I give them 6 stars if it was possible.

Very Professional, They had multiple offers higher than what we agreed on, yet they held the truck for us! Trust worthily people no nonsense and no pressure sales, buy or walk no problem with them! Can't express the gratitude I have towards these folks. We drove 3 hours just to buy from them. 10/10 Highly Recommend them.

We live about an hour away from this lot and drove up there on a Friday afternoon after finding the perfect car for our daughter. Traffic was terrible due to construction and we ended up getting there less than an hour before closing. Murad was very accommodating and even let us work with our own bank to obtain financing.After a couple weeks of nearly nonstop research, we found a 2009 Subaru Impreza with almost 104k miles at a great price. The condition was great for its age. It drives well and the transmission is smooth as butter. The climate controls, windows, and other features all work as well. As with any used vehicle, there are no guarantees. Take your time. Do your research. Ask the right questions.Overall, we had a pleasant car-buying experience that will likely lead us to return to see Murad for our next vehicle purchase!

I worked with JR to purchase a car recently and had a very good experience. They definitely broke my stigma about buying from used car lots. JR let me test drive the car and evaluate it at my leisure, and held it for me for 2 days while I worked with my bank on a weekday to get the financing. the pick up was smooth and fast. I would bee comfortable buying from this lot again

JR at US Auto Network set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with an inquiry, JR was very responsive via email and over the phone. Once I arrived, the entire process couldn t have been more professional and smooth. When it came time to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and compare it to other same Makes and Models, I was able to take my time which made the process very pleasant. His attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond. He was honest and very straightforward when it came time to talk price. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used Jeep from JR. The process was stress free and pleasant. Highly recommend US Auto Network and JR!

I am happy with the purchase of my 2010 Honda Ridgeline RTL from US Auto Network. I had been looking for this truck for about 18 months. I bought the truck sight unseen just from talking to Mike on the phone. He was very straight forward about the truck and when he sent me the CarFax, it was a done deal. I went from Atlanta to Knoxville to pick up the truck and it was exactly like Mike said it was. I am very pleased with it. Thanks guys.

Outstanding communication. Seller and staff worked with me for test drive and allowed me to inspect the car at my leisure. Deal came together quickly and when I returned with money order the owner had turned down another offer for more money since we had agreed. Once the funds were cleared they promptly returned my deposit and in one week we're calling to follow up and had my tag, offered to mail it or come by to pick up. Dealer was awesome throughout the process. Highly recommend this dealer if you're looking for a vehicle.Outstanding communication. Great location lead to a great deal!!! Got a very lightly used 2011 Lexus is250 at a great deal. JR. Was able to work with the finance company and get me a really low down payment deal. Would definitely get another vehicle here again!

Murad was very attentive and quick to help with any questions regarding the vehicle, concerns or simple info regarding car. Also gave me a hell of a deal. ! 10/10 recommend even offered to hold the car until I had payment and worked with me on my budget as well as keeping patience while going over checking and testing the car. Absolutely will be coming back! Awesome staff and great cars

Some of the best service around! Murad was so amazing at getting us all set up. We had searched for the perfect car for months when we finally found a Crosstour. The car was so clean and drive incredibly and everything just worked out perfectly. I would reccomend us auto network to anyone and everyone!!!

FANTASTIC! AMAZING! EXTREMELY NICE! WONDERFUL! OUTSTANDING SERVICE! These are just a few words to describe our experience at US Auto Network. After a long, stressful day of car shopping I was about to give up as it was not fun like I thought it should be. My husband and I stopped at one more place on our way home. WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID!! Everyone at this place was helpful, personable, and just fun! I fell in love with a 2008 Denali that was a tad out of our budget, however Murad was quick to fix that! We left with that car in no time! I cannot say enough about this group of guys and I will highly recommend to anyone needing a vehicle!

I saw a Honda Accord that was listed on their website, and I worked the deal with Murad and Junior. They were prompt to respond and provide additional information. I saw the car on 12/20/22 and it was delivered to me on 12/23/22, it was as described and I'm happy with my purchase. If you're in the market for a good used vehicle I would recommend you check their site to see what's available because they just may have a vehicle for you.

I was in the market for a Toyota Sequoia and found them during an online search. They were very professional over the phone and worked to accommodate my needs since I was purchasing from out-of-state. I went ahead and put a non-refundable deposit down to hold the vehicle. After a few days, my vehicle needs changed so I notified them. Much to my surprise, they refunded my deposit in full! They wanted a happy customer whether I purchased from them or not. They did not have to do this and I was very impressed. Great customer service. I would highly recommend.

I used to be in sales. This dealership is one of the worst I have ever spoken with. They don't know how to haggle at all. One of the "salesmen" laughed and took offense at an offer. He then said he was going to check with his manager and hung up on me. I was not disrespectful to him, but maybe this can save other people from doing business with these charlatans.

Bought our first Jeep yesterday. JR was very helpful and accommodating. My wife and I have bought a number of vehicles over the years and this was the least stressful process ever! Low-pressure sales and friendly staff. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Great guys here. Very professional and helpful in the process of purchasing a used car. They answered all of my questions and took the time to sit down with me several times to make sure things were good to go. Also was awesome to be able to take it to a mechanic for a pre-buy inspection. Car was clean with no major problems and a very fair price. Highly recommend!

Are you looking for a quality used car from a trustworthy dealership? Your search is over! The gentlemen at US Autonetwork will not disappoint. I am buying my second car from them after my car got demolished by drunk driver. They treat you like family, sell quality vehicles at great prices and stand behind the cars they sell. I have pretty significant trust issues but they have earned my trust. You just do not find businesses these days with people who are straight shooters and have integrity. My neighbor referred me to Joe at Express Auto where their cars are serviced 10 years ago. Her car has 600,000 miles (no kidding) on the odometer and still running strong! You will not go wrong

These guys were absolutely amazing. Had us in an out within a hour. Made sure they gave us a call back when the car we were interested in didn t sell to another party. Car was extremely clean and in excellent condition for being a 2006. Extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. Would recommend anyone to this place. 10/10.
