Blew a tire on our way home from Georgia to Michigan in the middle of a monsoon. Stopped at Tire Discounters and they were able to get us in right away, dispose of our spare, and replace with the right tire needed! Eva was especially kind to us and ensured we were safe to journey home and was transparent about pricing from the beginning (which is always a major plus when getting car work done). Highly recommend using Tire Discounters for your tire needs.

Had a leak from my stem valve. They got me in right away and fixed in less than 30 minutes. Great people and great service! 10/10 recommended!

Two days ago the weather was so bad that almost nobody was on the road, after sliding into a ditch because of the ice on a ramp, I got up the next morning and got ahold of Dwayne who let me know the prices on some tires - so I came by to see him.Little did I know, Dwayne was by himself - his entire crew had called in because of the conditions - Dwayne put the tires on and balanced them himself - while taking other customer calls. He was super knowledgeable and went out of his way to take care of me.His level of customer service and dedication was unmatched. I will always get my tires and service here going forward for my son and I after my first experience which was one of the best experiences I ve ever had.Thank you, Dwayne. You are incredible!

Chris is excellent to deal with. He was able to work in my girlfriend s tire to be patched after a nail left her stranded. He ensured the repair could be done and had her back on the road quickly. It s nice to know there is a trustworthy tire shop near by that will take care of her when she is in need!Thanks Chris!!

Tire Discounters was an excellent experience and I could not have asked for a better time getting my tire patched. The staff was incredibly friendly and made quick work of something that another tire shop was unable to help with. I will absolutely be recommending this location to friends in the Knoxville area and this should be anyone s choice should they need tire services.

I recently had a very slow leak on a tire with less than 25k miles on it. After getting the hard sell at a location in Halls, TN (told them I only needed a repair or just one tire but kept getting a price for four) and then another on Clinton Hwy. (was told my tires would not make it through the winter), I found Tire Discounters. Not only did they not try to sell me tires I did not need they repaired my tire at no cost, only asking me to come back to them when it was time to buy new tires. DeWayne Comer is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly -- more importantly, he is trustworthy. I highly recommend Tire Discounters and appreciate their honesty and guidance.

I had a nail in my tire and my BMW dealership had told me that I would need new tires soon at my last service appointment so I stopped by Tire Discounters. I asked them to fix the leak, but if they felt I was ready for new tires go ahead and give me a quote. They could have sold me new tires then and there, but they honestly told me I just needed the nail removed. I had plenty of life left on the tires. How often do you see this type of honesty in a business? When I do need tires I will be coming back to Tire Discounters. Beautiful, clean, state of the art facility.

Scammers! They will lie to you & tell you have an all wheel drive in order to scam you out of needing all 4 tires replaced! Even when only 1 is needed. (Just had a fresh set of tires replaced 90 days ago) . The woman insisted that my vehicle was a 4Matic model Mercedes (all wheel drive) when it doesn t state that anywhere on my paperwork or body of the vehicle! She told me I would need to purchase ALL 4 Tires instead of the 1.I also called MERCEDES BENZ who in fact also confirmed that I didn t have such vehicle! This is a terrible way to do business and such a waste of time traveling there! Do not waste your time! Go elsewhere with HONEST people!

Beyond annoyed. Could have had a good review and rating if the tech would have put my brand new tire on, and not put my old, damaged tire back on with nails in it.When I was texted and told my new tire was in, I was asked if I wanted to schedule an appt and I said, yes morning would work well. Then was told to just show up any time after 8. Ok that s not an appt. Show up, sit for about an hour while my new tire should have been put on.Get a call after a couple hours telling me my new tire was not on my vehicle, the tech got confused, and I would have to come back. The man on the phone suggested I come the next day. Nope! this damaged tire that was back on my vehicle had a slow leak, wasn t leaving it overnight to leak and possibly be flat in the morning; plus I have scheduled workers coming to my house. So I couldn t do the next day. I say I ll be there in about 5 min, pull up and he tries to joke with me it took me 9 min. Yeah not in the mood to joke. Apologies would have been much more appropriate. Mistakes happen, but my time is as valuable as anyone else s. Didn t need 2 trips to this place in a day or the ho hum attitude. Also, only one other customer when I pulled up, so they had plenty of time to accommodate me for a second time today. Which was also interesting, because the first time I sat in the waiting room, they told a man they had been behind and probably will still be behind at 5. I pulled in at 5:03. They weren t behind at all. If you re the ones making mistakes, you need to bend over backwards to accommodate the customer you wronged. Won t be back.

Tire Discounters is absolutely fantastic. I had issues with rims and they helped me find the correct rims for what I wanted to do and ensured that they worked. Now I have steelies on my Fusion like the 2017 ones.

This place is wonderful! They not only fixed my tire quickly and efficiently but also provided outstanding customer service. They were very professional and the quality of work was great. If you're in need of tire services, this is the place. DeWayne helped me and I can t say enough great things about him. I will definitely be back!

If you're looking to get your tires financed don't go here... Just had four tires put on my work van for thirteen hundred dollars... Unbelievable No wonder you get a free alignment and oil change...NOT!

A tire in my wife s car had a nail in it that needed to be patched. Other places wanted me to come back later or leave the vehicle. Tire Discounters was able to work me in and get it repaired. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Joe was extremely kind and considerate when I came into the shop for a tire repair, they worked me in immediately and I was able to leave for work in a timely manor. The shop was extremely clean and well maintained. The workers were all groomed and put together and stayed on task. I would recommend TireDiscounters to anyone who needs work done. And to Joe, thank you again for being such a blessing, I appreciate your kindness and work.

