SoCal Detail is top notch. Chloe and Billy went above and beyond to turn a bad experience that I had with a previous detail shop into a wonderful one. I couldn t be more pleased with how my truck turned out, it looks better than the day I bought it brand new. Wonderful group of people to work with. I would highly recommend SoCal Detail for all your detail needs. You will not be disappointed!!!

First time ever tinting a car and these guys and gals are the real deal! Everything from the quote, options available, to installing the tint went as smooth as butter. Even with my VW Golf which is notoriously hard to tint! I showed up at 9am and the car was ready by 10am with clear instructions on how to care for it and how long it takes to cure and on a Saturday no less which is hard to find a shop open on the weekends. The shop, waiting and restrooms are clean which is indicative of people that really take pride in their work and business. Not only does their product come with a manufacturer's warranty, but they stand by their work with an included one of their own. All of the staff are friendly, super knowledgeable and true professionals. The owner even offered to reinstall my wind deflectors after the tint cured! These photos are taken less than hour after completion. No bubbles, rough edges, or scratches. I'll be taking all of my vehicles to SoCal Detail from here on out.

I just had a protection film applied to my 911 and also a detail with ceramic coating. This is by far the best place that i took my car to in the last 20+ years. The film application was excellent - invisible and at a great price. Additionally, the ceramic coating that was applied was outstanding! The water sheds and the paint is the smoothest it has ever been in the last 7 years since i got my car.

Just left SoCal Detail and I am amazed!! Billy, Chloe, Drake and the rest of the team did a faulous job with getting me scheduled and making my car look great!! My headlight covers are crystal clear! My seats are spotless and look brand new! I used their services before and will continue to use them to keep my car looking nice and maintained.

Just bought a used 2 year old car which is in really good condition,but it had numerous fine scratch s on both the paint and plastic exterior. They did a fantastic job and were able to remove almost all of the scratches. The car looks brand new!

Brought my wife's car in to get the front two windows to match the factory tint, nothing crazy. They did a great job and the customer service was top notch. In fact, the customer service is what brought me here. I tried to contact all the other window tinting places in Knoxville, but SoCal Detail were the only ones that reached out to me on the same day. Highly recommend!

Had my wife's van and my truck ceramic coated as well as ceramic tint installed. Love both. Tint looks great and clear, not too dark, but make a huge difference on cutting down the heat and damage from the sun. A couple of hiccups but they took care of us like family. We have had the tint and ceramic costing for a few months now and it still looks new. Highly recommend them, family owned. Got the mid range ceramic on my truck and the lower range on the van. Both look great but the mid range and up packages add a while another level of slickness to the paint. I'll probably opt for the gold package next time. Just got done detailing both, highly recommend a foam cannon and pressure washer to maintain the finish!

I called around Knoxville looking for a place to have my windows tinted. No one spoke to me like Cloie did. She was professional, energetic, and cared. I didn't feel like a number.Billy, Cloie, Drake, and Jazzlin are great people. They truly care about you and your vehicle. They treat it like their own. If you are not happy, neither are they. They will go above and beyond to ensure your vehicle is right and you are satisfied. Honesty and integrity are what set them apart.I have had 3 cars tinted and 1 ceramic coated at SoCal. I do not see me taking my vehicles anywhere else in the future. These guys are awesome!! They did paint correction, polishing, and ceramic coated my car, and they did an excellent job. They have made a life long customer, and we plan to have the same done to my husband's car. Not only did they do a great job, and they were great to work with! After some poor experiences elsewhere it was nice to be treated well and receive quality work. Highly recommend!!!

A few months ago, I picked up a barely used BMW Z4, yet still had some typical paint issues. I wanted to protect the car for years to come, so I wanted a Paint Protection Film (PPF) and ceramic coating to be added. I previously had done ceramic coating but not PPF. After talking with a few shops, I selected SoCal. They were very good at communication, had the right products, fair prices, and worked with me on what I wanted done. The results are incredible! The car looks like a new car all the time. (I don't drive it in the rain.) I stopped by the shop at different times to see the results and their paint correction prep work made the car really shine. In addition everyone always made me feel welcome at the shop. The PPF and ceramic coat now lock in the paint correction work. I highly recommend getting these services and using SoCal.

Billy and Chloe are fantastic. I had the full ceramic treatment inside and out on my Hellcat Redeye and the paint just pops in the sunlight, the tinted windows keep the car cool, and I know the leather interior is protected. The quality is absolutely first class, just like Billy and Chloe. Can't recommend them more highly.

By far the best experience I could ask for out of a company, my 2017 Silverado looks like it just came off the showroom floor. If you are looking for a company that will go above and beyond for you, treating your vehicle like it was one of their own this is the only place to go. Picked up my new ride on Wednesday, called SoCal and they set me up for a Friday AM appointment for window tint. Arrived and Billy was at the front desk showed me around explained some tint options which made my decision my easier and more confident. They went to work right away, Billy's wife then came in and was the nicest person you could ask for. This husband and wife team are honorable, fair and very hard working. The type of folks that deserve everyones business. While I was there a customer came in who got her car tinted a couple days earlier and had a small issue with the rear window tint, they fit her right in corrected it at no cost to her. What more can you ask for. Super nice, super honest and stand behind their work which is top notch. My tint was done in just over 1 hour and after 5 days the tint is perfect couldn't be happier. Feel confident in these folks and give them your business, they deserve it.

SoCal is one of the few places with experience tinting Teslas. They did an amazing job with the ceramic tint and ceramic coating on my Tesla! I'd highly recommend SoCal. The owners and crew are incredibly friendly and do amazing work!

They are the best!! I have had my trucks and my car ceramic coating. They recently had My Lamborghini done with lifetime ceramic coating and ceramic tint. I would highly recommend them and having your car or truck coated. It makes it so easy to clean and keep clean.Cloie and Billy went out of there way to accommodate me and they also go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. My car looks show room ready.

I bought a new car in November 2022 and my first stop was dropping it off at SoCal for full front end paint protection film and ceramic coating on the rest of the car. The PPF was completed immaculately, so much so that I brought the car back a few weeks later to finish wrapping the rest of the car. After a couple weeks I noticed the roof film started peeling at the front corners, and the owners replaced it at no cost to me. I also noticed some distortion on a window tint, and that was also replaced at no cost to me. They definitely stand by their work and their products. Each time I leave, the car looks better than new. The staff have all been friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend SoCal, and I will definitely be a returning customer.Services: Paint protection, Vehicle window tinting

We say Shop Small to support local small business.... BUT let me tell you there is nothing small about what the professionals are doing at SoCal. This is a true Mom & Pop and theses humans are living the real American Dream. From the first contact to the car pick-up, I've never been more impressed. I just had my fourth car tinted by Billy and Chloe at SoCal. They absolutely do the best job; Billy and Co are perfectionists and very attentive to detail (pun intended). I would rather drive 90 minutes to this location than a local one in Chattanooga. Great service and detail work. Excellent communication before, during and after. Minor issue from last visit but quickly corrected. Will continue to do business here. See you soon.
