We had an issue with our boat trailer tires and while they couldn t help specifically, they gave us a great suggestion on where to go. We then needed them to quickly put on a new tire for us they went above and beyond to help us get what we needed quickly. Super thankful for the great customer service and willingness to help!

I have come to this location twice in the past couple of months and have been helped quickly. Outstanding service shout out to JOSH!! He helped me these two times with troubling questions I have had about my car . He took time to come out to my car both visits to check codes and answer questions . I felt I was taking too much of his time but he never rushed me . It was such a great courtesy he extended to me both times. I felt very comfortable being ignorant about my cars issues and he was very knowledgeable. I honestly cannot say enough about him! So kind, without any expectations just good honest caring for a human being and taking the time to be authentic and relieve my stress over so many car problems. I hope he gets recognized for this! You ve earned my business pulling me away from the European auto shops! 5 for Josh going beyond expectations!

I called in on a Sunday afternoon and was encouraged to come right in and have my tire repaired. Jordan and the team were very accommodating and friendly so I decided to go ahead and have an oil change which included a free tire rotation. I was also given a coupon for the visit. I will definitely be back.

Late on a Sunday the team at Pepboys went above and beyond locating a special size 255 30 21 tire! Hunter placed the order and arrange the tires arrival early Monday morning. Our vehicle was towed safety to their location and the key drop was used perfectly. The manager Joe followed up Sunday before closing and Monday morning upon opening. All perfectly handled and done by their team! Jerome the technician double checked the TPMS sensors and all pressures ! A+

Service technicians were very polite and knowledgeable. Vehicle was diagnosed and repaired promptly and at very reasonable price. Issue was resolved and work performed was explained in detail. Very satisfied and would recommend.

I bought a used car through a local dealership and they provided me with a discount card that saved me 30.00 on full synthetic oil changes at Pep Boys.I have been here twice to schedule an appointment and ask general questions about their services. The first time i came in, a guy was watching a baseball game on his phone and was really into it. I felt like i was bothering him from watching his game while i was there. When i spoke with him, he was short and direct. He really didn t want to talk to me or help me understand their different services. When i left, i said i wouldn t come back.The second time i came, i believe this time there was a mechanic at the computer, i waited for him to call me up and when he did not only was he not very friendly, he had no answer for the simple question i asked him. He didn t want to ask or find out the answer, he just said he didn t know and that was the end of it.When you run a business that you have competitors lined down the street that do the exact thing, you have to separate yourself from them with customer service. I gave this Pep Boys two tries. I m going to take my money and car and go somewhere i feel appreciated and i can trust.

It was a nice quick experience. Just had my oil changed. They sent a text with the extra things that needed to be done and it allows you to accept or decline extra work. I like that because you are not getting reamed by the workers and made to feel pressured.

Pepboys has been taking care of my Explorer for the past 14 years and my husband's vehicle as well in that time period. We've never had any problems with the work or staff/mechanics, and the repairs are top notch.

They're real nice place to get your tires done at. I had my van towed to their place and they put for a new tires and took care of me quite cheap. I even had a flat tire after I purchased a new ones and they let me get a patch that was very affordable. I trust their advice and know that I'm in good hands when I go here. I recommend these guys for all the maintenance that they offer for your vehicle!

They were able to get my front tires replaced on short notice for WAY less than anyone else for that size of tire. Friendly and courteous staff. Keep it up!

I was told that their jump starter was broken and could not help with jump starting my car. My battery was also completely drained after having them performed a battery test. And when I tried to get a new battery they were out of stock. This location ought to invest in better equipment rather than unscrupulous sales tactics.

I called to verify that the tires that I wanted, on sale, were in stock. Next, I asked for a time for installation and was booked in immediately. I arrived, had an explanation of costs a and given a time for work to be completed. Work was completed on time, I was provided with a link for checking progress. I was given the breakdown of charges, they explained the warranties, and I returned to my care. It was absolutely clean without any sign of dirt or grease. Tires are better than I expected. So far, so good. Great experience at a cost lower than I budgeted.

On a 12 hour trip we blew a tire on a rental van, they got us fixed up quick and did it right, even hand torqued the wheels. A+ recommend.

Joe, the manager, take s customer service to a new level. Finding the lowest cost options for work, having the work done on time, and not having to return for issues that were not corrected is the way businesses should operate, but harder to find in this day and age. I have been coming back to this location for over 15 years because of the outstanding customer service commitment, he exhibits to his customers.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. We were here in Knoxville for a vacation when our tire blew out. We had our car towed here after they closed, expecting to have to extend our stay a day to get the work done. Pep Boys had our car fixed and ready for pick-up the next morning an hour after they openedkeeping us on track for our vacation! This is practically unheard of where I'm from, so I'm very pleased with this service! The cost was also more affordable than we expected.

