I had an operating issue with a safe. I called 5 area locksmiths and they did not understand the safe and admitted they could not resolve the issue. The 6th locksmith I called recommended the Outlet Key Shop. I crossed my fingers and made the call. The call was the first indication of customer service surpassing the area competitors! The company's telephone greeting was both engaging and informative. The message shares cost information for general services. Wow!A live person answered the phone, didn't have to leave a message. Wow!I received a phone call when they were on their way with an ETA and when they arrived.Doc and his team resolved my operating issue with the safe which required replacement parts and expertise. These guys were great! On the first day after the big snow fall they were open when most places of any type were not. I drove in to have them scope a lock on a work truck bin that I lost a key for. Within 20-25 minutes they had identified what kind of key, how many pins and had two copies cut for me. The price was incredible fair at about $26 where the mobile guy wanted $95, and probably wouldn't have had the key that I needed.Top notch! Recommended.

Everyone there was terrific via phone and in person; very friendly and professional. Also, they were much cheaper than the dealer to get another fob with remote start capability. I would highly recommend them.

They were able to take my supplied keys and remotes to program them to my truck. Great job and reasonable priced. Dealer wanted $80 for key plus $150 to program 1 key. They did it for way less and I am very thankful.

I needed to replace a key fob for my Dodge truck. I did the 'near me' search and came up with these guys.And it was 'these guys' that was exactly what this guy needed.It was seriously a unique experience with three of the brightest young people I've been around. They were professional and knowledgeable which was to be expected. What wasn't expected was the exceptional interaction between these three individuals. They shared responsibilities and were receptive of input from each other. But it was the personable attention to me as a customer that deserves to be near the top of this compliments list.When the need arises, check 'em out. You won't be sorry.

These are definitely the guys you wanna go see if you have key fob issues with a push to start! They couldve easily taken for $200+ but fixed the terminal and had me back on the road in less than 5 minutes! The Nissan dealership itself couldn't even fix this issue! Definitely my go to key shop hands down!

I would highly recommend this business. We needed a key programmed for a Acura MDX 2016 not only were they reasonable as we took a quote from a few places before going here, the young gentleman servicing us were really friendly, courteous and helpful.We are really satisfied with the service we received.Highly recommend them.

Unbeatable prices. Mom recommended me and they did not disappoint. 50 bucks to program both key fobs, I couldn t believe my ears. Of course it depends on the vehicle but to hear that after being told no less than 100 per fob from the other shops is just mind blowing. The staff running it are excellent and know what they are doing.

These guys really know their stuff. I had them copy a vehicle key for me and they were super quick and affordable. I was very impressed with the amount of specific knowledge they had on my 20-year-old car. They also caught an issue which I'm sure would have been missed at a big box store.

Our first experience. My wife went in just before 5 (after she had finished work). Staff was very helpful and treated her well in getting her a spare key for her Kia Forte.

Very impressed with their service. I needed an extra car key. I went to Lowe s first, but they no longer cut car keys. An employee there told me I would need to go to a dealership. I knew that would be very expensive, so I looked for an alternative and found Outlet Keys. I called to ensure they would be able to cut a key for my car and they were polite and even told me exactly where the shop was located. When I arrived I was greeted nicely and they went to work cutting my keys immediately. What impressed me most was that they didn t charge me until they had ensured that the keys unlocked my doors and started my car. Definitely the place to go if you need a key in Knoxville.

These guys are the best! We were only given a valet key with our used car so we needed a master key cut and a new fobs. They had 2 new ones cut and programmed in less than 10 minutes! Great price too. Happy to have found a new go to place.

My experience with Outlet was really great. They told me what to expect up front and were super easy to work with. James was able to come out earlier than expected. He did a great job communicating with me and I immediately knew he was going to treat me right. Very professional. Really excellent at his craft. He was able to rebuild the ignition switch on my Nissan after being damaged from a beak-in.

Bishop is the most helpful and cheerful young man. He's so professional and careful and detail oriented. He programmed my keys and explained everything to me. He also makes sure to double check everything to make sure it's ok.Unfortunately one of his coworkers was not real careful and cut my key wrong. I was given a back up and wasn't charged however.I like this local shop and how they charge an affordable flat rate to program a key. The best in town!

The staff helped me last minute just before they closed. Everyone was nice. I locked my keys in the trunk and the original locksmith I called said I needed a new key around $300. I went to outlet and they opened my trunk in 2 minutes, gave me a spare, and charged me just $5.

1000 percent satisfied. These guys are great. The tech ran a little late but called to let me know. Once he arrived he had my key made in less than an hour!! Very friendly staff. Also was the cheapest I found in Knoxville. Oh I forgot to mention I didn't even have a key for the tech to copy. He figured it all out and had it reprogrammed in like about an hour like I said. I recommend these folks if you're in need of a locksmith.

The service was impeccable!! I have a Cadillac. The time, communication and overall finished product was nothing short of Top Quality.I was even called back to see if i wanted my old key FOB back with a refund of $15.00 Who does that anymore? I can't say enough about how nice it was to hear in their voices that they cared and would do all they could to resolve the issue-and that they did.I highly recommend Outlet Key Shop and the team there.

I was expecting to buy a new fob for my vehicle. They managed to clean it and replace the body, and it was good as new! They saved me over 100 dollars. Very helpful

Can not say enough about how great these guys are. We spent almost 500 dollars at the dealership and still didn t have working fobs and these guys were patient and did the job for a fraction of the price. Will not go anywhere else. They will take care of you

Needed a spare key for my 2011 Volvo XC90, was having no luck except for the dealership (very expensive!) They not only were able to make a new key but it was at a very reasonable price. I'll definitely use them again and refer friends!

You need a key? Call or go here. These guys are awesome! We have used them several times. Their shop has way more key blanks than we've ever seen. They may have your hard to find key.
