About a month ago I bought brand new tires from here, and as of today I had my sway bars changed and I found a huge knot on my right drive side tire WITH A PLUG in it ! Would not recommend this place at all ! I have 2 kids one of them was in the car with me while having the tires put on! This place is hazardous and they will be seeing me tomorrow !

These guys were great. Gast service considering the number of cars ahead of me. Had a bad tire and they gave me four for $160 mounted and balanced. And the tires, though used, had excellent tread on them.

I just stopped by with a tire that s had a slow leak in it for over a month. Mike pulled out a nail and plugged the tire for me. I was there for less than 10 minutes (Monday around 3pm) and it cost $10. The tire pressure warning light in my car is off and I ll no longer have to keep stopping off to put air in my tire. I m a happy customer.

Pulled in an hour before close. Waited 30 minutes, told Chris what size tire I needed. He went inside and came back out and said they were closed. Their hours on Google says 5pm. I pull over to the deli and wait to see what they tell the other drivers. A white van behind me was able to get jacked up to get their tire changed. Yet I was turned away? Absolutely crazy. Will not be back to either location.

I needed 4 tires transferred over to new wheels with pressure sensors also. I called and talked to the "manager" who gave me a quote for $100- $110 which was fair. I get over there the next day to find a line all the way to the road. I waited patiently in line only to find out some guy now wants to charge me $160 and gets mad at me when I tell him somewhere else will do it for $100

Bought new tires and they didn't tell me that my vehicle needed alignment and I had to put two more tires plus get alignment fixed will not get tires from.t them again

They over price tires patches and all 2weeks ago I paid 15.00 to patch and today I paid 30.00for a tire that is smaller. Can I say don't ever go there unless you have no choice.

I came on 11/21 at approximately 4:30 they put a tire on that had a stab in it to my house then it went flat I tried to call no answer then I went to there sister shop and they told me to drive on it in the rain smh then they put a tire on to small for my car just to make it back to the cherry street shop. I get there and the guy was super rude and told me I had to wait like everyone else however I wouldn't be here again had they put the correct tire on my car WITHOUT a stab in it now I'm waiting again smh I will put the word out to never come to this shop again!!

Skyler is the man! He gave me a great deal and 2 dependable used tires. He also worked quickly and efficiently. Ask for Skyler if you need decent priced tires. He had me back on the road within 25 minutes! He also gives a 2 week warranty on the tires as well.

We agreed on 100 for balancing my tires and rotating they couldn t do it, they rotated them and still tried to charge me $80 dollars and the boss was very rude I tried to be reasonable and pay half. He was very rude and rotated them back done double the work and got paid nothing will take my business else where for now on. Done a lot of business with them in the passed. Very sad situation. the older gentleman there needs to be the boss he was very professional and very understanding. hope the owner sees this and does something about it because this is uncalled for thank you for reading cheers

They broke two of my studs and told me to drive home. I live an hour from them n I m continuing to struggle to get the last bolt off to replace them n I can t pay for a mechanic my last $31 went to the tire they gave me

The two men working were super nice and got us in and out in less than 15 minutes. They are open on Sunday and take cards which is amazing! Got two really good used tires for super cheap. We definitely recommend going here. You won't be disappointed.

I have had the worst experience goin here I used to go here all the time to get tires the one time I get all 4 they put the wrong size on my car I guess since I am a female they didn t think I would know so they put 3 tires on I said something about them not being the right size the man brushed it off his shoulder and told me to come back next week and he would have the right size well I drive down the road and got out and look at the 4 tire come to find out the 4th one isn t even the same size as the other 3 so the week goes by I go back the men there tell me there sorry this and that and to go to Baxter they have my tires well I get to Baxter they have no idea I m coming and also DO NOT have my tires so he writes me another card and tells me to come back Monday or Tuesday we ll here it is I go back and the man that sold me the tires didn t even reconize me so here I am telling him the whole story well here s to say I still never got my tires and they still got my money .

Needed a plug in my tire on a Sunday and they were open. Had to drive there to be sure because they wouldn't answer the phone, but I got my plug fairly fast and was on my way!

Great fast service! I took away one star because the guy on the phone quoted $20 less than when we got there. However the tires look almost brand new so its all great! I would definitely recommend and will ise them in the future!

I wish I could leave negative stars. Worst customer service EVER. We waited over 2 hours for ONE used tire. They kept telling us we're next but then putting others in front of us, people getting 2 tires, 4 tires. All we needed was one tire put on our rim. USELESS and RUDE and do not recommend. We have bought multiple tires there over the years and we will NEVER buy here again and will tell EVERYONE we know not to go there.

Google says you're opened on Sunday "today" but no one answers the phone! No Help? Not Opened like everyone else in TN? How can any homeowner or small business man let alone emergency services get things done. The community needs more stores opened. COME ONNNN SERIOUSLY I want to go back to Massachusetts and that's not where I want to be. That should say something

Since 9am this morning I have been trying to get ahold of anyone. I ve called the shop at least 15 times and the owner twice, and left a voicemail. I had purchased 2 used tires for the front of my car just yesterday morning, and by 8pm that night when I was trying to get into my car to go down the road, both of my tires that I had just spent $100 on are completely flat. This is the third time that a used tire from here has went flat in just a few hours. Since both of my front tires are completely flat, I have no way to get to the shop, so I am likely going to have to contact and pay extra for a third party to come out here and take off the flat tires and install the new ones. I fully understand that refunds are not offered, but I would greatly appreciate if I could get a hold of someone at that shop who could right this wrong for me. Though overall, this place has great customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst place I've been yet they tried selling me a tire they had to plug 4 times before it would hold air. Then when that didn't work with them knowing I'm already late for work cuz I've been waiting 45 mins when I'm only customer there, they give me the wrong size tire. And I'm praying that it didn't damage my rear end cuz my truck Is rear wheel drive. And the sad part I wouldn't have know if the tire they sold Me didn't go flat the next morning. I recommend never going here.

I was broke, with a tire that was ready to blow. They put on a tire for me for only $20.00 that was in better shape than some I've paid almost twice as much for at other places. They were quick, courteous and friendly. I will definitely do business with them again. Good guys!

This is the worst tire place in all of Knoxville. Do not waste your money on tires that will go flat within a week. Their management is non-existent and their employees are rude and lazy. 0/0 do not recommend.

I brought 4 new tires to be mounted and balanced,was quoted $160 but then price jumped up to $200...I excepted the price and guys started work,now the issue is they did not balance the tires,I watched and when I asked they said they did....anyway I drove off and put truck on hwy and truck shook worse with new tires than with the old,brought truck back and talk to the guy who took my money and he had the guys do a balance....if they had done there job correctly the 1st time I wouldn't have had to waist my time having done the 2nd time
