Keith McGinty was knowledgeable, easy going, and helpful. I called a few days before my visit and shared some general parameters for my search. He had three great options ready when I showed up and legitimately helped me think through what I really wanted on a couple of test drives. I ended up with a much better car than the ones I was looking at through online services.

We just purchased a 24 Kia Sportage Prestige for our son at RW Kia and the service we received was 100%!James Gordon was our salesman and he could not have been nicer. Hands down the best salesman we ve ever worked with! He went above and beyond to explain all the features and answer any questions we had. He was extremely easy to talk with, very personable and never pushy in the least. Within minutes of talking cars with James we knew we were in the right place. We had our teenage son with us and he was absolutely amazing with him.We initially spoke with Tushar online to confirm what we looking for and he too was great to communicate with. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful and welcoming.We could have shopped closer to home in KY, but we found the better deal and friendlier service with RW Kia! We highly recommend James and Rusty Wallace Kia!

Tushar Shah it was my salesman and he did a fantastic job! My mother my daughter and I have all bought cars from him. He was very knowledgeable and patient from the beginning to the end of our process and he's very friendly! The dealership was very clean and everyone greeted us. Since the sale I have taken my car for my oil changes several times and the service department is excellent as well. I highly recommend him!!!!

Hello! I highly recommend Rusty Wallace Kia on Callahan....I love my Kia and I always have a great experience when i bring my car in for routine services. My sales guy, Tushar, is just the best....even though it was nearly 2 years ago when I bought my car, he still to this day helps me out whenever i have a question about my car or services, etc. He's has been wonderful to work with....he always responds to me promptly and is super friendly & helpful. I also can't say enough great things about the friendly staff there, particularly the manager, Tony....such a nice person. These guys genuinely care about their customers.

This is one of the few places with no pressure to buy a vehicle. Upon arriving at this dealership, I was greeted by Mr. James who was so welcoming and ready to ask about our day rather than selling us a car. We chit chatted for a while and then he asked about our needs and the reason for our purchase. He then spent a few of his precious hours showing us the different options of which none of the available cars on the lot were to our liking. Mr. James offered to get the interior and exterior color shipped the next day for us. I called this, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. After our sale was concluded and we were ready to drive away, the most beautiful thing happened, we had the opportunity to pray with Mr. James our salesman. I would recommend Rusty Wallace Kia in Knoxville if you needed an experience and not just to buy a car.

I told Brandon exactly what I was looking for, and he had a really nice car for me, the car matched everything I was looking for and at my price range. It's an Forte and I was able to get my favorite color. If anyone is looking for a great deal with exceptional customer service you should go to Rusty Wallace kia on Callahan rd. The people there really jump through hoops to get you the car you want!!! Thank you all at the dealership for being so helpful.

I just walked off the lot with my new Kia Telluride, and I couldn t be happier with the amazing level of service that I received. Keith was my sales representative and he was so informative, easy to talk to, and he wasn t pushy at all. I have never had such an enjoyable and easy experience at a car dealership before. I brought my two kids with me (5 and 2 years old) and they enjoyed the experience too! The dealership had plenty of snacks & drinks to choose from, and one of the guys on the floor (I believe his name is Tony) even brought coloring books over for my kids!! It felt like a family and everyone wanted to help. If you want the best experience at a dealership- this is your spot! Make sure to ask for Keith or Tony. They were the real MVP s!

I brought my daughter there yesterday and Kenny Bowers was our salesman he was awesome. Down to earth and not pushy at all. I had such a good experience with purchasing my daughters car that jokingly I said to him if you can get me in that 23 Sorento on your showroom floor for the same price as I m paying now and let me tell you he did it. Me and my daughter both left with 2023 Kia s. Thank you again for everything I would totally recommend him and this dealership. I have bought 3 cars with Rusty Wallace Honda and had all great experiences just as I did here. Ty again we are so happy with our new cars.

We were looking for a car for our granddaughter after her engine went out in hers and Keith McGinty was the most helpful salesman I have ever dealt with. He got to know the facts and what would be in her budget, and her likes. He did not try to push anything on her that was beyond her price she could handle, or vehicles she would not like. He took time with us and that meant the world to me. He treated our granddaughter with respect and kindness. He answered questions and he presented questions that she nor us even considered. She now has a big decision to make on which vehicle she will be purchasing. We will be going to Keith when she is ready to purchase!

