Jeff picked the phone up right away I just need my tires balanced he explained the pricing I may just drop in Thursday these cheaper guys won't even pick up the phone to give a quote

Professional customer service from Andy on the phone and in person! He told me I could actually wait to replace a couple of my tires and gave me several options to consider for the tires damaged by nails. Ibai went above and beyond by helping me set up to work remotely while I waited for Justin to replace and rotate my tires! These guys are an amazing team that I would recommend for honest and reliable service! I will be coming back!

Roger helped me inside he was relaxed and easy to talk to and got me set up right away. The mechanic that did my work was Jeremy and he was awesome! He knows his stuff and was quick and getting my stuff done. He even rotated my tires for free !

My daughter had a nail in her tire and she was able to take it and be in and out in less than 30 minutes. Service was great and they took care of her problem quickly and cheaply. Much appreciated!

The location is a little difficult to find which gate to enter, but once in it was a terrific shop. Not only did they keep me updated throughout the process but took the time to identify problems that may arise down the road. They also had my slim tire in stock so a replacement for a tire took less than 2hours. Great shop, friendly staff, would highly recommend for anyone with a tire issue

I can't say enough good things about Tire Center of Knoxville! A crazy thing happened where a kitten got stuck in the spare tire of the car and we could not get it to come out. The mechanics at the Tire Center took time out of their busy afternoon to rescue the kitten for us!

Wonderful, unexpected tire needs after driving from Louisiana to Tennessee. They got me right in and found the problem. 2 new tires and back in the road. Wonder service.
