I called the store to ask a question about their inventory. The person we spoke to was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I will purchase our product from Walmart or Amazon. I tried to shop local first.

I've been a tire customer for 5 years & I have been impressed all 5 years with their knowledge, their prices, & their staff. Their staff goes out of their way to give you the best deal that they can find for the best tires that they can find for you. This place knows what it's doing with regular cars & SUV's, and they definitely know what they're doing with custom cars and hot rods. Everytime I pull up, there is at least one collectable custom or hot rod parked out front who is patronizing the business. I mean I fall in love with other people's cars every time I visit for a tire rotation & balance. It's no accident that I see so many customs & hot rods here. They wouldn't patronize a bad car parts & tire business.I'll be back for years to come.

I had performance products install a 6 lift on my 2020 F-150. They did an amazing job on it. Carl and everyone there are just some all around nice folks. The day after I picked up my truck I drove on the interstate and noticed a pretty bad shake at speeds above 55mph. I took it back and without question they jumped on it. All of my wheels were severely out of balance, I had them balanced, before I put them on my truck after the lift kit was installed, in another shop I won t mention. The guys, even though it was at no fault to them, put my truck on the lift and rebalanced all my tires. Hats off to these guys they have definitely earned my future business.

Great place to deal with. They have an extensive inventory and they carry a lot of different brands. They sell about everything I believe. I've bought a couple of different wheel and tire packages from them, not to mention all the other parts and pieces thru the years. They also sell restoration parts too, I do believe.

I swear I spend too much money here. Great staff, always helpful, willing to spread knowledge and help with things they can. They have the inventory to make it worth the drive, although I do always call before making the 30ish minute drive just to make sure. Comparable prices to shopping online in most cases, without the wait, and with the benefit of a store full of enthusiasts, all willing to help. Definitely recommend.

They installed lights under my car and a light bar in the grill. The labor was a bit on the expensive side but the work was flawless.

I tried to price parts with them and they said that was parts people use in a 20k motor was treated like I didn t have enough money so I went to summit and bought all my parts where I was treated fairly these people have terrible attitude would recommend you go elsewhere.

Do not trust these guys.. bought cowl hood from them after told on phone by the owner total price said he'd pick up the tax..drove 65 miles just be charged full price tax and all..these guys have terrible attitudes they don't care if your happy or not it's screw you and move on!

Large performance car parts shop. They made up a braided hose with -10AN hose ends while I waited. Not many places in the area can do that.

I have been going here for a few years. I think overall it s a good place to shop and it s local business so money stays here. Yeah, some things are a little more pricey than others but you get the product right then. Terry, Mike and Carl are all pretty good to deal with in my opinion. A lot of people I know personally recommend Carl for the best customer experience though. You can be the judge when you go to visit. They also offer good tire service with competitive prices on good brand tires.

Quoted $80 an hour for an installation which is about avg but they didn't want to do the work. They would rather cherry pick easy jobs.. 2nd time I have tried to check them out and give them some work but I guess my money isn't green.. in my opinion this is just a glorified convenience store for off road parts. Asked for KC lights and they said they could order them.. so what kind of store for performance parts don't stock kc lights.. I can order them.. so you don't stock them and won't install them..what do you do that can't be done on the computer..

Normally have what you need. Staff is knowledgeable. Prices are a little high on some things but they have great deals on others. Great place for that bracket or small thing you didn't think about all the way to engines and transmissions for sell.

Terry and Carl are top notch. If you need Performance Parts or accessories for your vehicle, this is the store for you. Great guys and been around a long time....they know their stuff!!!

Had everything we were looking for and then some. Fantastic selection. Did a bang up job on mounting the tires I ordered. Got my Micky Thompsons in one day and had them waiting.

They almost always have what I need in a pinch but the prices are a bit high compared to places like summit or jegs so I tend to only shop here if I need something asap. The counter guys have always been helpful. Like I said, this is my go to place if I can't wait on a part.

They re a little on the expensive side, but overall a good experience. In most cases they usually have what I need, especially when it involves custom fitting. The staff is reasonably knowledgeable and informative.

Staff was very bothered to help,One was very rude.I was prepared to spend allot of money on parts they had in stock but after the attitude.I'll just mail order from somewhere.Won't be back here again!!!!This store could give the best experience for any car guy if the staff didn't act like they hated life so bad!!The inventory is outstanding.

The customer service here is just plain terrible. I don't have any other experience to compare it to. The various employees I have interacted with via phone and in person, just don't have what it takes to get the job done. Over 6 weeks I have tried and tried and tried to get 100 octane fuel. After being told I can't pre order it, unless I get a 55 gallon drum, I was told I could order a 5 gallon pale, only to wait 3 to 4 weeks.Sure they have a huge selection of tires and cleaners and parts but if one can't buy fuel, what good is all that.Order offline or travel regionally to get fuel and parts. Don't waste your time here.

We had wheels and tires put on her truck at Performance Products... while getting the brakes changed, on the passenger side all 6 lugs were either broken or cross threaded. Took it back to them today, was met with horrible attitudes from the manager and the owner Terry. Had them check all tires, every single one except the driver front had messed up lugs and nuts. Pics are included. I asked for them to cover what she had to pay to get it fixed. They barely covered the parts and only if I didn't "burn" them online. I also asked that they cover her rotating somewhere else, since we didn't feel comfortable taking the truck back there, I mean, our kids do ride in the truck!!! Of course that was not gonna happen. Mistakes happen and we should just be thankful no-one was hurt, per the owner. As we were waiting on them to finish, the manager came out to the shop and in front of not only us, but his employees, stated... wait and see if she posts anything on Facebook, then we can just call her a stupid fat b*tch. Never again will they receive any of our business, not because of the job done per say, but because of the attitudes and disrespect from the manager of the business and the actual owner of the business. If you value your morals, money, lives, and vehicles I would advise to pick another shop.

We went to Performance Products shopping for wheels and tires for the wife's pride and joy. Carl help us find just what she was looking for. Price was good and we felt very welcome.
