Went here to get two front tires replaced.The guys out in the bay were cool as cucumbers.I had a problem with the buying process. The guy quoting me tire prices told me the 2 front tires would be $300 as a package deal and didn t explain what the package was.Me thinking that it was the 2 tires and balanced and put on.After waiting for a new guy to go through the trouble of cashing me out and giving me my invoice. (Which took 20 minutes because he was new and didn t have help)I got down the road to get food and read the invoice.They charged me $40 for road hazard warranty. (Which I didn t need. )What I m trying to say is if you go here. Ask for the detailed invoice before purchasing anything.I went back and told them. And he said it ll be 2-3 weeks before the money goes back into my card.Update- (one week later)When I was going down the highway around 70mph I would notice a shake.I thought it was the back tires because they were a little old. I replaced the back tires and the shake continued.I took it to another tire discounters to check the balance of the front two tires. And guess what?They didn t balance.The guy here said they didn t even take the old weights off. How crazy is that? So they re setting me up with new weights.Absolutely ridiculous.

They were wonderful and very quick. Zack is very friendly and makes you feel welcome and heard. They corrected an issue I had at another location and got the tire I needed the same day within a couple of hours. Customer service at its finest! Worth every penny.

Best car service experience I ve ever had. Will definitely plan on using them in the future! They take the time to explain and teach you about what s going on with your car.One of the guys even took me out to the lift to look at the wear on the tires and explain how my shocks weren t working properly.We talked through what needed repair/replaced now and what will need to happen in the future.I ve never had any mechanic ever spend the time and effort to let me know what s happening and why and what to plan on replacing in the future with an estimated time range. I m amazed!

When I had a 2 flat tires they helped out more than enough. Tre even stayed after close to help out. He s a great worker and a great manager. Also when I needed and oil change I called and talked to Zach he was helpful by trying to list other locations (their sister locations) and even though all of them were busy Tre and Zach managed to get me in anyways. It s a super great team and business I would recommend anyone to come to this location!!

The worker at the front desk, Zach, was extremely helpful and professional in assisting with choosing the right tire. The work was done in a timely manner. Would definitely go back to have any other work done that they perform.

Called at 8am Monday morning with a tire that wasn't holding air. Tre said to bring the car in, and the tire was fixed in <1 hour. My toddler enjoyed the kid area, and I appreciate the service we were provided. I've used the Moss Grove Rd location before to buy tires for another vehicle, and this will continue to be our tire place. Thanks Tre!

I highly recommend using this Discount Tires location. My truck s battery was struggling in the cold weather. They checked my battery, starter, and alternator. The result showed that although my battery was good, it was not as strong as it could be, and meant that on cold mornings, I needed a jump to get it going. They found the problem the first time and I appreciate that. I will be back!

Had to take my car to discounters today to get my tire looked at. Happy to say it was a great experience, I was in and out in about 15 min or so. Mr Tre the GM there personally took care of my car his self so he could get me in and out while his guys were busy with other cars. Highly recommend tire discounters.

I got my 2nd flat tire in the last 4 days today but didn t have the money to buy another tire again so I knew I d have to use my spare until payday. The problem was, I wasn t 100% sure how to put the spare on myself. Thankfully, there was a Tire Discounters right up the road from where I was so I pulled in there on my almost completely flat tire. I explained my situation, & a very nice, helpful fella named Larry offered to assist me. I told him I d be happy to put it on myself if he could just tell me how to do it, but he kindly offered to put it on for me. These last 6-8 months have been particularly difficult for me & my family, financially & otherwise, so it was such a blessing to have someone go out of their way to be as kind & helpful as Larry was today. To be honest, I ve never used Tire Discounters before, but after my interaction w/Larry today, my family & I will definitely use them in the future if/when we need such services. I m an avid review reader when it comes to using a new service/company so I hope someone else will read this & decide to use them in the future as well. Thank you Mr Larry!

I ran over some junk on Thanksgiving and came in to get my tire patched on Black Friday. I expected to pay a reasonable price and get this fixed but they were really busy. Guess what these guys had the nerve to charge me?Nothing. Not a penny.They also tried to upsell me a bottle of water or coffee, for free. I don't know what game they're playing.. but I'll definitely return when I need anything done on my car.Thanks to Zach for taking care of us.

Super friendly and professional staff. David O and Dave were very helpful and they were great answering all our questions. I bought 4 tires for my Cobra. They call to update and notify if there is any other issues than my requested service. They will give you information but not a push sales. I appreciate that. The service was done even earlier. Also, thank you for honoring veterans.

