I went in to order a key for my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado since I had only obtained one key from a non Chevrolet dealership. Maybe that was the irritation and rub felt at the parts department. I mistakenly went to Reeder Chevrolet where I was met with irritability and unsuitable disregard. Have no fear, I won t return. I can go anywhere and be treated rudely in person or on the phone.Incidentally, they don t deserve one star. I was being kind.

I will give 2 stars, when I first talked to them they seemed very helpful and I felt very confident of sending my denial to them. But after they did the diagnosis and call me telling me everything that needs to be fixed (of course it was all wear and tear items, but my car wouldn't engage into reverse, so this was my only concern). I was told my car wasn't worth fixing, I got a good deal and to me it's worth it and paid for...so after being quoted a arm and leg I checked around found someone to do it alot cheaper. So I go in to pay my bill and had already called a tow truck to pick my car up. They was very rude and not very helpful you could say. I didn't even get a copy of the diagnosis that I paid $105.00 for.

Bought a 2020 model truck. Had an issue with some sensors faulting 2 days after purchase. They've had my truck 3 different times in 2 1/2 weeks and never fixed the issue! Even had me wait 6 hours to tell me there was no issue! They did call in an engineer to check it out though and hopefully found the issue. Now Been waiting on them to install a new part for a few days. Hope to get my truck back soon, my payment is due in a little over a week..

Called for a radiator and was told it was in stock, call back to order and they can't find it, wanted to charge me an extra $70 for one they would outsource and did not know exactly when it would arrive.

I bought a Dodge pick up and paid $28,000 for a 2018. We agreed on a price and the salesman was suppose to get the vehicle cleaned. After sending the vehicle back 3 times I finally took the vehicle and left and was very unsatisfied with the job that was done. When someone promises you something you expect them to follow through. I was satisfied over the price just very disappointed on the follow through.

i have been getting my parts here for 15 + years. Staff always has been very helpful. Some parts are hard to get these days so just knowing i can depend on a place to get what i need is a big plus

I came to pick up my truck asked the cashier if someone could locate my truck. Simple enough right? Oh its in the first two rows she said. And after I told her it wasn't she said to look a little further back. Well I finally got some help and it took him 10 minutes to find it because it was somewhere completely different!. It seems Reeder really needs to step their customer service.

Wanted just a wiper blade for the driver's side. But cost was over 30.00 and I am sure service charge. Too expensive for this senior citizen

I have bought 3 vehicles from Reeder in the past and decided to try a lease. Bad idea...it was my first and last. Reeder withheld lease end charges from us and the inspection company GM used(AutoVin), charged us for items GM claimed were normal wear and tear. Sales manager would not return my call on these issues. Bad business practices. Will never return to Reeder and will detour anyone from doing business with them. If someone from Reeder reads this and tries to contact me, don't waste your time!

On March 28, 2020 I bought a new 2020 Chevrolet Colorado at Reeder Chevrolet and in 50 years of buying autos/trucks I think the best experience i have ever had with a dealership. The salesman, Xavier Walker, was mostly responsible for my experience and would highly recommend him.

Very helpful but check around, parts always cost more here. Sometimes it's worth it to get the personalized tailored service from its staff

Parts department is unreliable. I ordered a part that was promised to be delivered around 2:00pm on Monday at 5:00 no call and no part. When I called I got transferred to another employee and told my part will not be delivered today.