After searching for something in the used market, with air, all-wheel drive and good on gas I came upon a Caliber at Rusty Wallace Kia. Being from Wisconsin and a dealer's son who also worked there selling cars on occasion for the first forty years of my life I know a little thing about the business. I got a call on my inquire from the sales representative Dylan Hattula. Told him which car and to hook me up. I did the finance information by phone and they structured the sale in my budget even a discount I hadn't asked for. I purchased a extended 3yr/36k mile warranty that I will report back on should I ever use it. As a semi-retired part time food dude (aka substitute lunch lady) I needed to know I could get to any of the schools safely, efficiently and in all weather. Dylan made that happen. I was in the dealer and out in two hours with our new to us car. Thank you Dylan and Rusty Wallace team. I love my 2007 caliber awd with only 31500 miles. Be sure to give Dylan Hattula or any of the team a call.

I ve purchased 3 brand new cars from here, but after my most recent experience I won t be back. Long story short I was trying to keep my payments in a certain range like most people do, and the last offer they had come back with said I needed $5000 down payment. Funny thing is this location adds on a $5000 dealer markup on vehicles. But want to act like it s normal. Shop around, RWK of Knoxville isn t what it used to be. The most insulting part was when they came with the last offer, the guy the the sales man brought back said Well I don t control your credit score . Well my credit score got me a brand new car with the price I wanted somewhere else. Oh and word to the wise, get your keys back early, I was stuck here awhile with them holding onto mine

Customer service is great. I have a hard time understanding how I have to schedule an appointment for an oil change and yet, even though I have a scheduled time, I m waiting for TWO hours for a basic oil change to be done. If wait times were better, I d give 5 stars.

Horrible service. Telluride driver belt shredded and engined overheated. Less than 6 months old. They changed the belt and left the engine with the coolant all over and did not refill the coolant. They made a point to tell me that they washed it. Ridiculous.

Very disappointed in the help I received from Rust Wallace Kia. The car salesman, Jordan is there strictly to get commission and it shows. The car we were interested in had rough looking tires when mentioning this Jordan said they did a penny test which is something not very accurate or professional. It s something that they don t do per manager. Manager told me they never turn down tires when mentioned. I now have had my car for 3 months and am having to purchase new tires. Needless to say I only drive to work and back everyday. Will never use them again suggest other people don t either.

Rusty Wallace replaced my clock -spring, which had stopped working. I couldn t use my Bluetooth, cruise control, voice commands, and the airbag light stayed on. They replaced it free under their extended warranty. It only took one hour! They did a great job, and were very accommodating and polite. Thank you, Rusty Wallace Kia on Callahan!

Rusty Wallace was phenomenal in a very stressful situation with our 10 yr old vehicle! Vehicle repairs completed earlier than expected..only issue was my air didn't work when I received it back but I was told to bring back next week and they will stand behind it and fix it!! Overall very pleased and Chris, the Service Manager was top notch and very professional thru out the time they had my vehicle!!UPDATE: Visit to address situation with my A/C was great...was able to diagnose the difficult issue and had my vehicle back same day..as before, Chris was very professional and helpful!

It was the best car buying experience I ve ever had! It was my daughters first new car she was so nervous and excited! But our salesman Tushar was very patient and understanding, he was funny and put us completely at ease! 10/10 Highly recommended!

The experience I had was overwhelming great and totally let down. I was under the impression that oil changes were free I purchased a service contract that was an additional $4500. I wanted an all exclusive warranty but that service isn t available. But the best experience for our vehicle was today and they were very professional they did give me the first oil change free but they didn t have to and it was $123.00 that s for an oil change and tire rotation.

In for the first 5k oil change. Hour and a half and no updates and no offers to wash the car. They didn t charge for the oil change which was a nice surprise. Appeared to be overbooked but a heads up would be nice.

I went in for my 30,000 mile servicing. I was taken care of immediately when I pulled into the service dept. I was given an estimate of 2 hours. I had my vehicle back in an hour and a half and was on my way back home. The staff was very professional. I wouldhighly recommend the service dept.

The staff at Rusty Wallace Kia off Callahan Dr in Knoxville is top notch. Gaige Guyer was my car salesman. He is friendly, and very knowledgeable. At no time did I feel pressured. He helped me find the right car that fit all my needs. Financing was smooth. I felt very comfortable with my whole experience!!! I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them. From start to finish our experience was great! There was absolutely no pressure and they made us feel comfortable! Was one of our easiest, no stress car purchases ever and we ve had 15+ purchases! So happy with our 2023 K5 GT Line! James Gordon was our salesman! Definitely recommend him!!!
