Brought my truck in for a new belt. Richard was extremely friendly and helped me find the belt needed which was no easy task. Due to the strike that was taking place, only 12 belts existed in the country and he found me the closest one in Texas and ordered it immediately. Took a couple days to get in but they slapped it on and I was on my way. His wife even gave me a ride home due to the unforeseen circumstances. Appreciate the hospitality and will definitely use them again! Bring a dog treat when you go or a toy to play with their awesome pups!

My front windshield wipers had stopped working on the Hyundai Elantra GT so I took it Mr. Richard & the crew and they had it fixed under a few hours. So thankful to have walked into this shop, the guys are great. Looking to bring my car here anytime something needs done. Thank y all

My vehicle broke down on me. So I decided to have my vehicle towed to one touch auto. They quoted me $ 8,730.00 for a new transmission for my Nissan.I was never informed of a 280$ diagnostic fee until they called me Monday and told me I need a new transmission. So, my vehicle sat there until I could figure out what to do. An organization was assisting me with this. And they told me they shouldn't be charging me a diagnostic fee. They charge 48$ a day for it to sit in the grass.I called the dealership I purchased my vehicle from and they told me they don't have anything to do with them because the rate is ridiculous and because they are greedy. I don't like how they took advantage of person on a fixed income. The bill is currently about 1,000 to retrieve my vehicle. They have filed for a mechanics lein for my vehicle(that I'm currently making payments on.) . I'm never taking my vehicle to them again. You have been warned... Have a great day.

We were very happy, they were very Diligent in getting my car repaired. We were from out of town and our water pump went out and they got her done! We didn't have to spend any extra money on hotel and ubers. You all were a true blessing!! Thank you so much!

I was just driving down the road when car started making a horrible noise and vibration. They were able to get to it very quickly and fix it. They were very knowledgeable and didn t charge me an arm and a leg. It s nice having a mechanic I can trust.

Was able to get my car in for a full brake job without an appointment and finished in about 3 hours! Great service and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will definitely be bringing my car back here for any future issues.

Had our sons car towed here because it was the closet place. $1000+ for a new alternator and wiring harness. 1 week later car is dying intermittently again. Took it back here since they had just done work on it. This time they say it needs an o2 sensor and has a radiator leak. You didn t notice that a week ago? Decided to take it to another mechanic. These scrubs charged me another $200 for diagnostics on a problem they should have seen a week ago when I paid them 1k. Save your money and go to Smoky Mountain Auto Service in Seymour.

Wasted my time. Couldn't get me in for an oil change and couldn't tell me when they could get me in. I called, they said we don't do appointments. So I come in a day the following week, they said they couldn't get me in but to try to come the next day when they open. I re-arrange my day to come in at 8am like they asked and when I get there they say, "That's not gonna happen."I've come here in the past to have an engine replaced, and they were very prompt and responsive. I guess they don't care if it's just routine care. I won't be back because of this.

I had my throttle body replaced on my 2013 Ford Escape. Richard then found I had bad motor mounts. So he fixed them also.!One touch was a little pricey for my taste but I guess you get what you pay for.If you want it done right One Touch Auto is the place to go!

Great garage. I was traveling through Tennessee and my engine overheated. They fixed me up and did a thorough job. The owner is easy going and friendly. The shop has a nice location and atmosphere. Very satisfied with this experience! I thought it was a blown head gasket when I brought it in but they checked for water and determined it was actually rust in the radiator which was a very professional diagnosis and I'm very grateful for that considering I thought I would have to scrap my vehicle. Would recommend.

Quick, easy to work with. The only issue I has was the labor rate differential between one touch and All-State insurance company. But, all things considered, for convenience, fast and friendly service, I would not take my Mini Roadster anywhere else! And I have recommended them highly to friends and family.

