Scott at Procare is the best! Have had several vehicles into bim from simple tire mounts to transmission repairs on my jeep! Place is always so clean and kind of reminds me of what a nascar garage would look like. Would have definately gave 5 stars but my last work there which was to mount and balance set of tires was higher priced than usual. Not too much but had increased quite a bit compared to January when had one of the other cars tires mounted, balanced. But having said that if you want professionalism, competence, knowledge and his word is his bond..then Procare is the place to go!!

Scott was great to talk to. He recommended a brand of tire but did not pressure me to buy from him. He answered all of my questions, and his team got my tires replaced in record time. Highly recommend!

Went in to get an oil change and to get everything looked at. They found what was wrong and fixed it. I highly recommend them not just for their services and prices but also for their friendliness and upbeat atmosphere. I've only gone to ProCare once, at the recommendation of one of the workers at Advance Auto Parts. However, my experience was positive (aside from the usual stresses of car repairs).They were able to get me in fairly quickly, and communicated very well throughout the process. Price seemed fair based on information I had about typical part costs and mechanic rates.To go into some detail, I needed the alternator replaced on our family mini van. Also, we had just bought a new battery from Auto Zone, but we didn't realize at the time that the alternator was bad. So the bad alternator had fried my new battery. ProCare contacted Auto Zone and got a free replacement for me without me even having to ask about it, in addition, of course, to replacing the alternator.To me, that is too notch service. Will definitely use them again when the time comes.

I purchased a car from Scott the owner a couple of years ago, and have had it serviced regularly along with my truck. I wouldn't take my vehicles to anyone else because these guys are very honest, and fair. ProCare Tire and service took me right in to be serviced bc I needed 4 lug studs replaced. Had a major problem getting one disc off which I accidentally hit a couple of lug studs pounding it off with a sledgehammer, it was seized on. It was kind of an emergency to have only 1 good lug nut holding the tire on. They got me done in less than an hour and charged me a very fair price. I'm very happy with them. Will be using them again in the future.