The dealership that I purchased our car from told me that my tire wasn t repairable and I needed to buy a new tire. Before I bought a new tire, I wanted a second opinion, so I brought it to Tire Discounters. It was at the end of the day, so I didn t think they would have time to fit me in and I would have to bring the car back another day. But to my surprise, they fit me in and repaired the tire that my dealership told me couldn t be repaired! I had an excellent experience here. Instead of going to my dealership, I plan to come back here in the future for any issues I may have!

Great service, moderate tire pricing, but zero integrity.I usually deal with Discount Tire in North Carolina, but with my son going to college in Knoxville I needed to buy some tires for him locally. I searched for Discount Tire using Google, but for some reason, Tire Discounters returned in the result. Thinking that Discount Tire wasn t in the area, I went to this location and had 4 new Goodyear tires installed.We had to go back for some reason, I think it was a vibration- really honestly can t remember, but anyway when I searched for the store s phone number to arrange for the corrective measures on Google Maps, I saw that Discount Tire is indeed in the area.I had been dealing with Dwayne (not sure the spelling), so I called him back about the issue and told him that what I really preferred to go to Discount Tire, and then I would cart the 4 tires back to him for a refund.Not only was I more familiar and comfortable with Discount Tire, but they were also $60 cheaper on the set of 4.Dealing with Discount tire would also allow me to take advantage of the lifetime rotating and balancing once my son returned home. Discount Tire is in Charlotte, but not Tire Discounters. Dwayne said he really wanted to keep my business, so he suggested that we go to Discount Tire to buy a standalone balance and rotate policy on our current tires and he would reimburse us. I told him that I appreciated that, but he was failing to realize that not only would I be dealing with a trusted brand, but I would get the tires cheaper. He said again he really wanted to keep my business, and offered a free oil change to level out the transaction. I told him the car wasn t due for an oil change, plus I do my own oil changes using synthetic oil. He said he would also use synthetic, and I can just bring it in when it s due.Well, you can probably see where this is going. I certainly should ve gotten something in writing, but I really thought at the time that I could trust him. I called him today and of course he doesn t want to do the oil change. He said that the rotate and balance was the extent of good will he was willing to endure.Why would I make up such a story? Had he not promised the free oil change, I would ve simply gotten the refund that I was entitled to and moved on to Discount Tire. I ve no reason to smear any company s reputation unjustly. This was the very next day- so, well inside the window for a refund.I felt like arguing with him today, but instead I calmly accepted him as a fraud and hung up. I m not sure if he really remembers it this way, or if he s just cutting his losses. He has certainly dealt with many other customers since me, but he is the only tire store I ve dealt with since this purchase. My memory is clear and unclouded, but he made no attempt to concede or pacify.They obviously do a lot of business and I think they must get it right far more often than not, but my advice is for you to increase your odds of satisfaction and deal with more reputable companies that don t insinuate you are a liar when you contact them for promissory services due. If nothing else, at least checkout Discount Tire s prices online to make sure you re not overpaying like I did. De-Wayne in my case proved not to be De-pendable.

Edit: After months of waiting, the Regional Manager connected with me and quickly issued rhe refund check.I chose this place because of the high ratings. I bought four tires. We ended up having to get a different brand after I'd already paid and they were less than the original ones.No big deal except for they told me their computers were locked down for the night, so they'd have to mail me my $110 refund. Inconvenient, but not earth shattering.It's been over three months, and at least five phone calls, with no refund. I've been told that they'll check on it, email headquarters, and that they'll call or email me for an update. Nothing.I find it highly unprofessional, ridiculous, and questionable that I've gotten the run around. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get money I overpaid. Quite frustrating, and I can't recommend their store because of how this has been mishandled.

This location not only took over 2 hours to look at my car after I made an appointment, they didn t even bother communicating with me about why they were behind or what was taking so long. I asked for updates a few times with no help. Eventually after asking for a manager, I had my car taken back. After spending more than 4 hours waiting, I was offered a discount which is nice. This transaction isn t genuinely the issue. The issue is when I came again today for a simple oil change, I was told they couldn t. I asked why bother making appointments if they will just turn me away or make me wait hours on end and the employee told me to leave. Not sure if this was because I questioned his lack of ability to service customers or if it s because i m gay. I only bring this fact up as when I was walking out, the man yelled back this is why we don t service you people here .

I ve been to a lot of tire places over the years. I was traveling back to Knoxville and hit a dead dog on the interstate. It knocked my car out of alignment badly. Every place I went to on Clinton hey said I needed to make an appointment and come back later. It was only 1:00 PM on a Friday. The people at Tire Discounters on Old Callahan got me in and out within 1 hour. I noticed something had happened to my door handle while my car was there and it wouldn t open from the I side every time. I went back and told Dewayne about it. It hadn t ever happened before and wasn t happening when I brought my car in. He ordered the interior door handle clip and fixed it free of charge. They are a tremendous operation. Fast, courteous, and they stand behind their work. I plan to send all my family and dealer friends there. I fully recommend Dewayne and Tire Discounters.

My second visit to this location that recently opened near me. Both visits were textbook professional. Friendly, professional staff that greeted me when I entered. Clean, well appointed waiting area. Proper care of my car when serviced. Quick turnaround. There's a reason I went back after the first visit. Excellent experience.

The service was excellent, a friendly greeting, and prompt service. Had to come in for a slow leak on a new vehicle. Chris helped me out when I dropped it off, and Joe helped me when I picked it up. Ready in about 20 minutes. Definitely coming back again(hopefully in about 30,000 miles when I need new tires).
