I have been on the hunt for around 2 months for a new car. This my first new car purchase in about 10 years. After about a month I knew what I wanted. Billy H was amazing to work with. He was patient, kind, kept me up to date on what was on the lot, answered all my random questions. He was very patient with me and you won t get that kind of service from most lots. Never felt pressured to buy a car at all. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a car to go see Billy at Rusty Wallace. Top notch service from him and the lot. Spent all day looking for a car that would fit into my budget, after 4 dealerships and 10 hours Jim Raley was able to work out a deal for me and get me in the car I wanted, for a price I could afford on a single mom budget! Thank you so much to the whole Rusty Wallace staff! Best car buying experience I have EVER had!

Broke down on our way to Georgia. Car dead on the side of the road. The alternator had gone out. Horrible start to spring break vacation. Insert Rusty Wallace Honda and Wendy Thomas. Amazing woman who went above and beyond to provide us with a tow truck, Clinton Towing, and sent the porter Bud to pick us up!! I was anticipating an awkward car ride there with a man I don t know I received the complete opposite. We had great conversation about our dogs and he quickly became a sweet friend with a heart of gold for me and my family.We arrived at the dealership and it was a warm welcome like we were family. All you can eat snacks and drinks and oh by the way, we have a food truck here today and it s lunch is on us! They located parts and sent someone to pick them up, fixed the car, and got us back on track thanks to Andrew and his amazing work. Checked on us multiple times while we were there to make sure we didn t need anything.Fantastic service that exceeds all expectations and a warm environment that makes sure you have everything you need to be comfortable while you wait. May be back to buy my next car from them even if it is four hours from home!!! Can t say enough good about this place, this company, ands these people!!

We got our oil changed with Rusty Wallace Honda and had such a great experience! The workers were all very friendly, completed the work in a timely manner, and the waiting area was clean. Another perk they have was the free shuttle that will take you to several locations while you wait! We will definitely be using them again!

We started on a camping trip and realized our new Ridgeline didn t have a trailer brake controller. We pulled into Rusty Wallace and talked to Chris. He was amazing! They checked with all of their suppliers, and nobody had the part we needed. We finally ended up driving to an RV dealership to get the part & back to Rusty Wallace to have them install it. They got us right in even though we didn t have an appointment because they knew we were on a trip. We are so thankful that they cared, were accommodating and helpful. They won a new customer today with their amazing service. Chris is top notch all the way!!

Michael was amazing to work with. He was well educated about each vehicle on the lot, and went above and beyond for my family. We also enjoyed working with Chad, he welcomed us and helped refer us to our beautiful CRV Honda Hybrid. We are already enjoying the gas mileage and all the amazing features.I highly recommend Rusty Wallace Honda, we were treated like family, they were honest, and met the needs of our budget. Will return again for my next vehicle purchase. Thanks again you guys!

Brad Ellis ROCKS!!! Purchasing a new car can often be a very frustrating & exhausting experience but not at Rusty Wallace Honda! I had been looking at different brands of cars in the beginning & dealt with a couple of pushy salesmen just wanting to make a sell the day I stepped on their lot but I never felt that with Brad! I explained what type of vehicle I wanted & that I wanted to compare Honda models to the other brands I had looked at. From the beginning he took his time, answered all of my questions & never once pushed me to buy anything just to get a sale! It took over a week to make the decision & he didn t call/text me all the time wanting to know when I was coming back to purchase like a few others did. He even stayed late one night for me to come back by to look again. He kept his word & I never felt pressured once with him! Ended up with the 23 Civic Sport & love this beautiful car! Thank you Brad & others at Rusty Wallace for making this the best car buying experience I ve had!!! I will absolutely recommend Rusty Wallace Honda & Brad Ellis to anyone I know looking to purchase a car!!

This was my first time serving my car at Rusty Wallace Honda, and I will certainly be back. Luis took great care of me, was very kind and personable, explained things thoroughly, and left me feeling like he was honest and had my best interest at heart. The check-in process was a breeze, the servicing was quick (I was out in an hour), and the guys did a great job. Rusty Wallace Honda has certainly gained a loyal customer.

I had an appointment for my service. I was met immediately with a friendly smile and great service from check-in to check-out. I showed up a little early, which was not a problem at all. My vehicle was serviced promptly and took less time than was quoted. The waiting area was roomy and comfortable, and a wide assortment of snacks and drinks was available. All employees who passed through were friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate the service and convenience offered here!

Don't waste your time. They don't show pricing online then require you to enter your personal information to supposedly unlock the price. (Really just to harass you) call you at 9am to only waste your time and be told by Lilly she will need to get with a manager for the price. So what was the point in the call. She further said you would get the best price if you waste more of your time coming into the dealership that you bring there physically gives you a better price. Honestly they fully deterred me from purchasing a new vehicle with these ridiculous antics. So unprofessional. Just be honest and show the price online.

