As a customer, and a former employee, I will tell you that this place does excellent work. Attention to detail is a must, and on my recent build, Rocky Top knocked it out of the park.It s completely dialed in and ready to hit the trails again.

People are great and friendly. Super knowledgeable and great service. Highly recommended!!! I want to say everyone here has gone above and beyond to help me with my jeep! They have great customer service and everyone is upfront and honest. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you guys for all you have done!

Long over due post, but huge shout out to Rocky top and their team! Great customer service, even better communication between ordering and scheduling the install of my new wheels and tires! I m super happy with the finished (for now) look and the whole process in general.

Rocky Top was great with suggestions to make sure we got the finished look and ride we were after!! Becca was wonderful explaining everything and she is so knowledgeable and sweet. Had a last minute road trip and needed tires for my F250, afew phone calls later and tires were ordered, the truck was fit into their schedule as soon as they could before I left on the trip. Outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone along turn around time. Would recommend them for any tire needs from patches,full replacement, mounting and balance as well. Thanks again.

Very personable experience with Rocky Top Customz. I came in with an idea of what I wanted for a lift/level and they were happy to discuss all the options. The ride quality is much more planted and feels great. I am very happy. Quality work, good people, fair price!

They installed a lift kit and put new tires on my 4runner. they where friendly, quick, and did an outstanding job. will be using them again and would highly recommend them.

Wow. Outstanding job Rocky Top. I was in an accident with my 2020 Jeep Gladiator April 1st 2023. My jeep has been in 2 different shops since then, in an attempt to get it back together correctly. I had given up on ever getting it back into a good drivable reliable vehicle...and then along comes Rocky Top Customz 4x4. It drives now better than new. Thank you guys for an incredible job! I highly recommend this shop.

This post is long over due as time got away from me, but I wanted to give a huge shout out to these guys! I m absolutely loving my truck! Not knowing anything about the 4x4 world I shared a vision and these guys delivered. Through them I purchased wheels, tires, leveling kit and roof rack. They installed everything and did a body chop? If said that correctly.. Has been a few months and everything is still holding up well. The only recommendation I have is if you know you are going start your build and have the money, go ahead and put your order in. The rack took forever but that was on the manufacturer. Thank you again guys!

Had a great experience with the guys at Rocky Top Customz! They ran into a couple of rubbing issues with my new tires, so they worked past business hours to make sure my was finished and didn t charge me for the extra labor hours it took to get it right! We will definitely be back for more work later and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their ride a nice facelift!Here are a few before and after pictures. We are well pleased

Great staff that will go above and beyond to give 100% customer service. Can't say enough about Darb, Mark, and all the guys there for an outstanding job on my truck. I recommend them for any and all work for your 4x4 and or off roading vehicle. Outstanding!

Hands down the go to shop for any work needed. We currently stay in a strict apartment community and can t do anything without the risk of being towed. So with my hubbys truck messed up we took it to the only shop we know and trust. They fixed it up better than it came from the factory. I m glad to have my wheeling partner back and my hubby ecstatic to have his baby back. No more overheating or sensor issues and an overdue catch can needed for steep inclines on the trails. Will definitely go back for future projects as we know whatever the task is that it s in very capable hands.

I drive 5 hours, round trip, to have my Jeep worked on at Rocky Top Customz as they're the BEST. They just completed replacing rear diff. gears & I'm working with them on new wheels for my 2018 Jeep JK and they don't mind spending time assisting me with my choices.

Amazing staff very professional they did our 3 1/2 inch Rock Krawler lift. Looks amazing we highly recommend them don t go anywhere else but Rocky top Customz. Next to install our custom inner fenders Thank you all!

Brought in my 4Runner to have them install my Westcott Designs 3in lift, 285-70-17s and to do a body mount chop and they did an awesome job. If you need any work done, this is the place to go! Definitely recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Rocky Top Customz. I had to have parts ordered prior to delivery for my leveling job. The parts were delayed but the staff made every effort to get the parts on time. I appreciated how quickly they communicated and fit me in with the unexpected delay. Will be recommending to friends and family.

They installed a set of Dobinsons springs, shocks and JBA Offroad control arms on my 2018 Sequoia.Wonderful job, fair price and super alignment.Couldn t ask for nicer folk s and very fair pricing. So glad I ran across them.

Took my 2021 Tundra in for a lift/ level the Rocky Top Customz staff helped me with all of my questions and helped me pick out the best options to fit my needs! After deciding on the Readylift 4/2 and upgrading a few other options we ordered the parts! They also helped me out on wheels and tires ! After a week or so they notified me all my parts and accessories had arrived and within a few days my truck was having everything installed!! Overall great experience great communication and customer service! Definitely will recommend them to anyone!

I have had 2 Jeeps & a Chevrolet truck lifted/leveled with these guys. Top notch work! Wheel, tire, and offroad accessory selection is awesome. These guys will take good care of you!

Just had a Viair 485C system installed with Airlift 5000 installed on my 2017 F-250 CCSB here. They did an excellent job on the whole setup. These guy know what they are doing and do great work. Very pro level shop. Would 100% recommend them for any of your customz truck needs.

Thank you for getting me back on the trails so quickly and taking care of what needed to be done! Top notch shop for Jeeps. Great experience. If I lived in the area, I would not go anywhere else.
