They could have had a customer for life but instead ruined my rims, did not offer to have them repaired and told me they were damaged when I brought my car in. What do you think? Look at the pictures, you decide. all fresh gouges! They did this! Do not trust them.. I spent almost $1,000 that day and no apology or repair. Avoid them.. Not trustworthy. Probably could have fixed it for less than $100 but no.. Avoid!

This shop gets 5 stars all day for their exceptional customer service. While traveling we encountered a tire issue. They wasted no time repairing the tire and getting us back on our way. Huge thank you to the entire team at Service Street Auto Repair!

Had some drama with these guys, but I brought it back after a few months after speaking with the owner. He made it right by doing some work to my truck for free and said they'll reimburse my credit card for the past transaction i had an issue with in the beginning. Which was about $1800.00 bucks worth. So I cant complain now. They made it right.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

From the very first time I walked into the Cedar Bluff location in February, I felt very welcome & valued. The manager, Patrick, along with the rest of his phenomenal team, go above & beyond to ensure the customer experience is a great one, and in their mission to create "forever customers," they do an amazing job.Not only do they get your vehicle in quickly, they are very thorough & do an excellent job of taking the time to show you & explain if something's going on. Repairs are done at a reasonable price, often lower than at other places. I also love the '5-year, 50k mile warranty' that applies to most things. UNHEARD OF in this industry! The peace of mind I've received from here is priceless.Let's face it, the car repair industry is a largely bad news industry (aside from routine maintenance stuff), but feel great in knowing that Service Street's got your back!

Dirty business practices at the Cedar Bluff location. I took my vehicle for an oil change to check them out after working with CB Auto Care for many years. I won t be back.As I was checking out, the second person in the waiting room told me I need new tires, and the passenger front axel was leaking. He then proceeded to give me a lengthy description, for which I did not ask, of how the car will break down and not be drivable if I didn t repair it. He additionally said, there s no way to predict when it could happen and talked over me several times. When I asked how much, the other guy in the lobby went through the list of charges and the estimate came to approx $2k (!!!). It all depends on labor cost, was the final word. I declined and left after paying for the oil change.I took it to another local mechanic (Mr. Cool, on Kingston Pike) and they found nothing like what Service Street indicated. Everything on the axel was bone dry. I guess I must look like an easy mark for the upsell. I won t be back and I suggest you avoid them, too. Dirty.Service: Oil change

This review is for the Executive Park Drive location just off Cedar Bluff in Knoxville. The location was formally known as Cedar Bluff Auto care to which I would give 5 stars. I would give Service Street a negative star if possible. In February of 23, I took my truck to them and they charged me $1200. Almost exactly a month later to the date, I took my truck BACK to them for the same code...another $2800. Almost exactly two months later I took the truck back to them a third time for (gasp) the same code. This time they offered me a "fair price" of $700. These repairs were not for something major like my transmission but for an air pump and coil relacements. Mind you, they claim their parts and labor have a 365 day warranty.I did not let them "fix" it a third time.I believe that at best this location overcharges and upsells and at worst, is either very incompetent or intentionally not repairing the vehicle properly in order to make more diagnostic and labor fees.

Service Street is the NEW ownership of Cedar Bluff Auto as of 2/23. Doug, with whom I had done business with for numerous years on our 4 vehicles is no longer there. The reviews currently posted are for Doug s ownership not Service Street. So pay attention to the dates of reviews. Service Street has performed service on two of my vehicles so far. I know it s because Doug, who I trusted very much, is not there that I am not fully trusting this new franchise yet. So far, on both vehicles an oil change has turned out to cost a lot more than an oil change. I actually had a second opinion on one of my cars and found the service at second place considerably less yes the service was needed so that was good. For me the verdict is not in yet as to whether I trust or not or if I ll be finding a new mechanic. It s very difficult when I suddenly lost someone I had trusted for over 10 years. Just don t know.

