I recently brought my Nissan Altima in for a crank no start l dropped it off and they took it in right away and I picked it up the next day with it running great . So I left the car in the garage for more work. They are fast and reliable. Thanks!

Had a light out on my Suburban and Trevor took care of me. One of the BEST customer service experiences I've had in a long time! I was very impressed with him, the mechanics and this shop! They are lucky to have him as an employee. This is where I will be taking my car for now on. Thanks Trevor for renewing my hope that there's good car shops exist. :-)

The gentleman who helped me was Casey who was very friendly and professional. He did show me that the cabin filter needed to be replaced, but they didn t have the part so that would be the only thing that would ve made this visit nicer. Oh, and a snack vending machine. He did tell me exactly what to ask for at the auto parts store. They finished everything in a timely manner and the little waiting room was comfortable with Wi-Fi, water cooler & coffee plus the TV was on a channel which was instrumental only a gift for my ADHD ears. I am so grateful you mailed out those coupons and I will definitely recommend Service Street to my friends. Great name by the way! ~ Shawn Crawford

Love this dealership and never will go anywhere else! Jake has taken care of me every time I've came in. He even called me to check on my vehicle while I was at home! Best customer service and the most bang for your buck! No other repair place will take care of you like they have! I highly recommend this place.

Great experience so far. Picked my car up today and running amazing. They explained the work that needed to be done and upfront on the price. Some places my be a few dollars less but this is well worth it. Great service worth the money for sure. Peace of mind.

Handed my car in pristine condition, received it back in shambles! They managed to turn a smooth ride into a bumpy disaster. Quality work seems like a foreign concept to this place! They've mastered the art of disappointment. Avoid if you cherish your vehicle! Beyond disappointed!

Took my wife s truck in for an engine warning light on and running rough. A week later it was returned with an engine warning light on and running rough. It only cost me more than $4,700 to get my truck back in the same condition I took it to them. The explanation? They can t figure out why my eight cylinder truck is running like a four cylinder and two cylinders aren t firing. Huh? 8-2 =4. Must be that new math! Thanks for lightening my wallet and failing in the most monumental way!! Don t waste your money and asked a second grader what 8 cylinders minus two cylinders equals.

Service Street Auto Repair did an EXCELLENT, PERFECT repair on my car!!!! My AC was spraying transmission fluid all over the bottom of engine! Greg told me that they would have to clean the engine and put an AC kit on my car and do other, related repairs. I left it with them late one day and got the perfect car back the NEXT DAY!!! I've checked the car repeatedly and NOT A DROP ON THE DRIVEWAY!!! THANK YOU, SERVICE STREET AUTO REPAIR!!!;Service: Transmission

This shop doesn t just fix cars; they specialize in wasting customers' time! Endless delays, vague promises, and no real progress. Arrogant staff, dismissive attitude, and zero accountability. Unacceptable! Avoid at all costs!

I have been a loyal customer to First Choice (now Service Street) for over 20 years, my father even longer when they were Professional Honda Repair. Mark and his staff over the years of Mike, Brian, Scott, and others were the reason I kept trusting them for my car repairs. Ever since Mark has retired and the staff has changed completely, I have never felt the same about the work performed or effort into their customer service. The last few times being there, the price I have been quoted for repairs has always been less than what I ended up paying. This time I called them on it because I just wasn t satisfied with the level of service and I asked why the price jump from what I was quoted. The response I was given was for service fees and taxes. I get that. But I also would think you would make sure your clients know exactly how much they need to pay upfront. Some are probably not prepared for some car issues monetarily wise, especially if it s a big issue. Hitting them for however much more at the end whether it s a large amount or small amount, well, you get the point. Also, probably not a good idea to leave your office door open with a white board showing your profits/goals for the month visible to your clients. Kind of puts a little more into perspective on the issues in regards to business ethics. I hope they can figure things out because it seems like I am not the only one having this kind of issue with them. Let the search for a new mechanic commence.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I made an appointment to bring the car in after they pointed a few things wrong on an earlier visit. I got a second, more thorough opinion, but higher quote, from another repair shop. We decided to stick with Service Street because we only wanted to do part of the repair at this time, and Service Street had helped us in the past. We dropped off the car at 9:45 am on the day of our appointment and asked S.S. to call us about the other repairs that the other shop mentioned to see if we should in fact tackle those at the same time. Crickets. No call. Around 3:30 pm I called to check on status of repair. Car had not yet been pulled into the work bay. They said they d call me later in the day if it looked like they couldn t finish it by COB at 7 pm. Crickets. No call. At 6:30, I called again. They put me on hold. While on hold, I drove to the shop, got out and walked into the storefront with my hold music still playing after 20 mins. The one man at the desk, Adam?, had the phone to his ear in silence, with no one else in the shop. He then lied and said he was trying to call me back, but that my voicemail hadn t been set up. My car had not moved even an inch from where I parked it at 9:45 am. They had not even looked at it. He said they lost control of the day. He couldn t tell us why other cars that came in after mine were repaired first. Then he couldn t find our car key and my husband had to help him find it in the back shop. I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE. Firestone warned me that Service Street had a bad reputation, but I had been willing to give them the benefit of the doubt since I d had a previous good experience with them. A couple of weeks ago, we had to tow a Jeep stored right behind Service Street Auto Repair back to Texas. I don't remember the person's name, but someone came over to see if he could jump the battery. However, after sitting there for over a year, the battery was useless. This meant we had to push the Jeep onto the car trailer. Whoever that person was, I could not have done it without his help. He stayed and helped push that car with me when he absolutely did not have to (and probably broke some sort of policy in doing so!). If the service at Service Street Auto Repair is half of what I experienced, I cannot rate this place high enough!! Give them your business.

