Five stars all the way around! My Jeep Liberty was ROUGH inside and out but Aaron made her sparkle like new. Great customer service, easy to communicate with and very fair pricing. I highly recommend!

I spend A LOT of time in my truck on the interstate with a trailer behind it, so it takes a beating. After picking it back up, it looked like it did the day that I bought it and made it actually enjoyable to be in again. Top notch dude to do business with.

He did a fantastic job. Went above and beyond to make my 2020 Toyota Camry look like a new one. Kept us informed each day and had it done before expecting it to be done. Very polite and friendly. Aaron helped me set up the perfect gift for my girlfriend. I had owed her an early Christmas present and he more than delivered. He made her whole suv look like it did the day she got it. And she had definitely given him quite the task.He got the job done way before I had expected it to be, and when dealing with a car that a girl in college used and hasn t cleaned in 3 years, that s amazing.I will refer anyone to A-aron. Him being very personable and explaining the process of cleaning in detail over the phone rather than just giving me the price made me choose him over the other guys in Knoxville. I appreciate his flexibility and understanding of my situation when I called him. This gentleman was very personable and professional! He did a fantastic job on my seats. I have an 8 year old boy so they were pretty bad but for real when he got done they looked good as new! My family and I couldn t more impressed with how amazing of a job Aaron did. We bought a Toy Hauler that was absolutely filthy and Aaron brought her back to life in the appearance department. He also adjusted his schedule last minute to come back the following day to deep clean the carpet. It was gross when he showed us the water. We will use Aaron any chance we get and highly recommend him. Aaron did a great job with the detailing of my Explorer. I was even able to refer a neighbor to him after seeing the quality of job he did on my vehicle. He was professional and just a nice young man in addition to his work. I am trying to sell my sons Jeep Wrangler. I took the Jeep to Aaron hoping he could make it smell less like a garbage truck and more like a vehicle that someone will buy. It WAS the smelliest, dirtiest car. Aaron did an amazing job!! We dropped it off in the evening and picked it up the next morning. I can t believe it s the same Jeep. The gross smell is gone, the interior looks great and the engine looks brand new. Aaron was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about his business. When I first called to get a quote on my car I thought it was gone be extremely expensive and I really felt there was no saving my car. My husband is a heavy smoker and my car was damaged with smoke residue, BAD. But this man cleaned my car so good it felt like I was leaving the dealership with a brand new car again. My car went to them looking very dirty and worn out. I was extremely happy with the level of service that they provided. My car came back looking almost new again. The ugly dirt wheels? SPOTLESS! Classic bait and switch scam. I booked and SUV @ $175.00 and a truck at $190.00. The rates given on their page. Within minutes I received texts stating, those are old rates and the new cost is $300 per vehicle. The reason was Aaron said he started the business 7 months ago inexperienced, and now has more experience. I tried to persuade him to honor the price booked on his platform, and his answer was he just changed the amount because it was not correct. There is no integrity in business these days!!

After months of rain we discovered our family vehicle had become inundated with water then mold. We thought it would be a total loss but Mega Mobile Detail deconned the entire interior. The interior, including the carpet, went from having lots of visible mold to looking nearly new. It's a fresh clean car. Our very old family favorite vehicle has been saved. Had a big job yesterday but he rose to the occasion. Our 40ft motorhome has not been this clean and shiny in a while. Professional, knowledgeable and arrived on time. Would recommend to anyone.

Ever since Aaron Covington and his wife detailed my car, it has this harsh fruity smell that gives me an allergic reaction. I now get a watery nose, watery eyes, and sneeze a lot every time I drive my car. There's a saying, "don't try to fix something that's not broken." They did an ok job until they added these fruity smelling wafers that caused this long term problem. Then when I asked Aaron on the phone how many wafers they put, he told me about 4. That ended up being a lie because I counted 9 wafers that I had to remove, where 5 of them sat longer and caused more damage. It already has been over 2 weeks and the heavy smell still won't go away. It might take another several weeks. I never had this issue with any detailer in the past. Aaron didn't even offer a partial refund or a resolution for his big mistakes. Overall, a failure.
