These guys know their stuff and are pretty cool, UNLESS you happen to have saved up your pennies to buy a set of wheels outright. Then they can't really be bothered to help you out. (Yes I understand you make most of your money by taking advantage of people who have to *rent* wheels instead of buying them, hence the name of the biz, but please grow some customer service manners.)

This is my second time shopping with Raw. Scott was a very big help got me in and out and had great energy throughout the whole transaction. The machanic had my rims on in about an hour. I will definitely be shopping with them again.

I highly recommend they was very friendly and the nicest staff you could ask for and Nathan even was nice enough to wipe my car down so could get a picture for instagram he done an amazing job thank you all so much

I purchased a brand new set of wheels and tires for my 2019 Audi A5 S9 to your Coupe and I've got nothing but great things to say about then we had an issue with the brand new rear tires but it was solved and taken care of go again I have nothing but great things to say and would suggest purchasing tires from wheels from this company

Absolute garbage company, they put you in the contract and say you can return the wheels but they make you pay 50% when you try. Long story short they had me arrested for felony theft over a wheel contract went to court and it all got dropped. They didn t even sign the contract and after looking into it there was more to the contract that they were hiding from me, never in my life have I seen a 98% interest rate.

Came in the other day with a bemt rim. Came down here to raw got an awesome deal on a nice set of rims staff was super helpful and Nathan took my truck back had rims and tires on in now time. Great experience will definitely keep doing business with them!

Searched all over town for some 24 tires on my charger rent a wheel had what I needed at an unbeatable price, staff stayed late to make sure everything was installed properly also super informative about the new rims they just got in will definitely be going back.

Went to Rent-A-Wheel to get 4 brand new wheels and tires and within a week two wheels caved in causing damage to the tires. Took the car back in they told me they couldn't get a replacement and they also didn't have matching tires. So their solution was to replace all 4 wheels with a different set, replace one tire with one that looks similar to the original but isn't the same, and remount a pre-existing damaged tire to a new rim. Of course I complained about a leak because the sensor tells me everyday. They told me it was my fault for hitting a pot hole and I would have to pay another $220.00 to get a new tire put on because the insurance wouldn't cover 4 wheels and 4 tires. I have never had a wheel collapse from hitting a pot hole in my life and now for some miraculous reason its my fault a product i just bought failed within a week. Meanwhile they want me to use the insurance I paid for to replace their mistake. Rent-A-Wheel is either selling cheap products with an insurance plan that doesn't even cover said product and/or not following correct weight ratios when installing wheels on vehicles. They obviously refuse to fix something that should be on them. Don't put your family at risk for someone's greed. Please buy somewhere else.

My sensors were never programmed. Every time I called them I was told the person I need to talk to wasn t there. Well this morning when I went to pay it off. (120days same as cash so I saved money) She was available. She said bring it up TODAY & I ll get it done for you. After driving over an hour. I was told the tire tech was tied up. For us to take it to the dealer. The fat guy said he remembers watching it be done. Wrong fat dude was sitting down talking to us the whole time that day.This place is nothing but a rip off!! I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone!!

I have NEVER, in my 35 years of life, left a good or bad review ANYWHERE. But this company is absolute TRASHHH. I literally don t even have enough space to list all the reasons why. Please save your money and go anywhere else in the entire world. This company will only take all of your money and screw you over every single chance they get. 0 out of 10.

They have been excellent and helpful and fully explained everything. They provided me with any tools that I would need after the fact and offered a new tire for a warranty if something happens. I worked with Saul and he was great and helpful and very thorough and most importantly did everything he said he would and told me the truth. I would recommend them to anyone if you need tired but are in a spot this is definitely the way to go.

I love this new crew that rent a wheel has now. The managers are awesome and very nice. I've had 2 sets of tires from here and I will always come back here. I'll make all my future purchases for tires here as well. Thank you staff for stepping up and doing an amazing job with customer service. I definitely recommend rent a wheel.

I had a great experience here. Jason was very helpful through the whole process. He worked with us and our financial situation, he made it happen and found something that would fit our budget. He s always been there to answer any question we might have had and that s been refreshing. Very knowledgeable staff, even Jesse (the tire tech) was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend getting tires and wheels here! Thanks Rent A Wheel!
