DayDay Corum had the Rogue ready for us to test drive when we arrived and was very knowledgeable about the features in it. He was very personable and helpful. He helped us connect to the My Nissan app, showed us all of the features and was very helpful. When we had a question a few days after our purchase, he was able to answer it. Rico was also very helpful and clearly explained all of the protection plans. This was a great experience!

I found every person at Rusty Wallace Nissan to be friendly, well-mannered, professional and dedicated to making sure my visit was an enjoyable one. The waiting room was comfortable and well-appointed, with lots of free snacks which I did not partake of, as I am diabetic. I was especially conscious of the camaraderie existing between the employees. It was easy to see that they love their jobs and value their coworkers.I want to especially point out the young woman who came for me when my car was ready. She was very kind and quite compassionate to me, knowing that I had recently been widowed. I wish I had caught her name! Please give her my deepest thanks!The next time I need my car serviced, I will definitely bring it to Rusty Wallace Nissan!

In September my wife and I went in with the intention of buying one vehicle, the time compassion and patience Zach has shown us in looking for a car had been much appreciated. So much so that we bought two cars the same day! Thank you Zach and John in helping us driving away with two awesome cars! Sorry it took this long to post a review but life has been busy

Wow!!! I cannot say enough nice things about Rusty Wallace Nissan to do it justice for the level of service that we received here. Recently my husband and I were in a terrible accident that totaled my Pathfinder. I was in a terrible frame of mind and not at all looking forward to the daunting task of finding a new vehicle, dealing with car salesmen, finance guys, and all the details involved in buying a vehicle. From the time we drove on the lot we were treated with true southern hospitality, empathy for what we had gone through, and shown all the patience in the world as we asked all our questions. Our salesman, Zack was amazing, he is by far the best car salesman that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Cougar shared the history of the vehicle, including being previously owned by a local hero, Vietnam Veteran and former POW, having spent 7 years of torture in a military camp in Vietnam. My husband is also a vet and everyone thanked him for his service and treated him with great respect. John, the finance guy was so much more than that, he explained every dollar of our deal, answered every question and did so with patience and a level of detail allowing us to walk away with a complete understanding of what we had just financed. Last but certainly not least, is Christy the service manager, again, WOW! She was a pure delight, detail oriented, super friendly and again explaining every nuance of what the plan was for putting the diamond ceramic on my Armada. I never thought I would own such a gorgeous vehicle and at a fabulous price too. I can quite honestly say this was by far the absolute best car buying experience we have ever had and we will absolutely be back!!

George was amazing! He was honest, friendly, and to the point. We told him what we were looking for, what we were hoping to accomplish, and he made it happen. I really like this Nissan service department. I will travel to this service dept. From now on. The fact they're quick, friendly, and took great care with my Titan and they hand wash and dry the vehicle is just what I need, makes all the difference for my me and my Titan! 5 stars. Excellent service with friendly employees. Sean Fails helped me today with the service on my Nissan Murano. He has helped me before and is the nicest, most courteous, helpful and friendliest person there is anywhere!!I appreciate the fact that Rusty Wallace cares enough to make sure the customer not only gets excellent service on their vehicle but have people like Sean Fails that makes the customer feel at ease and confident. Also, the waiting area is amazing. It contains snacks, drinks and even a shuttle to take you shopping and back if you have a long wait.

110% the place to buy your vehicle. I was immediately greeted and helped as soon as I pulled in to the lot. They definitely delivered the promising experience they advertise! Mark(shoop) , Tyler, and Cougar were so helpful. They made this experience fast, easy, and stress free! They are the place that s 100% all about their customers wants and needs.

If I could give a 10 star rating I would. So I will try with words but I know they will fall short of what I have truly experienced here. Best car buying experience ever. I never felt pressure to buy anything. When I did the process was smooth and simple. I want to give an extra special thank you to Cougar. Truly I am so very grateful for him and Ray Huffaker. I purchased a previously owned Rogue with 90,000 miles on it. In a couple weeks the car went into "Limp Mode". After bringing in a quick diagnosis reveled the transmission needed to be replaced. The worked with the Warrantee Team so all we were responsible for was the deductible. Chris & Karla were GREAT !!!