I used Doug's shop loyally for 6 years. Two tries with Service Street and two failures. I honestly shouldn't have gone back the second time, but I'd been so loyal to that shop. This time after having my vehicle for three and a half weeks without making any progress on it, they agreed to have it fixed by the next business day or they'd tow it to the shop of my choice. Next day... I call, they hadn't even touched it. Patrick agreed to tow it to another shop. Then, they didn't... just left it sitting overnight again.Absolutely the worst experiences I've ever had with a repair facility and it matches the reviews of everyone else that's been there recently.*Update: Ted Russell Ford's exact words were "a lot of the work they did, didn't need to be done and wasn't the correct way to go about diagnosing the problem." So, basically, they had my vehicle for a month of incompetence. If I had not of towed it to another shop, by all indications it would have sat for much longer.*Service: Electrical repair

Excellent team here. They replaced a battery, installed headlight bulbs, oil changes, tire rotations and nail puncture patches. My AAA membership gets a discount here too.

I first off want to say that I am extremely grateful I chose to take my vehicle here. Patrick is who I spoke with and this man stands by his work. I took my 05 Honda Civic in over the weekend because I was hearing a weird noise from the front right of the engine bay, I thought it was maybe a pulley or something. Turns out it was my AC Clutch Bearing and I needed to have the AC Compressor replaced along with the Valve Gasket Cover and Camshaft Seal. I was a little reluctant to say yes, but something told me to just go ahead and do it and the repairs were done the same day I brought the vehicle in. If I would have taken this to any other mechanic, there is a good chance they would have tried to up-sale me or even hold the vehicle, but Patrick was confident that they had isolated the problem and could have it resolved and returned in a matter of hours. I dropped my car off at around 7:30AM and picked it up around 2:00PM. I had been driving it for a couple of days when suddenly the check engine light came back on, I was freaking out. I had just shelled out a pretty penny to have my vehicle fixed so I called him right away and to my surprise he asked when I could bring it back in. I told him that I was on my way to work and wouldn't be able to stop by until after I was off, he said no problem. Brought it back this afternoon and he immediately pulled it into his garage and had his mechanics inspecting my vehicle. He wanted to make sure the work they did was not the reason behind the check engine light and guess what? It was something completely none related! I recently got gas and must of not tightened down my gas cap all the way which threw the check engine light. His mechanics even went as far as locating the EVAP leak, there is a tiny crack in my gas cap, no charge to me and they even said once I replace the gas cap they will clear the codes! These guys seriously know how to treat a customer and fix vehicles. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who needs a repair to come down and see them.Thank you guys so much!Sincerely,Alex WilliamsServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Air conditioning

My wife went to this place alone knowing exactly what needed to be done to her car based off a diagnostic that was ran with 2 different mechanics prior. Service Street Auto Repair continued to run a diagnostic without our consent and charged $160 to tell us exactly what we knew, then proceeded to give us a quote for $1100 all to replace an O2 sensor (as we all know, one of the easiest parts to replace in a vehicle).Don't go to this place, and if you do, don't be a female alone, they will 100% try to rip you off. If I could leave 0 stars or even a negative score for a review, I would.

I was out running errands when I heard a scraping noise from underneath my car. After a quick Google search Service Street was right down the road from where I was so I pulled in. A gentleman came out to look at my car and asked for my keys so he could have his technician look at it. After about 15 minutes, he was able to fix the problem and get me on my way. The staff was so friendly and were kind enough to assist me at no charge. I will definitely consider them for future maintenance needs on my vehicle!

Brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change. Received my car back with a drone tied to the air conditioner that wasn't there before the oil change. I was told I was SOL by the manager, bc he "didn't know what it sounded like before I brought it in." Obviously I will not be going back.

Our battery light came on and our car battery died. We had our car towed to service street (formerly cedar bluff auto). My husband told them it needed a new battery. They insisted the battery was fine and ran a diagnosis for $162. 3 days later I called them to find out what was happening. They told me it needed a new transmission. I told them to just replace the battery and let me know when it s done. I called the next day and they told me they were still working on it and had been for 3 hours. They said they were not charging me labor but should be because it s a hard fix. They said it would be ready by the end of the day and they would call me when it s done. I finally got a message the next day saying that that my car was ready. $537.95 to replace a battery. They are ridiculous, greedy, incompetent and not trustworthy. If you liked CB Auto, you will want to find a new place.Service: Auto battery replacement

My husband and I both take our vehicles to Cedar Bluff Auto Care. We have found them to be honest, reasonably priced and fast with the repairs. I trust these guys to keep our cars in good working shape. The first time I went in was for a battery change because my car wouldn t start and I was nearby got a jump and drove to the closest place. I liked them so much we have since taken our vehicles in for brakes, A/C issues, a transmission leak, and new tires.Services: Brakes, Auto brake replacement, Battery
