Had a flat on the interstate. Contemplated leaving my truck for the night but decided against it. Called and they were there within the hour. Price on the tire was a little high, $168, (double the actual cost at Walmart) but considering it was a Sunday and after 6 pm. The cost was expected. They were professional, friendly, and fast. Total cost was $273. Tire is brand new. Will definitely use again if I need it.

I called 3 different times in an span of 2 hrs sir. Your response most def could have been professional and in a way to make me want to call you again. Just off of your responses to some of the reviews alone makes me not want to give you my business. I was willing to give you a chance anyway but couldn't get through. Be kind and be careful. My rating will now remain until I've had an opportunity to interact with you on the phone.Called and it says "the wireless customer you are calling is not available." Must be out of business now. Well guess that's that then

Absolutely amazing experience! I needed a tire changed on a Sunday and called 8 different places and no one had my tire in stock .until these guys saved the day!!! The whole process took less than an hour from the time I called them to me being back on the road. Now I can make it back to North Carolina!!!!! My heroes!!!!

They were the only ones we could find to come help out with a large size toy hauler tire blowout and they arrived with two tires and within an hour of calling, after we had called 15 or more places. They were friendly efficient and knew what they were doing! we would definitely recommend and use again if we ever needed it.

Called because I had a flat (ran over a screw) and wanted to see if they could repair it for me. They insisted over the phone without seeing it that it must be replaced what?? They wanted me to buy a new tire from them. Then said good luck when I said I would call around.No thanks. Threw on the spare, went to a tire shop and they patched it for me no problem.Maybe they do good work, but expect to be pushed to unnecessarily buy a new tire.

Google lists them as being open till 10 I called at like 9:15 on October 28th needing a tire patched . Man answered the phone said he was mobile I told him I was an exit away from his address on Google he asked if I needed a tire I said no he quoted me a price for the service call and repair it was high but it was and emergency I was gonna pay it I told him ok and I would be at his shop waiting on the guy meanwhile my tire is leaking it had a screw in it making it a slow leak . He said he would call me back in 10 minutes still yet to hear from him. I still had an hours drive ahead of me to deliver a birthday present but had to turn around and go back home. It certainly seemed he lost interest in assisting me when I told him I didn't need a tire. I won't bother this company again

My wife and I were travelling to a wedding north of Knoxville when I hit a large rock on I-75. Our tire was busted and we were stranded on the side of the road. A TDOT emergency vehicle arrived, but I did not have a spare, much to my surprise. He gave me the number for Tennessee Mobile tire. we were on the road within an hour. I told them the make of tire, they took my credit card information and they were on their way. Our trip was saved!

Thank you, Tenn Mobile Tire...My husband & I were traveling through Knoxville on Saturday-4/17/21 about 4:30pm(on vacation).We had a tire blow out on our motorhome, on a very busy stretch of 1-40. I googled and called this company and they said they knew where we were located and would be there shortly. Well, the nice young man was there in 10 minutes!!! I could not believe it. He brought us a new tire and immediately started working and had us back on the road in 20 minutes! Thank you, Tenn Mobile Tire. Highly recommend!

Needed help off of interstate 40 yesterday and I called Tennessee mobile tire. the 1st call was at 8:13pm was 48 secs and I was told I will be right there. At 9:02pm I got a call back about where I was. At 10:37pm I got another call, I asked some questions about the Chinese tire's he was going to sell me, and was told they are made by Goodyear. (And it is true) I said I needed to call tire shield because I paid $400 for it and it is covered. I could tell the change in the voice. Got off the phone and called back at 10:44pm to buy the tires straight out just to get home . I'm 350 miles from home . When the phone was picked up yelling in my ear, we are closed didn't you see that on the web site. Would not recommend at all. I wait 3 hours and hearing I'll be there. And tire shield give me no help ...400 dollar for nothing, had to take care of it myself in a bad part of town.

Me and my husband called for a flat tire and they told us 30-45 minutes we waited over an hour with our 2 year old in the backseat and when they finally got to us they didn t even have the proper tools to change a flat tire and we also told them we didn t have any tools to take the tire off our truck. So they left us stranded and when we called back to see what was the next step the guy who answered the phone was absolutely rude and was screaming he won t help us that we were trying to blame him for what was happening when all my husband asked was where do we go from here. We ended up driving with our flat tire all the way home and they NEVER gave us ourMoney back even though the rude man said he d get a manager to call back and give us our money back we wasted 111.98 dollars for absolute ZERO and rude service and risking an accident to drive home on our flat tire. I have never had a service this bad in my life I would recommend to not use this company for road side assistance. They will take your money and leave you stranded.

Just had an issue in which my tire had gone flat. I called Mobile tire they took my invoice and sent a technician out to my house. Since I work third shift I fell asleep I woke up 4 hours later went outside and wouldn't you know it there was a new tire right there on my Subaru. They were prompt they were clear concise and they got the job done in a timely manner I am very happy

Don't waist your time or your fuel to deal with this low rent company. Had a tire problem on 2 ATV'S. Called and explained in detail what I had and what I needed done. Drove 30 minutes to get here. They were busy and he tells me that he can't do it.They are hard to find and in the back of an old department store. Hard to get in and out of with a trailer. Very unprofessional!

On the way back home to Georgia from Ohio, My husband and I along with our 2 kids were stranded on side of the road with a flat tire. We had called our insurance companies roadside service, they only wanted to allow 2 of us a ride to a local shop. All of the shops were closed. My husband found the number for Tennessee Mobile Tire and I called. The guy I spoke too was already in bed because it was after hours however, he got out of bed and came to help us. This speaks volumes for this company! I would recommend them to anyone!

Great service. Stranded on a Sunday with limited options they answered and came to our rescue. We had a flat on a new car that don t come with a spare. Fast service once on site and you pay for the convenience. I d Ignore the reviews about pricing.

Excellent service arrived on time. We were on our way from Ohio back to sc when we encountered 3 bedroom 2 bath pothole that busted both right side tires. These guys were on point thank you for getting us back on the road again

So I called these people because I had a flat when talking to the guy on the phone I could barely understand him like he had the phone to close to his mouth I told him that and he moved it away and said it was because I had my phone on speaker then hang up the phone on me so I called back thinking we lost connection and he had nothing but but attitude saying your the one who needs helps not me I have customers here sir these people are rude and disrespectful don't not use them

They gave me a bubbled up used tire on my car so that it was on the inside and destroyed the tire and my driver side tire and refuse to refund my money
