They did a GREAT job...and very informative. They explained everything that they were doing and they let me come back into the shop and watch them put my new windshield on and also they have the cutest little corgi.

Took some windshield damage during a storm and needed a new windshield. I took a few quotes around town and Phoenix was the cheapest by about $60. They got me in the next day and had me in and out in an hour. Great business, great service and extremely thrilled with the result! Dropped my car off Sunday night to have the whole windshield replaced on my 2012 Honda Civic. By 9am Monday morning they had it completely finished. The glass was expertly installed, they told me how to care for it while it cured over the course of the next few days, and not a single fingerprint in sight. Better yet, they beat any quote I could find by $50 or more. Go to Phoenix for all your auto glass needs!

the price was the best I found at $420 for my prius and people were friendly. the 50 dollar non-refundable fee to hold an appointment didn't bother me but it is something to be aware of. wasn't a huge fan of waiting in the shop due to the heavy smoke smell.

The pictures are the before, this happened on a Sunday and I was afraid I'd miss atleast three days of work. I called multiple places and even one of those national chains. They all said it would be a few days until they could get me in. I couldn't miss work, I kept calling and I found this place. They got me in on Monday, had the windshield in stock and got it done before close. They had to squeeze me in. But they did it and only missed one day of work. Superb work and very very pleasant I'll go back here first if I ever need any glass work done! Five stars are not enough for how I feel about this place. I give them ten!

This place was awesome. Took my Kia optima in after basketball goal fell on it and cracked the windshield bad. The people were friendly, the work was done fast, the new windshield looks fantastic, and the price was great! Wow! I m so impressed with these guys! They re friendly, efficient, and so understanding! They worked with me and my work schedule and had my parts in and ready the day after I first visited! They even put my oil change sticker back on the new windshield they replaced. How thoughtful! I m super happy! Can t give negative stars so had to go with just one. Be very careful when using this establishment. They may be great installers but their business practices are extremely underhanded. I called on a Monday because something came through my windshield over the weekend. I was told they had my windshield in stock but it would take 10 days to get an appt. I was told I should schedule now because those appt s were going fast. I did and was asked to give my credit card to hold the spot. I was also advised they would charge $50 if I did not show up for my appt. but only if I was a no-show. I was advised by my insurance agent not to drive the vehicle after he saw the pics I had sent later that evening. I called back the next morning at 8:55am (16 hours later), advised what my agent said and cancelled the appt. Now, three weeks later they are refusing to refund the $50. When I called they came up with all sorts of reasons why .credit card fees, restocking fees, appt cancellation fees, credit card reimbursement fees, etc this was 16 hours later on an appt that was scheduled almost two weeks into the future!!!! If I had been told that in the beginning I would ve simply waited until after my agent got back to me but that IS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD!! So the bottom line is if you schedule an appt with Phoenix, you WILL pay $50 if you have to cancel! No questions asked regardless of reason!! So no matter what you are told on the phone you need to understand that when you make an appt you WILL be charged $50 whether you cancel in a timely manner or not!! I would completely understand this fee for no-shows, makes perfect sense. I m sure they filled my scheduled appt time and since I was told they had my windshield in stock there was no ordering fee so why charge when a customer does the right thing and cancels so far in advance? So it costs you the same to be a no-show as it does to do the right thing???? That s a very sketchy way to do business in my opinion. If they would ve refunded that deposit I would always use them in the future but after this, I, nor anyone in my family, will ever use Phoenix again. Good business practices go a long way in this world maybe they ll learn that someday.Service: Auto windshield repair

I quoted prices from a few local businesses and this was my cheapest out the door price. Not only that but they are very nice and the office is clean. And they are friendly professional and explain what they do great so if your like me and dont know much about what goes into sealing a windshield you leave feeling as if you learned a few this to keep in mind while replacing future windshields vs getting cracks filled. SCHEDULED AND TOOK MY JEEP OVER TO REPLACE FRONT WINDSHIELD. Owner says Ill have to remove two bolts it will cost you an extra 30.00 because I dont do this for free. Windshield was already 360.00 plus his attitude. It's like he was looking for a reason to not do the job. What a waste of time. Go to someone more professional

Was given a quote for 270$ over the phone , drove over an hr to pay deposit to then be told it would be 328. Wasted time and am very glad I didn't make decisions to pay over the phone with my card or I would have been wasting money also. Vaery unprofessional and could be considered false advertising.

They have fixed 2 windows for me actually. Back window an front windshield. Both times done awesome work also had repair done before end of day. I was in town for a few days to visit my son at UT and help him with car errands. I chose Phoenix Glass because of the location and because they worked with my insurance company. They were on schedule with my appointment time, professional and really cared about doing a good job. They also were able to replace the windshield wipers, which saved me an additional stop.

Made an appointment to get my cracked windshield replaced. Had to make a few days out due to everyone receiving stimulus checks but that was fine.Got there and they took the car quickly and took maybe an hour to replace the windshield and that was it! Did a great job on giving me instructions on how to care for a newly replaced windshield and I was out of there!Appreciated the precautions that they took with regards to coronavirus! Plexiglass in place.Pricing was great compared to others such as Safelite and their website says OEM glass, which Safelite is not, so that was a plus!Support local and go here if you need glass fixed. It's worth it!

Awesome amazing people. Called on A Friday morning for my custom taco. He said he had the glass but couldn't get to it until tomorrow morning or Monday. I was fine with that since he has done about 7-8 cars for me in the past. He later called me said I should see my trk before he took off the glass due to rust around the windshield. Thank god it was fine only surface. He brushed primed and made sure the oInt was good. Put in new glass with the help of the mrs. And I was out the door late on a Friday and I know he was ready for a beer. As I was too. They got me out same day and did excellent work as they always do. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Called when they opened and got me in that day. Replaced both of my front door windows and had it ready for me that afternoon at a great price. Wi be going back for future needs.