I had an amazing experience here at Rusty Wallace! Bradley was my sales guy and he went above and beyond to put me in a reliable and beautiful car! I always get great service at Rusty Wallace Honda. They get me in quickly and have an awesome waiting area. Work is usually done faster than they estimate unless something arises. If they notice a problem, they always advise you of the problem and what it would take to fix. I never get a hard sales pitch on recommended repairs.

While traveling back to Indianapolis from Gatlinburg our Transmission System Problem light came on. We pulled off and the service department was very helpful. Wendy made sure the department knew we were traveling and worked to get us answers as quickly as possible. Tech Michael Elmore was very helpful in explaining what was needed and what our risks were if we continued our journey home. I would recommend them to anyone in need.

Back in September 2023, we originally went to Economy Honda in Chattanooga and our experience was dismal to say the least (seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, would not try to work with us, nothing). We ended up driving to Knoxville and getting a 23 Civic Sport with Mike McGinnis (PHENOMENAL sales rep who listened to our wants and needs, made sure everything was where we wanted it payment-wise, and even made sure even our 6 year old daughter was taken care of, from simple things as snacks and water to making sure she was also asked questions about the car - in short, he treated us like family).Fast forward to a recall inspection (first time I ve been back to the dealership), Wendy met me at my car, got me checked in, explained all about the waiting area (snacks, drinks, massage chairs) and told me about a shuttle service should I need to go anywhere. Rusty Wallace Honda employees have been nothing short of fantastic on my visits and I cannot express my gratitude!

I am very happy with this purchase. We were greeted by 1 sales person who showed us exactly what we were looking for and didn t push us towards a decision either way. We were treated as anyone would want to be treated by management and other staff. The woman at the front desk had a friendly smile and was very helpful. Usually car buying can be stressful but they made the transaction as smooth as possible. I appreciate the entire staff and management. Thanks to Chad and all the other staff it was a great buying experience!

I had the most amazing experience. The service was just absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. David F. And Mr. Nick, and they were beyond helpful and fully transparent throughout the purchase of my new HR-V. They made sure I got a great interest rate, and a very affordable monthly payment as well. I was very new to this whole process given that it was my first car I d be legally responsible for, and they took the time to explain every detail to me and made sure I was comfortable in my decisions. They also gave me complimentary snacks and drinks, which was a very sweet gesture. Thanks to those two gentlemen, and everyone else there who I spoke with, I will never be leaving the Honda family. I am so happy with my new car, and so so thankful. I will be recommending this dealership, and those two lovely gentlemen, to any and everyone I know. (: if you need a new car, they re the place to go!

I want to give a shout out to, Brad, who is now the finance manager at Honda. He was the one who sold me my Honda Civic Sport in 2022, the Grey Goose . Every time I need help or have a question, he gets it solve! He is very professional and he works hard to give excellent customer service. I only recommend people to him if they need to buy a car!

Paid over $1600 for new tires from the dealership to be mounted and balanced. After making an appointment I was told that it take them at least 3-4 hours to get them on. That s beside the point. After leaving I had a terrible shake. I took the vehicle to a local tire shop who said in all his years he had never seen anything like this. Being bad enough everyone walked over and was taking pictures. They had put whee weights on my brake caliper and didn t have them installed properly at all. It s a shame I paid all that money and then had to pay to balance them again. I wouldn t recommend getting tire work done here at all! By the way the weights on top of the tire came off of the brake caliper.

We had a fabulous experience with Jim finding the perfect fit for us. I couldn t be happier with our purchase. No business has ever treated me better. The waiting area had coffee, snacks, and even message chairs plus a shuttle service if you wanted to eat or shop while waiting on your car repair. The man who signed me in (Chris Torbett) was super nice and helpful. Of course all dealerships are pricey but when you feel like your Honda needs expert care for repairs and diagnostics, this dealership couldn't be a more enjoyable experience .

Lisa is wonderful to work with . I called on Saturday for break pads and was scheduled for Monday at my request. The parts were ordered and I was promptly taken care of and had my vehicle the very next morning. She was very polite and helpful with answering all my questions and the whole experience with Lisa was a delight. Will come see her again. Thank you!

I had to have new fuel injectors and 60,000 mile service, and brakes. Randy was very thorough with explaining each item that had to be done to my vehicle. Also I really appreciate the new courtesy vehicle that I was able to drive while my car was being worked on. I always get exceptional service from him anytime I bring my vehicle in.

We were in a dangerous situation traveling through TN when the car broke down, with our kids on the side of the road. AAA was worthless but Rusty Wallace really exceeded what we needed. We were able to be picked up safely and had our car fixed same-day due to traveling. I was still frazzled from the breakdown but they were so assuring, friendly, and hospitable. I felt like they were a Godsend that day. I would recommend them to anyone. As a family, we feel such gratitude for their kindness - especially that of Mike R!
