I live in GA and my parents took a 97 F250 that I had recently purchased in TN to them. Rick did a great job communicating with me about the status of the truck and was very transparent about pricing. They do great work and have astounding customer service!

Was on the way from Nashville to Gatlinburg and caught a drill bit in my tire, by the time I limped it to a gas station, it was done for. When I go to throw my spare on, I realize i don't have my spline key with me for my aftermarket lug nuts. I happen to see on google I am less than 30 seconds from Spencers, I give them a call and speak to Spencer and explain my situation and he sends one of his guys with a spline kit, floor jack, and impact. After saving the day, he tells me to follow him to the shop to make sure i m good on air in my spare. As i m there he takes a look at the 35s on my truck, they happened to have that exact size tire laying around the shop and gave it to me. They laughed when i offered to pay them for the help. I have no doubt they take care of their customers in an honest way and wouldn t hesitate to do business with them.

These guys are the best! They found the problem gave me options to fix my vehicle and Rick got it done right on time! Love these guys! All of them are patient and knowledgeable. This put me at ease (as did the ambience :))as I was nervous about getting the work done. Now it runs better than ever! Give Rick and the boys your money!! I brought my vehicle in the day before Christmas Eve. Even though they were very busy and the holiday was coming up the staff was all extremely helpful and kept me updated on the timeline of getting my truck repaired. It was a really great experience working with everyone there!

These guys are awesome. Did a great job and really quick. I'm from florida and my truck had quit while I was in maryville and had it towed to them the day after Thanksgiving. They had it fixed and back to me by the next day. And it was no easy quick fix either. High pressure oil pump on a 6.0. Thanks again and hope everybody that has a diesel takes it to Spencer's. They wont let you down

Stuff can take awhile here but mainly because they want to do the best they can and the owner Rick will definitely go out of his way to make what he can happen and help as much as possible and will take care of you, same with his head mechanic Tarick good people. Just takes longer then anyone want but of course no one wants their truck in a shop but have returned several times and referred business to them.

I appreciated the detail in the diagnosis of the problem I was having. They were very thourgh and identified the original problem and as well made suggestions of other areas needing attention/service. The work was done right the first time, which is very important to me. The price was very fair. I will be taking my 1997 F250 to Spencers Pro Diesel again when I need a good diesel service provider.Service: Transmission

Started to have issues with my truck and called Spencer. He helped me over the phone figure out what was up with my truck. Brought my truck into his shop on Saturday and had it back by Tuesday. Great bunch of guys who know what they are doing.

Would give zero stars if I could. I dropped my tow truck off with them to get a LOT of work done and they told me they could start on Monday. Three weeks later they still hadn't started on it but kept telling me they would. It was about to be freezing weather and I told them it didn't have anti-freeze and I would need to get into their back lot to put some in but they insisted that they do it. I agreed and was told they did. After another two or three weeks I'd had enough and got my truck back only to find the block had frozen and cracked. I had no recourse since I had no receipt for any work being done.

Spence replaced an injector and put on a FASS system.in my Dodge Ram. He is a very nice person to both do business. His work was completed on schedule. Spencer took a road test with me to make sure I was satisfied. From that point Spencer's Pro Diesel is my only shop for repairs. Thank you also for you excellent treatment to us Veteran's.

Took my 7.3 in to have rebuilt completely by Rick. Great people with great service. If you have a diesel that needs work then look no further than here. (Especially) powerstrokes these guys know all the ins and outs.

One of the few diesel repair shops that I'm aware of within a 25 mile radius of Maryville. Rick really knows his stuff - he can quickly diagnose and repair any diesel related issue (s) with your truck.
