I don t know what finding an oasis with water when I m dying of thirst is like but I understand finding a TireDiscounters at the next exit when I ran over something large enough to form three one to two inch holes in my tires. I didn t realize Knoxville stored tricycles on an Interstate but that s the equivalent damage we suffered. I ve used TireDiscounters since moving to Louisville in 2016. A man named Chip Wood started the company in 1976. I had a friend named Chip Wood in Georgia but in 1976 he would have been twelve so I doubt he started the company. But it s rare these day to pull into a tire store with a flat tire. Tires are more resilient. But that s what occurred. However we found Josh, Service Manager. We were heading to the mountains of NC. He replaced all four tires and aligned them in barely over an hour. (I was going to replace all four next year anyway, so . My wife, dog and I are all college football fans so we enjoyed catching up on a game on TV while they worked on our vehicle. I doubt I ll return down there since I live a few hours away but I m tempted. Just a great experience at a very frustrating time. Kudos!

Shout out to Tire Discounters! On my previous experiences I found them to be very helpful even when I hadn t bought anything from them. On two occasions I needed a tire repaired and they did it a no charge. Today I needed new tires and had them install 4 new ones and wheel alignment. They did a great job and at a fare price. I highly recommend Gregg and his team if you re looking for tires! Great job!

My experience was fantastic! The customer service was exceptional, and they excelled at accommodating my needs when the tire I ordered online turned out to be the wrong size a mistake not of my doing, as the call center staff offered a great deal but entered the incorrect numbers. The gentlemen at the front desk not only rectified the issue but also provided me with a complimentary alignment and oil change. They have earned my business going forward. As a woman, it's refreshing to have my car taken care of so attentively, rather than being taken advantage of.The service was convenient and swift. I recommend making an appointment to ensure the best experience.Thank you once again!

Greg, Wayne, and all the guys in the back did a great job! Competitive pricing and had my specific tires in stock where other shops did not, and were able to get my vehicle serviced quickly. Greg went above and beyond to correct a minor frustration with my service. I will be back for my next service!

Broke off my oil dipstick tube on my 2014 challenger. I noticed burning oil smell the day after I got my oil changed here. Looked under the hood and the dipstuck tube was broken off from the bolt and not connected to the oil pain, it was just hanging in the engine bay trapped on some wires so I was leaking oil on top of having a broken dipstick tube. I'll be taking it somewhere else to get it fixed. Hopefully not a massive amount of oil has leaked out and bricked my engine. Be careful where you take your vehicle

I am 90 mins away from home and punctured my tire with a screw. Kyle was able to squeeze me in immediately to patch the tire and I was able to get home safely. So thankful for their amazing customer service. I highly recommend this location for service!! Thank you again Kyle!

In May I came to tire discounters for an alignment and they took wonderful care of me. Fast-forward in July my truck was knocked out of alignment from something I have no idea. I brought it back to the Kingston Pike location and was pretty frustrated due to I was under the impression I would have to pay for another alignment from after just getting one done two months ago. But nope, the entire staff brought me in after I was already a little late for my appointment and treated my awesome. If you want quality customer service and a great experience. Tire discounters on Kingston Pike is the place you need to go. I was even over the moon happy when I saw they were dog friendly. Even if the Karen next to us was having a meltdown because the couple across the waiting room had the most well trained dogs on the planet.

Came in to get a patch on my tire. Told the tech exactly where the staple in my tire was. He came back in to tell me my front tires needed replaced and my tread was nearing the danger zone (my car is brand new and only has 20k miles on it) Told the tech I have a 50k warranty on my tires, i m good. I have worked on cars my whole life so I am not vulnerable to a salesman. They then took my car back and said a screw is in my sidewall and they couldn t repair it. Told them that it s crazy they work at a tire shop and didn t know the difference between the sidewall and tread and to put my tire back on and i ll be on my way.I immediately took my car to a local tire shop. The tech there told me my tires still have over 50% life and were in good shape. He took my back tire off and patched it with no issue in less than 10 minutes. Always use local instead of these commercial companies.

Had a great experience at Tire Discounters. Greg and the crew are awesome and the customer service was amazing, makes you feel valued. I definitely recommend going here for all your automotive needs. Love the tires.

I had never been to this location before and had always taken my car to the Moss Grove address in Knoxville. I thought I made an appointment at the Moss Grove location, but when I arrived, they turned me away and told me my appointment was at the Kingston Pike location. I am so thankful I made the appointment at THIS Tire Discounters. I met the General Manager, Greg Besoiu, explained the issues with my car and let him know that the "shaking when braking" problem had been ongoing for quite some time. The other location repeatedly told me there was nothing wrong with my car and I only needed an oil change and tire rotation. Greg was concerned and said his mechanic, Jeff Hassell, would get to the bottom of the problem. Greg introduced me to Jeff and I explained the issue. Within minutes, Jeff knew what the problem was and assured me he would fix it. He not only fixed it, he showed me the worn-out part that was causing the problem. I cannot thank Greg and Jeff enough for listening to my concerns and making sure my car was repaired and safe to drive. It is so refreshing to find an auto service company with great employees who are experienced and take the time to listen to the customer. I will tell everybody I know: ALL TIRE DISCOUNTERS LOCATIONS ARE NOT THE SAME. If you need service for your car, please take it to Tire Discounters located at 8088 Kingston Pike. Greg and Jeff will take care of you.

I got 4 new tires here about a month ago, and that experience was great in itself. They kept me in the loop the whole time they worked on my car, and I didn t feel like they tried to con me into spending extra money- which can be rare when a woman goes by herself to an auto shop! They actually saved me quite a bit of money on anything they could. Fast forward a month- I ran over a nail with one of these brand new tires. I felt no stress since luckily I had purchased warranty on each tire. I drove to the shop and Greg and his guys replaced the tire with no hassle. I just had to pay an installation fee which was way cheaper than a new tire would be. Would recommend these guys to anyone!!

Needed a tire air stem replaced. One shop quoted $50 for one tire. These guys did all four for $49 and it only took 30 minutes. Awesome!

The sales rep at tire Discounters Brandon is an amazing person to work with. He is very passionate about his work. He has existential knowledge about cars ! He went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal for my car, plus he make sure that I got the best quality for my money. They were all friendly and helpful. best tire shop location in knoxville. The way that they will take care of you is beyond any treatment I ve received before. And still. My car drives better after leaving this location every time. Greg and Josh are great people, they will take care of you.

Had an awesome experience today. The manger helped me and he was extremely helpful and knocked off some of those pesky fees. Would definitely be back the next time I need tires, etc! Also you get a free alignment here when you purchase all 4 new tires.

Great customer service !! Need tires ASAP ! Andrew did an amazing job, finding tires and fit in my budget..Called many places and nobody carries 15 inch tires anymore..Tire discounters did a great job of installing the tires and torque the wheel lug nuts !! I ve been to a variety of tire shops in Knoxville and I m just floored by these guys. I happened to be in the area and popped in to see if they could fix one tire. Most other places would try to upsell a new tire or set of tires. These guys assessed the situation, provided honest recommendations, and hooked it up! Josh helped me today and was stellar. Personable, a pleasure to chat with, and hella sincere. I live 20 minutes away, but I can confidently say these are my people from here on out. Solid experience. 10/10 recommend. Thanks guys!

I blew out a tire at 5:15pm, and the amazing crew at this Tire Discounters told me to come in. They had it ready to drive by 6pm. I returned for a new full set of tires because of their impeccable service. The entire staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I will certainly return for all of my vehicle needs. They also do brakes!
