"Super professional and exemplary customer service." I've had a serpentine belt put on in the past and I have just recently had an o2 sensor reconnected from this establishment. I can not say enough positive things about this place. Every time I've spoken to an individual or auto technician here(North Broadway location), I've always been met with a super professional individual with superior industry competence and customer service skills. Auto tech, Chris, was super professional and efficient. I will be singing their praises for a long time to friends and family. Thanks again, you guys.

I've brought multiple vehicles here over the years. Always friendly, polite, and helpful. This last time, it took them less than 45 minute to figure out why my car was overheating and losing coolant with no visible leak. Since I was going to be there 3+ hours, they gave me control of the remote so I could hang out and watch Netflix. This is definitely my go-to for vehicle repairs.

Since we moved to Knoxville we have been very happy taking our cars to get serviced here. In my experience they have been polite, honest, helpful, quick, and affordable. I highly recommend checking them out and hope you have as pleasant and experience as we have had.

I'll never go there again. Screw ups. I'm pretty sure they stripped my oil pan because they did the last two oil changes before they told me it was stripped. Nobody else touched the oil drain plug. They took no responsibility of course.

Trustworthy and genuine honesty are two of the top qualities of this shop. Chuck has been there forever and he s always been straightforward with me, price has always been reasonable however I don t know if those have changed under new ownership. Walked in for an appt at 1. Guy seemed surprised I was there. Waited over 45 minutes after my appt time and asked for my keys back to leave. Lack of customer service was real. No one advised they were extremely behind. No one asked if I was ok with that or needed to reschedule.. guy dozing at the front desk. Missing Chuck and his friendly customer service disappointed and left to go across the street

Excellent experience all around. I stopped by, just to see if they may have time to check out a suspension problem for me. They fit me in immediately, had me on the road in no time. The crew were knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. The price was very reasonable, 100% recommend.

Prices are very reasonable, but I wanted to do this review so people can know what to expect for wait times. I got there when the shop opened at 8am, had only a couple people in front of me, and didn t leave until around almost 11am. The cars in front of me were getting oil changes and I just needed a radiator flush. I can t imagine the wait time if the people in front of me were getting more difficult repairs. Since they don t take appointments, if you have somewhere to be the same day (I had work at 1130), you might end up cutting it very close on time and should consider going somewhere that does appointments.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They do good work. It is first come first serve and they dont do appointments so get there early. Everyone in town must also agree that they do a great job cause the broadway location is always busy. I'll be back, so easy to say I'd recommend others do too.

This is the place we trust to work on cars correctly, honestly, and fairly. We have gone here for almost a decade, and I've always been pleased with everything they have ever done on any of our cars. It is always done well, in a reasonable time, and at a fair price. Chuck at the desk is great, and always helpful. The crew is professional, and has always done a great job.

They were very professional and got the job done quick. The guy Chuck at the North Broadway shop did everything he could to try to charge me as less as possible and not do any unnecessary work on my car. I was very pleased with this place.

Incredible service when I found myself stuck on the highway, en route to Colorado! In two hours, on a Saturday (!), my radiator and cooling system was replaced. I am delighted. Very fair price.

During a trip in our son's 2003 Tahoe the radiator failed and we were stranded on a Friday afternoon in Knoxville. Precision Auto Tune was able to get the truck in and replaced the radiator, getting us on our way by early Saturday afternoon. The shop was able to do what Chuck, the manager, promised, the work was done quickly, and the price for labor, parts, and supplies very reasonable, especially given this was needed last minute.Service: Engine repair

Jack is an insanely hard working individual. Taking numbered customers even though he is the only one in(everyone is out sick) was incredible. I work at Verizon across the street at the Broadway location. My brakes were in terrible condition to the point of I couldn t wait any longer. I came by at 8:10 to get my brakes repaired and found out he was the only one there and I even offered to come back, and he still took me in and had my car ready by 3. This is the only service I will use to fix my girlfriends car, her families car, my families car, and my car! This place is very hospitable. Great people. As a new customer to Precision, I am very impressed by my first visit. My Tahoe needed new brake pads, and Chuck gave a very competitive estimate via phone. I dropped off the vehicle with six other jobs ahead of me, but the work was completed in 2 hours, much less time than I expected. Equally important, the crew did not try to upsell new rotors or any other supposedly needed repairs. They performed the work I knew was needed for a great price with excellent service. I will definitely return when I have other auto maintenance or repair needs. Thank you Chuck, Travis, & Crew!

Very professional and as a female I have never felt uncomfortable or made to feel stupid about vehicles! Chuck and his crew are amazing as always! Chuck is very kind. That's the one star. My vehicle has been there for EIGHT WEEKS and two days, so far, to replace an engine. That takes a couple days. How they are willing to allow anybody to go without their vehicle for that long is baffling, not to mention keeping a bay tied up that long. I see these other reviews talking about how quickly they had work done. So, clearly my hold up isn't actually because the short staff excuse I keep getting. .

I love coming here to get my car oil changed. They are very nice and professional. And will let you know upfront if they can get to you immediately or if there will be a wait time. I like that a lot and stead making me wait around for a long period of time. I have gotten two of my cars serviced here over the course of 2 years and I hope to do many more years of business with them.

Hey Chuck, next time you put a customer on hold for 10 mins AND don't pickup the line forcing me to hang up and call back, perhaps your response to me should be a Southern hospitality response: "I'm sorry sir, I got busy and just plum forgot" NOT "I got busy, what can I do for you?" The answer to that question is "Nothing." You have previously serviced my daughter's car twice and now we're no longer your customer. Sorry you're having a "busy day".

I always trust them for oil changes and mechanical repairs, but I needed tires. Jack picked out some that are perfect for my car, ordered them, and even got some solution to shine them! I'm going to be honest as I can this place is great for there pricing and as long as the boss is there the work getting done is exceptional but don't think they hire people with enough EXSPERIANCE that's all well of that's the case then I wouldn't be healing rite now from a burn on my hand from oil being overfilled and it spewed out all over my exhaust

Been here a few times now, and Chuck and the team have taken care of my vehicle's needs. After purchasing a vehicle and going over every inch of it, they've helped to get the basic needs of it taken care of promptly, and also for reasonable prices. They were even kind enough to let me head into their shop and take a peak under the vehicle myself since I wasn't able to myself at home. Friendly and helpful. Thanks guys!

The staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in. I did not need an appointment for my oil change and it was very reasonably priced. I had a choice at what type of service and they were explained to me before my car was brought back. The oil change was done thoroughly and in a very short amount of time. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends and family. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and get your service done in a very short amount of time. It was my first time but I'll be back for sure.

Chuck and his team of mechanics did a great job fixing my vehicle today. My husband called in the morning and they gave us a fair price on an estimate for a wheel bearing replacement for our 2005 Focus. They got to my repair quickly and called a few hours later when they were finished. The price was exactly what our estimate was. They we're very professional. Happy to have my car back but even more excited to have found a reliable honest mechanic shop!