I highly recommend this place! They were able to get us in right away for new brakes. The owners are extremely nice and happy to get you back on the road in a timely manner at reasonable prices, while we waited. The dogs and puppies were an added plus!!! Took my BMW there to have the A/C looked at. It would blow cold at first but then get warm over time. Check the Freon levels, compressor, condenser, everything and could not figure it out. I spoke with the owner about it and after a short conversation he figured out the problem saving me hundreds of dollars if I had started replacing the A/C components. Dropped it off Sunday night and picked it up Tuesday afternoon with minimal damage to the wallet. He told me the good and bad news no surprises no gimmicks. Found out multiple brake lights were out and was unsure if it was wiring or just bulbs. I didn't have time with work to do repairs or diagnose the issue myself. Within the same day got my car back with a verification that they even checked the wiring for me and ensured there was no other issues present with the lights. For anyone looking to use One Touch remember that there's an industry basic diagnostic fee (mechanics don't work for free). They tell you what it is upfront before you enter into an agreement with them. So if it ends up being a simple fix it may sound pricey, but when I took that fee away from the full cost, it was actually a very good price from what I've been charged before from other mechanics. They didn't call me to try and upsell me on anything and didn't take the liberty to do any extra repairs to charge me more. I'll definitely be going back to get further issues on my car handled soon.Service: Electrical repair

Had a problem with my AC/heater unit heading into winter last year. Took it to a shop and they fixed the heat but at the time the estimate to fix the AC was not in my budget. Now going into summer I wanted the AC fixed. The previous shop had closed down so I checked out One Touch. The estimate was nearly identical to the 1st estimate I had last year. The AC was fixed ahead of schedule which happened to work out great with my work schedule. Today it hit 90 degrees according to my trucks temperature gauge. I had an issue with my car, called and brought it in at the end of the work day on a Wednesday, and I got my car back fixed that Friday. That s about as good as you could ask for on short notice. Sent a message about repairing a possible bad wheel bearing and they got back to me super fast. Was able to drop the vehicle off at a time that was convenient to me and they kept me updated on all needed repairs and the repair/replacement only took a couple days. They were able to find my problems and replaced both rear hub assemblies, wheel bearings, and did an alignment. Price was fair and they communicated up front and were transparent about the needed repairs, options, price, etc. I'll definitely be giving them a call for any needed repairs in the future.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Was recommended by a friend who has used services for a decade. No frills, down to business, get you out as quick as possible without over charging kind of experience. Their diagnosis was good but too pricey for a simple fix. They also took my engine cover off and didn t put it back on. I called to try to get it back but they seemed to have lost it.

I have used One Touch Auto Repair for several years and several vehicles, and have always had great results. This vehicle was purchased through One Touch. My problem was overheating and a starter that gave out. Richard, Nikki and their staff gave us their usual prompt attention and service. I called another place to see if I could get my rear axle seals replaced, first they told me they couldn t do it until 2nd week in January then they told me they really didn t want to do it at all and gave me (One touch auto repair number). So I called them expecting same time frame but that was not the case they got me straight in the same day and started repairing but I had some other issues they found. He always called kept me in the loop with everything! I was very impressed with there service and customer care and will be using them for all my auto repair needs!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I took it there to be fixed due to a blown out transmission. But, he wanted 6000 to fix it. So as it sat there on the grass for two weeks I was charged 30-plus dollars a day for it to just sit there. So for a diag and a grass sit, I was charged 750.00.Today I junked the Audi and because of the way this was charged at the maximum dollar, I felt over charged and decieved.So, I cannot recommend One Touch in any shape, form or fashion. Richard, the owner, charged money, for it sitting on the grass. He called it a storage fee.So I cannot recommend One Touch for anything. There was never any concern given to the car, just my wallet, of which was Very successful.

One Touch Auto Repair provided outstanding service when I needed it the most. My car died up the road and after a kind stranger jumped it, I drove to their shop. With a dog and three young kids in tow and no way home, I was stressed. They worked me in despite their workload and took a look at my car and fixed it in less than an hour. I heard an issue when I used my breaks. I called them and they said they had time this week. When I pulled in the lot, they were pretty full but nonetheless, they got my car done in one day. I needed new rotors and break pads and even though they were clearly busy, their fast service got me back into my car the next day.