My daughter was traveling to West Virginia and had a tire that wouldn t hold pressure. The staff a this location took care of her and got her back on the road. She called me ecstatic about how nice the staff was and how well she was treated. Thank you.

Truck had air leaking from what I thought was the valve steam. Took it in and the team at TD were professional and courteous.They found a hole in the tire and plugged it for free.Really appreciate their work and will definitely be back!!

I ve been in Knoxville for almost two years and I ve been to a few places that haven t been the best. This is by far the best place I ve been to. Genuine people that care and aren t trying to manipulate you into extra stuff. Timely service and joyful attitudes.

Had never used Tire Discounters before, but after this experience it is where I will go and recommend to others for their needs. I ordered a set of aftermarket wheels online and needed a place for instal. The supplier had Tire Discounters as a partner, after reading reviews and calling this location I decided to give it a shot. I called and spoke with Tre who was exceptionally friendly and sounded eager to help. I originally had my wheels mounted and balanced with current tires. I began to notice a vibration at higher speeds and called Tre and they happily took a second look free of charge. We made the decision to go from the balancing weights to the beads. After driving for a few weeks, I felt the beads were worse. I called Tre back and he once again was extremely friendly and sounded eager to help. He allowed me to make another appointment (for a small, very reasonable charge) on a Saturday morning to go back to weights and make sure my wheels/tires were balanced. I am very happy with the service I received from Tre and the staff at this location and am very appreciative of the service I received especially when I did not purchase the parts from them. Hard to find service like that these days. Thank you again Tre and everyone at Tire Discounters.

If you EVER have a tire issue, please stop by Tire Discounters on Moss Grove Road in west Knoxville! Tre Bassett, III, is the manager & Nick, the most efficient & kindest affiliate found my issue & within 20 minutes I was out and on my way!I am Singing your Praises! Thank you, thank you!

Your employee Bill was excellent and provided the very best of quality care for my tire needs. You have an outstanding employee there and the members of his team were quick and very good with my service. I recently moved into the Maryville area of greater Knoxville and I'll be sure to return for all my auto needs for my two vehicles. Thanks for having a top-flight team delivering quality service. This is the 2nd time I have been here to fix a nail in my tire. The first time was great, but this time, Tre came out the car with me, helped me get the tire out of my car, told me it would be a few mins, and I was in and out extremely fast. I will definitely be coming here from now on!!! Plus, everyone here is friendly and they listen to you!!! Thanks Tre!!!

I got four new tires, three-year unlimited alignment for the best price you could find anywhere in town. General manager Greg is awesome and really cares about his customers. I would never take any of my vehicles anywhere else because he takes such good care of us.

My truck has had its new tires balanced 3 times elsewhere. Twice at the location where the tires were purchased, once by the dealer and even though they weren't great, I had decided this was going to be as good as it gets with a little bit of a larger tire. Recent oil change and tire rotation by the dealership had the truck shaking pretty back on the highway so I wanted to find elsewhere that might be better equipped for the balancing. I rolled the dice looking at local tire shops near my work and chose this location as my next try. Bill and the team got my truck tires the best they have been since the truck was new 30k ago. Super impressed with how they communicated, listened to my previous experiences elsewhere, and what I though was going on. They got it right the first time. Definitely highly recommended.

This is the second time I leave the shop with issues with my car. Last time was at the Campbell station store where I had my oil changed. Got home and noticed oil on the floor. Had to take the car to my REAL mechanic and come to find out that they did not tighten the screw in the pan. This latest one, was a simple balance and rotate job. None of the tires were adjusted for the proper air pressure based on where the tires are going (front or rear). I called and wanted me to come back. No time for this nonsense. Get the job done right the first time. You only have one job to do: Tires!

Dewayne and Tre were the 2 main people that helped me in choosing the rims/tires/lift kit I wanted for my 4runner and I couldn't be happier with how smoothly it went. Dewayne called me the day everything arrived at their location and even installed it 6 days in advance before the date we planned on. He also personally drove me home after I dropped off the 4runner to be worked on. Tre was very knowledgeable of how to work their computer system for setting up dates, making the deposit, etc. Friendliest guy in the world too! Fair pricing for the amount of equipment and labor I was given. Highly recommend this crew if you're looking for new wheels or have any mechanical issues!
