Dealership - Kia Parkside DriveRating: 1/5I am writing this review as a warning to others: Kia Parkside Drive is a dealership that disregards customer concerns and prioritizes their own interests over customer well-being. My experience with them has been a disaster, and I'm still trying to recover from the damage.When I brought my car in for repairs, I explicitly told them that I did not want a Kia Soul model as a loaner car because I've had bad experiences with that model before as last time they gave me one it stopped running on the interstate. But they ignored my concerns and gave me the Soul anyway. And as I was driving on February 2nd, warning lights went off at the same time, I went off the road at a curve As I do believe, it was caused by Glancing down at the warning light. The warning did say check lane sensors So I am unsure has to. Yeah, it was because I glanced down or if the lane sensors weren't working. It jerked me off side of the road. And to make matters worse, they've had my car for over 10 weeks now, claiming that repairs haven't been done yet.As a result of their negligence and disregard, I have lost my job due to lack of transportation and am now facing homelessness. The stress and financial burden they've caused me is immeasurable.I demand that [Dealership Name] takes immediate action to:1. Return my car to me in its original condition. With repairs done as it was part of a motor recall2. Provide a formal apology and take steps to prevent similar incidents in the future.Until then, I will continue to share my horrific experience with others

Most pleasant buying experience I've ever had! David Householder is a fantastic salesperson. He's knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and definitely not the pushy type that other places have. Oh, and their detailers are amazing. If you're in the market for a vehicle, stop by Parkside Kia, and you will be surprised just like I was.

I ve been dealing with the rudeness of an individual at the Kia on Parkside on two unfortunate occasions. First time was Wednesday the 24th when I was trying to get help with how to deal with everything going on with my vehicle and was meet with an F you attitude and talked down too. The second time was tonight when I was given a call back from Parkside Kia meet with the same attitude from the same person. I honestly didn t have the want or energy to deal with the rudeness again after trying to explain what s been going on the past few days after my words were repeatedly ignored by this individual. It s just sad that people like this are just so rude and disgustingly disrespectful to the point of hatefulness. I hope that no one else has to experience this kind of behavior here in the future and something is done about this individual.

Jordan was really great. So kind & helpful. I got my sunroof fixed. After, it wasn t functioning properly. When I called back, the man that answered in the service department was completely rude & not helpful. Very short with me & treated me as though I was an inconvenience to him. Very unhappy with all parts of this experience except Jordan.Service: Auto sunroof glass replacement

I would like to start by saying this review is not on the business as a whole rather an individual. My vehicle was purchased with Brandon and was a great experience. It is normally serviced with Jordyn who has always been amazing and a pleasure to work with. However, if you bring your car in to be serviced please avoid Jared at all costs. He was very rude from start to finish. Unhelpful when I asked for a copy of the mutlipoint inspection as I have always been provided. When I presented a coupon printed from their site he huffed like a two year old and said "Of course you do". Then proceeded to rip the papers off and act like it was very inconvenient to use the coupons they provide. I never once received a text or email as my car was being serviced as I always have. So please do yourself a favor and continue to use the services they provide however avoid dealing with him if you want to have a pleasant experience. I 1000 percent recommend dealing with Jordyn in the service department as I have always had her and always had a great experience until today.

Online service requests are confusing. Drove 1hr 30 min. Each way. Rescheduled for Jan 2. The service department is also under construction.

They had sold the car we were originally here to see. So, they are getting us one from another dealership, in a better color, and delivering it to my home. They were able to get us an amazing interest rate given our credit. They have gone above and beyond our expectations. And, the warranties are amazing!

I don't have anything bad to say about them. Service manager is always on his game. I would maybe get some more comfortable seating in that waiting area but other than that it is always a pleasant experience.

I took my Soul to Parkside KIA today for a steering issue. We were pleasantly greeted by Jim Richards at the time of my appointment. The facility is exceptionally clean. Jim called when my car was finished and was waiting with my keys in hand when I returned to pick it up. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

Cody took such good care of us and while we had been quoted a ridiculously high repair cost at a previous location he listened and researched and did everything to help us to have the best repair service experience EVER!

They have a part for our recall, but apparently they don t do service on Fridays.. it s the only day my husband has off and it s a quick trunk latch replacement, but they couldn t seem to do the simple repair. You d have to take off work just for something that takes less than an hour to fix and even though they re open on Fridays they won t schedule you and act as if they re full for a months worth of time very disappointing service and effort.

We bought a new Kia Sportage EX here a week ago. Personal interaction with salesman(jeremy) was awesome! We bought the car and traded in our 2021 Seltos but had to wait for the new car to be delivered to the Dealership. They even let us drive the Seltos until the new car arrived. Were told it could be 5-7 days. We took delivery of the Sportage in 2 days. The dealership has good access and very clean. Parts and service departments are clearly marked and the people are helpful. In the Market for a Kia? Try Parkside Kia, we highly recommend them!

Charged me over $1500 for an alternator; half of the cost was for labor. It took a full week to get the part, but no offer for a loaner vehicle. Short staffed and short on courtesy, especially someone named 'Jim' on the phone. I'll take my business to the competitor in the future.

The service is fine, but I no longer feel welcome there. I was told to let them know if I had further trouble, which I did. But I could tell I was being discouraged to return. I won't.