From Marcus to Cougar to the Finance Manager everyone made our experience great. We had a model in mind we wanted and they explained and showed us the differences in cars. It was simple, easy and would recommend to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. I always dread the all-day experience of buying a car, but there was none of that here. We were quick to negotiate a fair price and process the purchase in a very short time. I appreciated that they valued our time and the way they treated us from start to finish was great.

Rust Wallace Nissan went above and beyond to make sure me and my husband left with a great car. They had a trade in for a Honda Pilot and we fell in love with it. Terry Caldwell let both me and my husband drive the car to make sure we loved everything about it. He was honest and kind and made us so comfortable through the whole process. We were given popcorn and drinks while we were waiting for all the paperwork to be processed and made to feel like we were family. Because it was a quick trade/buy process they had not fully detailed the car so while we were dotting the I's and crossing the T's they made sure to detail every inch of our new car and it looked incredible. Everyone in the show room smiled from ear to ear and offered a kind word every chance they got. Thank you Rusty Wallace Nissan and all the employees for making our car buying experience an enjoyable one. We will back for every car purchase!

I have been buying and trading cars for a long time. But I never had the privilege to work with such amazing people at Rusty Wallace Nissan. I will definitely go back and refer as many people as I can to them. Terry Caldwell is very knowledgeable about the vehicles that Nissan produces. He was honest and upfront about everything. I never felt pressured. Everyone that I met with was absolutely amazing.

My 2017 Rogue was brought in for a recall notice. It was a pleasant experience throughout the whole process: from making the appointment to driving out of their parking lot. The staff is super friendly, warm, and accommodating, lots of smiles on a busy and blistery cold day. They even washed and vacuumed my car! So nice!!! Thanks so much, y'all!

The thing that impressed me most and that I liked most was not the fact that a great deal was worked for us. The best thing was the friendly and personable conversation and being treated like family from our salesman ,Brady, to finance with Rico, and the general manager Mr Morris. I came with my two young daughters for my recent service. Anyone with kids can tell you that is a stressful endeavor. Everyone at Nissan went above and beyond to make it a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Customer service and kindness go a long way! And we were waiting for 5 hour so you can imagine how exhausting that could have been. Very grateful for attentive, thoughtful staff all around.

Christine Stanley took my call last week and set up my service appointment. She was very helpful and reassuring about my issue.When I went for my appointment, she was extremely nice and helped me through the process. What I thought was a problem turned out to be normal sensor functioning. She explained the sensor functioning thoroughly and highlighted the manual . She got my car washed and sent me on my way! She is professional and customer friendly!

Eric Landon did a FANTASTIC job with helping my wife and I find a vehicle that will suit our needs for twins that s we re expecting soon. We told him all of our wants and requirements and he turned around with an option within hours. Quick turn around, fair pricing, great trade in value, and even took care of a few minor things in the service department for us. GREAT experience and will highly recommend and/or return here in the future.

I truly can t say enough about Terry and the crew that helped me here at Rusty Wallace Nissan. I walked in yesterday at 4 o clock ready to find a car and they made sure I left satisfied with keys in hand within 3 hours. Very reasonable and humble crew with the best intentions to put you in a safe, reliable car. This was my first adult purchase of this scale and Terry made me feel confident and understanding of every document he placed in front of me. I am happy with my financial decisions and overall purchase! I will definitely be coming back here, but not for a long time. I fully expect to be in this car for several years! This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Zack was so wonderful and patient with showing me different vehicles and test driving them with me. He was not pushy. He was genuinely interested in what I needed. Then, the finance manager is AMAZING. You can tell he really wants to do what is best for the buyer. I also met the manager of the dealership. He knew my name and everything. This is the only place I will ever go for a car from now on. They are the best team I've ever dealt with.

I was looking for a new vehicle to use in my day to day work, I am a sales rep covering multiple states. The sales rep I worked with, Richy Bush, spent several hours with me looking at multiple vehicles, making sure I would find the right car for my needs. Everyone that I interacted with at Rusty Wallace Nissan was courteous, professional, and most of all welcoming. I ve been coming to Rusty Wallace Nissan for about five years now I have purchased two vehicles and I have the same mechanic work on my vehicles when they need work. Donnie Jones does a great job at getting my vehicle back on the road correctly the first time. I have always had great experience with the Service writers as well.
