Friendly and helpful staff. I get my regular oil change here and they give helpful recommendations but don't pressure me to do more to my car than what I really need. I had asked for a tire rotation during this last oil change, but they actually recommended that I leave the tires right where they were because of the amount of tread left on each set.

I do not recommend service street for anyone. I Went there for a basic oil change. The mechanic put oil in the radiator and did let me know. After driving it roughly a week the hose busted off. The Reservoir filled up with oil. They claimed they would fix it by flushing it. Granted I was not there during all of this. I was simply trusting they would "make it right". After discovering what the mechanic had done,I asked them to put the original hose clamps back on. Which i was told they would.After the flush They claimed my car was ready for pickup. While I was driving it lots of lights came on,smoke was boiling from the hood. Pulled over ,popped the hood... the hose wasn't even connected to the radiator and no original hose clamps were on it just the screw clamps,which i clearly said i didn't want on there. They towed it for free to yet again, "make it right".. got the call.. "ready for pickup,once again ". Only to discover still the screw clamps still on and now It was drove out with zero coolant and a broken radiator cap which the cap was covered in oil,even after the flush.. I hope my experience saves you the trouble. Because it has been a huge obstacle that I'm still trying to get over. I'm left to merely hope the engine is not trash now. My vehicle is 2014 so its nearly new. It was in good shape beforehand just needed brakes and an oil change..

Nice place with very friendly staff. Nice new facility with clean restrooms ,coffee and comfortable chairs . Did a great job and can't beat the price. Brent inside was very nice and listened to my crazy stories of deadly animals of South Texas .Ben was very nice and honest . Thanks guys.

They were set to replace my entire blower motor till I suggested looking at the resistor. Then the problem was only the resistor. Plus it took 30 min to install and my bill was $ 480. The part can be bought for $140 at autozone. $340 labor for 30 minutes, I'm in the wrong business. Then the technician left my service engine light on so I had to go back and have that corrected. For $680 an Hour, I'd think they'd make sure of the little things. After I was given an estimate of $467, when I went to pay i was told $566. The forgot to put tax on my estimate. They took $480 without hesitation not even considering the estimate.

Arrived prior to my scheduled appointment time, but was taken in early. My servicing was performed quickly and thoroughly.Staff were friendly and helpful.Only minor squawk I have is, most of the seating in the waiting area are stools that are uncomfortable.Otherwise, great service!!! I will be back!

We have used this mechanic more than once now and have received excellent service each time! Jay, Jerry, and Hunter took the time to explain the issue to us and made sure to not charge us for anything unnecessary. Would recommend!

I can not express how helpful Destiny and Brent were to making my day better. Car troubles are nothing to balk at but having a fixit warning ticket for a headlight that is out really puts a damper on a day. They help me get the right light and out the door quickly. They also are going to be putting in my new headlamp assembly soon since we are going to it needing to be replaced. I appreciate you both! So thankful!

Service being the first word representing this company is very appropriate. If there is anything that I received, it was that from start to finish.Professionalism is the second quality I will taut. I was shown the problem, given the reasons for their assessment and options were given otherwise if I chose. Other aspects of concern were brought up and evaluated on their own merits and nothing was up sold outside of the discussion.Courtesy would be the next quality I will extoll as throughout the process I was kept directly up to date on where things were, and any concerns I had brought up were double checked or re-evaluated with any new information that came up. I never felt like I was not aware of what was happening with my vehicle.I have found my auto repair shop in the Knoxville area.

I was lied to and they attempted to scam me out of my money!! I brought my car in for what I assumed what a battery or starter issue. I made sure to tell the guy at the front desk when I handed him my keys that my car had two batteries and to please make sure both got checked and I needed my car back as soon as possible. A day later a lady named Destiny calls me telling me my battery was fine and they needed to run a $200 diagnostic test on my car. I asked her if both batteries were checked and that I would not agree to pay for this testing unless both batteries passed as being okay. She then calls me back the next day trying to charge me over $500. I ask her what it was for and she tells me it s for the battery that I had asked them to check twice and for a diagnostic test. I may not know much about cars but I know you don t need a diagnostic test to run a battery test. I was furious! Lied to about my battery being good to try and get me to agree to testing my car didn t need in attempt to scam me AND they held my car for 5 days OVER A BATTERY that I could have taken to auto zone to have fixed the same day!! I refused to pay for the diagnostic testing and demanded the calls be listened to to prove I was in the right. I will NEVER take my car here again.Service: Battery

I tried to repair my alternator here and spent $900 more on my Kia Rio 2013. After a week or two, my alternator was not working anymore I had to stop on the road. I called them and asked them to help me. They told me that I needed to take my car back to their store. I was hopeless. I ended up towing my car to the insurance auto repair store to fix my alternator. It only needs 300 dollars to fix it. I would not recommend this store. End of the story. Thank you for your time!

Had my vehicle towed here after closing. They diagnosed the issue next morning. Ordered the best alternator for my vehicle. While waiting they discovered the right front CV axle boot had torn leaving no grease. Ordered that part as well. Both repairs were completed that day at a very reasonable price. Very professional and I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately I can't give him zero stars and won't let me. Worst service ever. They create problems with your vehicles while they have them up supposedly "checking them out for free". Don't be fooled guys they lied to me but didn't realize I took pictures before and after so called"free Car Inspection " and they loosen my brake pins and then try to show me those needed to be changed along with the calipers that would cost over $400 I had just changed was brand new on there right before it was taken there were no bro pins depend went correctly in there but they intentionally sabotaged my daughter's video because they sell dollar signs when she walked in. In the way you old man at the registers spoke to her, they're lucky they're even still in business.

