HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Great customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of after not being able to find our key for our lock nut. Very friendly, great customer service, and extremely knowledgeable I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I don t know what to say about them. They are very professional and friendly and told me that my van isn t safe to leaving shop after found out my bolts and hub damaged that look like they did this at Roger transmission for new brakes and rotor. They want me be 1000000% safe to drive plus with another 7 children also. I will be definitely to come RNR again! It s so WORTH!!

Was quickly contacted about what I needed and immediately greeted by name when I walked in. Made me feel welcome and I really appreciated Luis for going the extra mile and helping me with my vehicle. I originally came in just to get one tire but got 4! Very happy

Great service and very friendly. I went there looking for some tires for my truck and the made me such a good deal I got a new set of wheels and tires. Not to mention the perks like free tire rotation & Road side assistant. They guys are amazing you gotta check them out.

Everyone was so kind and helpful! My 3 year old was with me when I had to get new tires and they treated him with the same respect and gave him a balloon to play with while we waited ! I definitely recommend coming here for your tire needs!

My mother and I were traveling from out of town and had a flat tire close to this dealership. They took care of us quickly and got us back on the road to a family funeral. I cannot express how much I appreciate the people at the store.

I should have went to another tire shop. The customer service that I have received is absolutely horrible. Months back I bought a set of tires. Have made every payment on time. No late payments. The moment life happens and needs just a 6 day extension. They have no promise to pay. The staff up front only worry about sells once they get the sell. You are a second thought!

Never will go here again. Got four new tires and they told me they would be covered under warranty. Well I called when I needed a new tire since I hit a pot hole they said they only cover tires that are rented and since I paid for mine in full they couldn't do anything for me. So I tried to see if I could get the same tire and to schedule a new appointment. We'll they asked me what tire it was and I asked shouldn't u have me in your system? They said that we don't keep people in the system that buy tires out right. Sounds fishy to me. Something that the better buisness bureau may want to hear about. Needless to say I found a more trustworthy place to get a new tire.

I have bought tires here twice now and I'll.necer buy tires anywhere else ever again. Amazing customer service and amazing work. They always try to do what's best for you and your situation without and upsell pressure. Plus, the warranty package is spectacular. Highly recommend!

If you get tires here, please only use cash. If you use their payment plans, do not expect to have any kind of health or mental health crisis because they will not give a damn about you. They will just keep pointing to your contract and keep calling you seven times a day, come and knock on the door, and call and harass your family just to get their money. Even if you're up front with them to tell what's going on, when you expect it to be resolved and what you can do in the future, they don't care. You would be better off dealing with an Italian mob loan shark.

This place is a joke now. Years ago they weren't so bad. This time around, I wish I hadn't wasted my time. Customer service is the absolute worst I've ever seen , so rude and unprofessional, and this goes for the people in the back as well who call themselves mechanics , I wouldn't trust them with changing my wiper blades. They should be shut down. Just keep reading , also check out BBB, when you have that many bad reviews, then you prob shouldn't do business with them. I wish I hadn't this time. I certainly won't ever again.

I bought some 22" used rims from there Saturday, the whole time I was there which was from 10am to 315pm they did not advised me that one of the rims was bent. The next day I was cleaning the rims and notice it. So I went back up there Monday to asked them did they know about the rim, he advised me he knew and act like he didnt have no words for me since they already have my money. If you buying new rims it's OK but if you buying some used rims go somewhere else. Cause if you miss a flaw and you come back to ask em about it, they don't have no words for you. Period.....

Absolutely horrible customer service. All they see you as is a ball of money trying to get the most out of you. It was recommended to me that I don't put the better tires on the front of my car (FWD) when if you have uneven tread you can mess up your transmission. Just because they want me to wear down my tires more so that I can buy another tire. They let you do monthly payments but by the time you are done, you have to buy another tire because the tires they use are CHEAP. I've had two blow out on me because I hit about a 3inch deep pothole and it either busts my rim up or destroys the tire. You can buy these tires at Walmart for a HUGE different price.

I was so thankful to get my new ties today so thankful for y all, after sitting for a while I was glad to be ready to go home, had to ask my daughter do they just leave your car at the garage door or do you pick your car up in front of the place, so I get the keys now I m looking for my car, it right in front of garage near the red pole, but that ok just glad to go home thanks

We stopped in with a flat tire on our team sprinter van at 5:30 on a Friday, right before 6:00 closing. The folks were very helpful, put on our spare, and even offered to check our tire before we headed back home later in the week. All complementary. Amazing service, polite, very helpful. Thank you RNR Tire Express!
