TL,DR: Horrible customer service, would not file paperwork for a repair estimate.We were referred to Ron's by State Farm Insurance after we were involved in an accident. It took several days before we were able to be seen for an estimate for repairs, but two weeks later they still had not submitted any paperwork to the insurance company, and kept blaming each other for why the paperwork never got filed. We had to go back to State Farm and request a new collision center to get our car fixed.

Potential Customer - Went to go get a quote (insurance claim). Was told they were busy, but would get back to me a quote in 2-3 days, and would be able to work on the car in a few months. That was back in March, and they never responded. Avoid! If they're this bad with a potential customer, I can't imagine how they are with actual customers...

Did not make it that far he insisted that he was 8?weeks out so middle of Jan to repair ok that s fine others are March but he did not won t to do an estimate to give to insurance since they are paying. Therefore he insisted he was booked up although I just told him he was not as far out as others. So don t even bother calling. Go on those the next one.Martin

Had a hit and run side swipe my Honda. Only paint damage. Got referred by state farm and the estimate was half the amount that courtesy body shop gave us. Definitely not trying to rip us off like other places!

Great guy...lived in area for over 35 yrs and never really knew he was that close to me...thanks again Ron for going thru a hard time with us after my son's accident even tho it was a total loss...

Wost body shop ever gave me a 4000$ estimate seemed crazy so took it to courtesy body shop and had door and fender fixed for 700 big difference