Had 2 blowouts on the right side about a half mile away. Checked online to see if they carried my tires and made an appointment for 2 hours later (earliest that was listed online). Changed to one donut and limited it to their store. They got me right in and I left 30 min before my appt was even scheduled. Super friendly and saved my day and weekend.

This Pep Boys franchise the best one here in Knoxville. The CSR Brooke was so wonderful. She helped me do a 360 inspection on my car when I initially bought it from Carvana. They found that all four of my wheels needed to be replaced, two even had plugs in them. Together we were able to get Silver Rock to cover our claim. Brooke was very knowledgeable and provided great communication during this process! They have a clean facility, friendly staff, ample mechanics, and a sizable waiting area for customers to work while we wait for our vehicles to be worked on - with coffee, pop, and water selections. Highly recommend getting your vehicle service here, don't go anywhere else.

The commercial says if the check engine light comes on. They will check it for free . That was NOT the case here . And after pointing this out to the rep. I was told it would have to be three days later . My vehicle was stuck in a disabled mode. Again , if you NEED help . Go somewhere local . Enough with the big chains that just don't care. The employees get paid regardless . So their level of customer service and urgency is minimal .

I was told I needed an A/C recharge and that the diagnostics said nothing was leaking. I received the service, the A/C worked great for about 2 hours and since then it has been unable to blow cold air. My car is leaking fluid every time I park it.

First time ever using Pep Boys for Car serivce. I was out of state when I found a nail in my tire. I found Pep boys online and made an appt quick and easy. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and how can we help? WOW!! I had my tire repaired for $25 and was on my way in under an hour. It was just fantastic. They also offered free coffee/drinks if wanted.

The rudest ,most primadonna , employees ive ever encountered. Not to mention unprofessional and liars. Before pretending to a full diagnostic test which the print out really only included the issues that my actual dash warning lights indicated,and I personally stated to the sorry excuse for ( to later find out. The Manager.) We called before arriving for an oil change. Then again upon arriving for said oil change.and then figured why not see what all is going on with this new car we just bought wouldn't mind paying $120 for a full diagnostic.as well as $35 for an oil change. Waited 45 minutes gave us the b******* for outrageous prices. Informed us of issues we already knew about. And the bill for $120. So then asked did y'all do the oil change? Rudely he responded no..That's when my wife stated ,but that's why we called before we came in the first thing we asked for when we got here. It's at this point where the idiot realizes that he forgot to have it done . Or just plain didn't do it because he figured , hell _120 bucks to have some dude hop up in our car with his diagnostic test .paid and waited outside for the car for another 6 minutes .they haven't gotten this enough without having to do any work.Just any of us that know anything about anything and just don't happen to have a diagnostic test this fool.tries to play hard and tell her that he told her twice that because of all the other issues he couldn't do the oil change. That's correct The man told us that he was unable to do an oil change because we needed coolant and brakes straight to our faces explaining this was told to us twice. But as explained earlier the grand finale was the guy pulling up in our car with the diagnostic test on his lap like we'd be impressed. (That's right The diagnostic on his lap ) he'd already given said report and receipt for her 25 minutes ago yeah we needed to see The fancy wanna be mechanic with the diagnostic tool on his lap. I believe that they hadn't actually done anything for $120. When my wife asked to speak to a manager he( very Dave chappelli) ,said" I am the manager" what are you going to do about it. They were rude smug and they need to realized they're not mechanics , just con artist and fools.

I was a little confused where to go when I first pulled up to the location due to their main door not seeming obvious (that's kind of on me though), and it ended up being a bit more expensive than I was expecting, but there isn't anything anyone could do about that. Other than that, the service was great, it was really easy setting up the appointment online, and everything got done before I really needed my car back, and now the weird sound it was making is gone.

I was 4 hours away from home with a low tire. I stayed overnight at a hotel and googled for tire repair near me. The search instantly showed Pep Boys at this location (which was literally just around the corner from the hotel). I read the reviews and saw where most people gave 5 stars. Dwayne and Justin were there at 7am when I pulled up. Unfortunately, the tire was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Those guys were very professional and courteous. The technician (Chris) had me fixed in less than 30 minutes. Being 250 miles away from home with tire issues can be very stressful. These guys made me feel at ease nor did feel as if I was being taken advantage of. If I m ever in the area again and need their services, I won t hesitate to give them my business. Top notch all the way.