The guys were very helpful and kind, the work is great.. They offer great deals for car maintenance as well. My only compaint is that I made an appointment thinking they would be able to take me almost immediately since I had my toddler with me. They didn't take my car back until I had been there for 30 minutes so we were there over an hour. I would still go again but I will have to plan differently next time.Service: Oil change

Finally a business who treats their customers like family instead of trying to pull every nickel and dime out of their pockets! Service was 2nd to none. Very impressed did an inspection and showed what was wrong and what could wait. Because I knew my vehicle issues, I just wanted to see what they would come up with and how they'd go about it. I really felt like I could trust this shop. And that I'll do! Definitely coming back they have great deals I'm going to take advantage of! And the mechanics are top notch very nice guys! I'd highly recommend this to anybody. Don't just take my word for it. Go there one time and talk to them at least the place in Solway next to Oak Ridge! Went in for a basic oil change and was greeted with friendly staff. I mentioned an ongoing wheel issue and they seemed genuinely interested in diagnosing/resolving the issue. We got the problem resolved which gave me extreme peace of mind and I feel confident with the shop so I went ahead and bought a package to get five more services. They did a 24 point inspection, shared the results, and didn't push hard anything unnecessary which was a nice change from other shops. I traveled 8 hours and my engine light went on. I pulled into my hotel parking lot and called. They I was able to seen same day ..at 5pm on a Saturday. So thankful to be seen and back on the road. Very professional and pleasant experience. I was able to get back on the road..for another 10 hour drive with confidence.

I had a really bad experience with this place. I had several lights on the dashboard of my car, and I took it there. They wouldn t exactly tell me what the issue was, but I went along with it and trusted them. I paid $1,700 to get it fixed, but a few days later, the SAME issue came back with the lights. I took it back to the same place, and this time, they still wouldn t tell me what the exact problems were, but they said it would cost $2,000 to fix it again. So I denied to let them fix it, and I took it to many other places, and I showed them the paperwork from Service Street. They ALL said the problem wasn t that and that there was NOTHING wrong with the parts Service Street fixed. I m super glad I didn t let them fix it a second time for $2,000. I had a really bad experience with these people and I lost $1,700, and the issue I had was not even CLOSE to being fixed. These guys have taken advantage of me and possibly many more people. If you want your problem to be fixed, find a better service station that actually fixes the issue and doesn t take advantage of you.

Traveled to TN from GA for a basketball tournament and an issue with my car. Called this shop and told them my problem and they asked me to bring my car in. They did an awesome job in pin pointing the problem and got me back on the road in no time, I didn't even have to miss my daughter's game. The shop was clean and the customer service was excellent. Not a good experience. I went to them to have some upgraded shocks and struts installed on my late model truck. They took apart the front suspension, then did not know that they have to reuse the stock lower spring perch on Bilstein shocks. This made them think that springs would not fit mount to the struts. (The instructions with the struts show how to do this with pictures and were in the box still). They then put it all back together with the original struts and charged me around $700 in labor for accomplishing nothing due to their lack of knowledge and inability to read instructions. Then when I left the shop my truck had a horrible wobble, had to turn back around to find out that the had not tightened the tie rod end on the drivers side. They obviously had not test driven it for safety before returning it to me. I know that they are not a suspension shop, but they agreed to work that they were not able/competent to perform. I do not recommend them and do not intend to use them again in the future.After I had already posted this review I was contacted by their corporate office. They listened to my concerns, refunded my charge and handled it quite well.Service: Steering & suspension replacement
