On my way to Florida hauling an antique truck I lost brakes on the trailer I was pulling. Called them on a Monday morning and explained to them the situation I was in. They said bring it right in and we will look after you. I did as instructed and they certainly did look after me. Found the issue changed the parts required and had me on my way in just over an hour. The staff here were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish there were more businesses around as great as this one . I highly recommend them for any trailer service you may require. Thanks again guys for the absolute awesome service , Rick Roberts, Ontario, CanadaPS Truck was delivered to the auction this morning on time and safely. Thanks again.

Lost my dump trailer switch. Dustin in the parts dept very helpful finding me a new one. Then they went above and beyond to sort out why my trailer break box and plug weren t working on my truck, been a mystery for a while now. Fred pulled break plug off inspected it found the pin bent back, he straighten it out and now I have breaks again. Really great crew here. Highly recommend very friendly and professional thank you Dustin and Fred.

We broke a hub on our way from Norris Lake, Tennessee heading to Atlanta, Georgia and just happened to be close to Trailer Specialist. We called and they said we needed to make an appointment. When we explained we were traveling they told us to come on in. We were there for maybe 30 minutes and Fred had us out the door. Johnny, Fred and the rest were super nice and we really appreciated the hospitality and service. Price was really reasonable also!

I bent an axle on a camping trip from Canada. I was basically stranded until I found The Trailer Specialists. I called the shop and John was amazing at getting me in and fixed up in a day! I can t thank this team enough for their professionalism and their quality work. I was able to carry on with my holiday with basically no down time!

Just had warranty work done on my horse trailer and the gentleman I dealt with was great! Had me in and out quickly and customer service was awesome. Highly recommend

They built my trailer years ago and Dustin and his team continue to provide excellent service maintaining it. I will not take my trailer anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Had them replace a sliding window in my horse trailer, and they tried to pull a fast one on me and just put a piece of plastic on it! They also lost the key to the dressing room door!

While traveling between Atlanta and Cleveland, I unfortunately found I needed trailer repair services. I was FORTUNATE enough to end up at Trailer Specialists of Knoxville. They were super accommodating to my need for a quick turnaround to get back on the road. More importantly, they were incredibly honest, trustworthy, and did great work. In my situation, I was at the mercy of the repair place---they did not take advantage of that fact! My only regret is that I live in Atlanta and won't be able to use these guys for my regular maintenance year round. They are fantastic.Their facilities were well organized and professional. The staff was friendly and understanding. The owner was on site and on top of everything. A+++ to them and thank you!

As the owner and mechanic in sub-contracted corporate automotive and Trailer repairs for local companies, The less time I spend looking for replacement parts the faster I'm able to get the jobs completed and back to my customers, if you're looking for Trailer parts Trailer Specialist's is the go to place They have a very large selection of anything you would expect a trailer supply store to stock I give them a much deserved 5 Star. Trailer Specialist's also has their own repair shop on site for those in need of repairs, Thank you Trailer Specialist's from your curtous staff to always having the parts I need.

I've been a regular customer since 2016, and have bought tires, wheels, and have had several repairs on my 16' enclosed trailer. I continue to return, time and time again. Most of my repairs have been handled either the same day or the next day, and the pricing is very competitive. I will return again....and again...

John & his crew are good honest people that stand by their work. They just replaced old lights with leds & a few other things & done a superb job. Exactly what they said they would do. Would definitely recommend!

We dropped off our trailer on a Monday because we called ahead and asked them if they could fix a broken wire. We trusted them because THEY SAID they could get to it on Wednesday and we were leaving town on Sunday. Well, we didn't hear back from them so we called on Friday but they were closed and closed on the weekend. No one answered our phone calls, emails or facebook messages. So we had to stay an extra day in Knoxville just to pick up our trailer on Monday only to find out they didn't even touch it.It's extremely unprofessional to tell someone that you can do a job when clearly you can't. I wish I could leave negative stars.

We dropped off a trailer here with a 1-week turnaround to get a door rebuilt. They kept the trailer for 2.5 weeks and didn't update us unless we called and asked. "2 more days" they always said. After the 2.5 week mark, we needed it back and had to pick it up without them doing anything on it. If you need a place to park your trailer, get them to quote you, and it will sit there for as long as you need it...

I want to thank all of the great guys from Trailer Specialist. I work for the Sheriffs Office in Cincinnati, Ohio. On 4/4/19 I had to have my boat trailer towed to Trailer Specialist and these guys bent over backwards to help us. GREAT BUSINESS!!!!!

Every time I have called or visited their location they have been nothing but completely helpful and awesome. One instance I was calling for some general help and not only did they answer every question I had but also went out of his way to give me a local vendor that I could order the parts through. Really recommend these guys and their company.

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. They have saved my rear a couple of times just having the rite part or sending me to the rite place for it. I don t just do 5 stars, this place has earned it.

If you are not a commercial customer, you will not be a priority. It took 10 weeks to get the axels replaced on my camper. I called after 4 weeks & was told they had forgotten to order my axels. When I finally got my camper back, it was damaged.

After blow out on bobcat trailer on interstate they were only place @ that had 8 lug wheels & rite size tires .With Very good fast service & very reasonable prices.

They fixed the crack in my trailer, and diagnosed that the light controller box in my vehicle was defective. Very helpful and friendly.

Great for repairing and refurbishing trailers of all sizes and types. Very reasonable prices and schedules are the best.
