Love the pull a part but I live in sweetwater Tennessee and wish there was one closer to me I don't mind the ride to them but I'm getting older and have some medical problems but I still manage to get there somehow thank you pull a part for taking care of me when I come see you ( I'm a vip ) memberA Lot of parts on this truck came from there it's a daily.

I always love coming here whenever I need anything. The prices are great and the service is the best part! I highly recommend getting Jenny to help you. She goes above and beyond for the customers that come in and she answered all of my questions without any hesitation. This place is great and I will for sure be back.

I really was impressed with how well they have kept the grounds maintained and picked up. I would have given 5 stars but calling them to ask about my coat I left up there has resulted in at least a half an hour of hold time and never actually being able to talk to anyone. Just an automated call service meant to keep anyone from bothering them. Sucks to see all their hardwork be tarnished by such a very poor customer service reputation.

All do it yourself. They ll lead you in a certain direction, then it s like a scavenger hunt. I didn t find exactly what I was looking for, but I purchased what I thought might work. It didn t. Had to bring it back. They gave me a partial refund, then store credit. I went out and looked again for the item and couldn t find it, so I was out about $33 as they only gave me $16 back. They do offer free entry for military though. So have your ID or proof of military service. Otherwise it s $2 just to get in the junkyard.

This place is the BEST FOR selling your scrap vehicles. Super fast, well payed, knowledgeable personal, and get your spare parts at same time. I did travel from cookeville just to deal business with them. You can get help in spanish too.

Do not sign up for their warranty. We purchased a transmission from them and the lady up front seemed genuinely concerned that if the transmission didn t work we need to sign up for the warranty to get our Money back. Well we never used the part since we got a better deal and decided to return the transmission only to find out she lied and they gave us store credit I don t need store credit I need my $150 you promised me back if I purchased the warranty. (The part was $300!!) She never mentioned store credit and I have a witness to prove it. Good job taking more money from hard working people who are trying to repair a car that they can barely afford to repair as it is. I personally will never go back to these liars.

Very organized and helpful. Having their inventory online makes it easy to locate parts. They made looking for a needle in a hay stack easy!!

Not a bad place but you gotta get to vehicles before the professional parts pirates strip the vehicle of yoor needs to bare bones.

Always a good yard to go to and very clean an well organized. Checkout is a breeze, Jenny is always on point and makes it easy.

People are very nice. Grounds are very clean and organized by rows. Make sure to bring every tool you will need because they don't loan or sale any tools. Not a bad idea to bring a battery powered saws all too. They also have a good selection of used tires mounted and not mounted.

Very rude and impatient people on phone. They hanged up on me on middle of the conversation, and kept blocking my calls after that. For what ? I was simply asking if the have the car model, make and year I have, in their yard as it is supposed to be. The angry woman on the phone was asking me personal questions instead and then hanged up my call and blocked my number. You guys need to have some basic politeness in your customer service , you are so rude!

As long as you go there in person usually the service is amazing but if you try to call they'll put you to a computer generated voice and it always wants to mistake what you're saying for I'm selling a vehicle when indeed I'm actually asking about years makes and models and if you try to reach a representative you end up setting on hold for 30 minutes to a hour before you can even speak to someone

Literally, the virtual assistant has stopped me from getting anything done 3 times I've had to hang If we can't get to customer service.How the hell are we supposed to order?I don't want to do it with A voice, I need a person.Please get a grip dude

Inventory on website needs to be updated!!!! Wasted a trip from Greeneville up here and they didn't have a single diesel. Left aggravated and disappointed.

We bought a car from Robert at Pullapart 3 years ago, best car we have ever bought. He will tell you everything he knows about them, very straight forward about any issues he is aware of, we are purchasing our second vehicle from him as we speak. Wonderful, kind man. Great fair prices on used vehicles that run and drive. Highly recommend checking them out.

THEY HAVE FIVE HANDICAP PARKING SPACES. THEY SELL USED CARS HERE REASONABLE PRICE. HANDICAP FRIENDLY WHEN ENTERING THE BUILDING. VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. GREAT EXPERIENCE FIND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR MY CAR.2$ FEE TO ENTER BUILDING WITH CARD MEMBER.

Clean and easy to walk through to see the cars. Most of the cars had been picked apart already but staff was busy bringing in new ones.

Had a great experience there today. As usual, the place is always neat and organized, the associates are always friendly and helpful. In the past, I had purchased smaller items. Today though, I had removed a large item and was gonna tough it out and with my buddy, we were going to drag the axle to the office on a dolly. When one of the sales folks realized this, they sent a forklift to help us! I was so appreciative. I paid for the part, pulled around on the scales, there it sat ready to load. Once loaded I was on my way. Just a super experience and again, I am very appreciative of the associates that answered my questions and brought that axle up.

They were well stocked with cars but only a couple of the model I was looking for but only on the lot a couple of days and already had been picked over pretty much. And on some parts they are a little high priced for a used part that you have to pull off yourself. Like I feel $10+ for a used car speaker is to much. And charging for a core on engine or transmission I can understand but for a used wheel doesn't seem right to me. Especially being used or salvage. And 21.99 for a used tire that you have to get mounted usually costing 14-20 on its own seems high when the used tire places in Knoxville area usually charge 35 even for one monted and balanced. I feel like 15 would closer to what it is worth to me at least. But it is ran well and they have a warranty and let you return things for credit so they practice good business and are reasonable if you can't afford new and can do it yourself.

Very clean store and the lot is very well organized. Staff are very friendly and the security police officers are cool as a fan and they'll even help you too if you got any questions. I like the fella who sits at the counter beside the computers that'll help you with the parts interchange computer. That fella is worth his weight in gold with his personal knowledge and he'll back it up by showing you with the computer program you all have! All in all, A Helluva good place to do business with, 10 's.

Always friendly service and they are very smart when it comes to a quick check out everything about this store is outstanding the only thing I hate about it I mean really hate is the bathrooms out door porta toilets they have two them up front by the golf carts and always always very nasty and one of them the door does not lock it has been that way for a long time with as many customers that are always at this store they need to be cleaned once a day. The company they rent them from is about three quarters of a mile away real close to each other for them to be so dirty and not able to lock the doors very unsanitary if you need me to send you pictures I will because it is very nasty for the company that owns them to be literally right next door to each other and they come once a week to clean them and not fixing the door is the main thing but besides that everything else is great they used to have inside bathrooms and they blocked them off so they cannot be used no more and put porta potties up outside why I don't know. I guess because they don't have to use them and that's why they don't care, they use the one in the break room . it's every time you go there the bathrooms are very nasty and the door I would say has been like that for about 4 months.