Jerry and the staff is definitely great for business. I called them and told them my issues I was having and soon as the vehicle arrived they jumped right on it and kept me posted every step of the way. Got me in and out and and advised me the possibilities that could arise if I see other problems . Thanks again you guys are awesome

I came in about 45 minutes before they closed. I needed an oil change and they said no problem. The oil change was done very fast and I even got out before you they closed. Great service. I will be back.

Jay Forcier was very rude to me and talked down to me like I was no one. I waited three hours for a free estimate when it received one for $467 for a rear caliper change. I was simply comparing prices or calipers and he got frustrated. Told me to leave and for the guys to take my car off the lift. I m not even trying to over-exaggerate I have simply never been spoken to like that in my life and I won t be going back. Do not go there. Go to people who actually care.

These guys are very helpful and have helped get my cars back to running in great shape everytime. Brent is the best mechanic there and always is fast with diagnosing the problems. They do have a high labor rate than most places, but they will get you back on the road quickly. Definitely recommend using.

Jay was very rude to me when I was there. This business is very unprofessional, and I will not be returning. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Jay was extremely disrespectful, and non compliant. I am not one to talk down on a place, but this is one I will let slide. GO HERE IF YOU LIKE BEING DISRESPECTED. -10 stars in my book.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were finished doing oil changes for the day when I came in, but they went ahead and did mine every day! I work in the heat, so I know it s been tough lately and I would have understood if they didn t do it but they did! I was so thankful! The pricing was cheaper than I expected for which I was also thankful, being a single mom, every bit helps! They also had my car finished in no time, and the environment is very clean! I ll definitely be back!Service: Oil change

So stumbled upon this place & popped in to ask them what it would cost to swap out my headlights on my truck. They quoted me a price & I said sure. They did a great job but did charge me $75 over what they quoted me. Overall it s a great group of people & was a good experience.

Said we needed transmission and torque converter. Took somewhere else, car is fine. Transmission was good. Driving it now. Said we were full of metal and burnt. We watched other garage take pan off and it was old not burnt and not full of metal. Shutter was being caused from a whole different problem. We fixed it for $240. They tried to charge me $1277 to diagnose it due to saying it will take 8.5 hrs to drop it and tear it apart for warranty and then paid $160 just for a lie. Otherwise they were nice to us.

Buddy told me about this place. Got my radiator replaced on my 2015 Chrysler 300C. One of the best shops I ve ever been too. Will be back! No complaints!!! 10 stars

I would absolutely recommend service street to any of my friends or family. I've had nothing but positive interactions with the employees and the management. They really stand behind their work and go above and beyond to understand what's going on with your car and to fix it. 10/10 would recommend!Update that is long overdue:After my initial review i found out that my car was not fixed and in fact needed extensive work. We were told that we would receive a refund... I had to call corporate weekly for a few months before they grudgingly gave us a partial refund. Deeply unhappy

Came in to have our truck looked at for a cylinder 8 misfire. Was told me needed new spark plug. Since a spark plug wasn't covered under my Warrenty we paid $180 for the diagnostic. Paid, no issue, and went to auto zone and purchase all new spark plugs that's they recommend. Well 5 days later our truck starts having the SAME exact issue that it was having before. Called and they got me in the next day. After another diagnostic they tell me it's the Engine valve cover gasket and that I would then need to pay another diagnostic fee since their technician needed paid. I explained that I felt like I shouldn't need to pay it since they didn't find the original issue the 1st time. He then said well the spark plugs needed replaced as well and unfortunately they didn't find that issue the 1st time around so it would be my responsibility to pay again since they didn't find that issue last time. I then asked the guy so your telling me if I get the valve cover gasket fixed and the car still had the same issue that I would need to come back again and pay a diagnostic and he goes oh 100% we find the problem you come in for and each time you pay. Which I understand but NOT for the SAME PROBLEM and because you didn't find the PROBLEMS the first time I came in. Anyways this guy gives me an estimate and is like this won't be covered under your warranty. I'm upset at this point because I was clearly lied to the 1st time and feel like I shouldn't trust them. So I leave and call my warranty company and they said yes that work will be 100% covered by us since it is a Warren covered fix. So if the 1st time I came into this place and y'all actually found the problems then my warranty would have covered BOTH the diagnostic and the fix. But because I was lied to the 1st time because they felt like they only needed to find 1 problem and send me on my I'm now out $190 plus all the spark plugs I purchased. When THE ACTUL problem would have been taken care of by my warranty and the diagnostic. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and plan to share this experience on Facebook as well. I feel 100% taken advantage of.

Their work was professional and done quickly. The problem I had is the cost of labor to put the spark plugs in was $347.00. Granted there s 16 plugs and it did take 1.75 hours , But $347.00.Their rate is $159.00 per hour Sorry folks, but that s a bit too much.Just received an oil change. No lift available so the mechanic did it on the ground. Never did he put a towel or seat cover on the seat. Just jumped in and brought it out. Shotty work. Last time.Service: Auto maintenance
