Great car dealership. Joe is the bomb and worked with us for about 2 months until we found just what we wanted. He won't the extra mile to pull vehicles that wasn't even up for sale yet. Would Definitely recommend

Joe and Daniel were fantastic! They worked quickly to get me a great deal! I could not be more happy with my purchase! I purchased a used vehicle that was in pristine condition. Joe did most of the paperwork before I walked into the dealership. The overall experience was 5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Nice and friendly staff. They were absolutely amazing. When they worked on my car they gave me a rental for work. They did not over charge for anything and gave me a call for updates on my vehicle. They were very helpful and did not try to sell me on stuff I did not need.

My wife and I drove 4 hours to look at a 2012 SS Camaro, it was a first class experience. Since my wife is unable to drive, they delivered the car to us. I would buy my future cars from them. Thank you Jordan and the rest of the Pals team.

Even though it s expensive to maintain my vehicles, it is a must! So I plan on always getting the best bang for my buck, which is why for the past several years I have come to PALS! AND I live 50 minutes away!! They are so sound in their knowledge and fairness. Integrity is what they have!!

We have been taking our cars to PALS for service for 5 yrs now. Weeven bought one there. They have a friendly, honest staff who get the job done on time. They always keep you up-to-date on the repairs and how much it will cost. Loaner cars are available for a discounted price than other service centers. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else.

PALS is the place to go for auto maintenance. They always provide excellent customer service from making the appointment to grabbing the keys. I am confident that they do the job right with seamless communication along the way. Caseys welcoming attitude and attention to detail help round out the wonderful experience.

We found pals by chance and found a car my wife loved dearly. The staff is excellent and service can help work around your schedule. We don t even look other dealers we just go to the pals website. Recommend them to anyone!

This is by far the worst place to take your car. Not only have they been giving me and my family false information about the vehicle they claimed to have fixed it and they did not. It's runs worse than it did before they got a hold of it. I have sent the car back twice to be revaluated and they continue to tell me nothing is wrong with it and they'll have to charge us more to have what they broke fixed. They are not trust worthy or reliable. They'll tell u anything just to get paid if you want to be able to take your kids to school and be there for your family I HIGHLY recommend to NOT take any of your vehicles here. They are lucky if they don't get sued.

Great service! I love the convenience of having my car picked up while I m at work and brought back to the office once it s ready. If they need to keep it overnight, they will bring you a loaner car to drive. Super easy!

Pals was THE BEST dealership I ve EVER had the pleasure of doing business with! I ve bought 20+ cars through the years too so I had many to rate, but no one else even comes close to the sales, service, customer experience and satisfaction as Pals! They re truly notch above the rest! Sales Manager Derenda is amazing, and promised to see through the entire process to get it done, and she definitely delivered. My Sales Associate Jacqueline was the best sales associate I ve ever bought a car from! I can t say enough how amazing my experience with PALS was. Thank you all!

Got me in quickly. Fast, one day job. Did what needed to be done and didn't hassle me and get me to do other things that are not needed. Casey kept me informed, quoted before they started, and was the one to let me know it was done.

I love the fact that PALS auto keeps up with the maintenance of your vehicle. I took my car in for an oil change. I would recommend PALS auto to anyone that needs a great running vehicle or just to get keep the maintenance up on your vehicle. Thank you PALS for great service and your friendly staff.

I needed my tire changed out today due to a nail. As usual the service was outstanding and they got me right in. I love the environment the PALS staff create. My day was hectic with a flat tire but your staff made it better!!

Pals is one of the best companies I've ever worked with. They are so professional and was very accommodating to all my needs. I had some difficulties to work out regarding my license and insurance in order to close on financing, they were so patient with me and helpful. I called Pals for an oil change on my truck. Scheduling was easy and Casey and service staff did the job in the time frame they had told me. Casey went over maintenance work and they washed my truck when service was finished.

Pal s is the only place I ll take my car for service. They are accommodating, friendly, explain things well and have advanced technology to communicate on service updates. The most recent time I used the valet for an oil change and was so impressed with the ease. Casey was so helpful setting everything up, keeping me up to date and even looked up a quote for my tires I ll be purchasing soon. Can t say enough good things! ** Update: Just got my new tires on Friday 7/28 and Casey handled things so efficiently & car was picked up and dropped off same day. So thankful for a wonderful locally owned place with great people! Update (Google only lets you write one review?) got valet service for my alignment to be done after my new tires. Everything was prompt & efficient! My car was even brought back to me sooner than I requested-you can t beat that! Thanks Casey for all your help!! Annie S.

Brought my sister here to look at Ford Explorers when we got there Donnie ended up being her salesman and he was beyond great! He was nice and easy to deal with and didn't hassle you I'd highly recommend this place when shopping for your next vehicle just because of the staff. I'll post again for an update on how well the vehicle is doing once she puts more miles on it but I'm sure she won't have any issues. Thanks again Donnie

I highly recommend PALS to anyone looking for a top quality used car. It s hard out there and sometimes you don t know what you re getting into when you start the car search process but I felt empowered and supported by the entire staff at PALS. Everyone here is incredibly friendly, caring, responsive, knowledgeable and passionate. Give them a call or stop in and you will soon be well taken care of !! Thanks PALS y all are the best!

Great people. Ryan was the best salesman I ve ever had buying a car. No pressure and I felt he genuinely cared about the process and my happiness with the decision.
