This was honestly a much better experience than we expected. We weren't planning on leaving with a new vehicle today. That being said, the entire atmosphere is so fun and everyone is so familiar. Mo listened to our needs and found us the perfect fit, Aaron helped us with the finals and were both extremely personable while maintaining top-tier professionalism. My husband is more than pleased with his new ride, his lease, his warranty, his experience. An easy 5 stars from us!

Andy really came through for us. He was great to work with, very professional, and really took care of us. We can't thank you enough Andy! Trista was very genuine, down to earth, and did a fantastic job helping us find a car that would work for our family. I was indecisive between 2 cars, and she let me take my time without any feelings of being rushed or that I had to make a decision right then. The whole team at Ole Ben Franklin were great and fun to work with.

I wish I could give a half of a Star My Son bought a car here and the radio was glitching. Keep in mind they give ya 30 days so they say. Salesman was Tj. Keep in mind they knew this the day of purchase. They stated they would replace the radio alright cool. 9 months later still no radio. I call the lie. They tell me to bring the car so the mechanic can look at it and still months later they still lying. I talk to Dexter the manager he lied as well. He said pay 200.00 they would get the radio and replace it. We paid the 200.00 and almost 3 more months later still no radio. I called to check they claim they still looking for the radio, but my son get online and find the exact radio order it and it arrives in 3 days. Paid to have it installed and everything is good! Called them to get the 200.00 back we have got nothing but the run around about 200.00 and lies after lies They didn t stick to their word and they lie so much.

Get with Ty, he will try everything to get you in a car the day you come! As a first time buyer I was nervous and he made me completely comfortable with the whole situation. Left happy with a car.

Austin was a Great dude went to 6 different dealerships before this got turned down by all of them came here and he has helped me every step of the way and been straight forward with everything. All around great service and punctuality.

For the love of all things holy, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! There are tons of other places to go, please do not ever even think about going to this one! We bought my sons car there, paying 10 thousand more than the cars worth when it's all said and done, the boy has the piece of crap THREE MONTHS, and the transmission went out! They would do NOTHING to help us. Then started dodging our phone calls. We are stuck with the piece of junk and it took 2 months and 2000 more dollars to find the transmission, thank GOD we had someone to help the kid do the work that took 2 weeks to complete. And now it is going out again. I don't know if they doctored it, or knew there was something wrong with the car, but all their other cars they do some kind of warranty, not his, I wonder why? Then they refuse to help in any way, ignore calls, dodge calls, they are shady, VERY SHADY business people!!! My next step is reporting to the BBB and anyone else that will listen! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, EVER EVER EVER EVER!!!!!

Today we visited Ole Ben on Clinton Hwy, we were very pleased with the service and the sales agent Ty Simpson. He was most pleasant to deal with and very helpful with our purchase of our new car. Definitely will recommend him and the company to family and friends.Very pleased with the service.

I walked into this place and immediately loved the vibes in here. Austin was AMAZING!! He promised me when we pulled up that he would get me into a car TODAY and he followed through on that promise. I can not even express how thankful I am for the miracles they worked for me in here.Happy Birthday to me!!

I want to thank Andy Phillips for being such a great sales and store manager and shout out to Ty he s a great salesman this people are TRUSTWORTHY. They worked with my credit of 483 and i was about to leave with a 2015 Mercedes GLA250 4matuc, but I had unfortunately gotten laid off so i wouldn t have been able to make the payments. I would ve left with it had i kept my job! Wonderful people, I WILL be back!!

I realize there are so many choices in the area to purchase a vehicle, 30 plus car dealerships on Clinton Hwy alone., I have continued to do business with this location and staff., Honesty is the most important moral to me., and I have found Garret and TJ and the crew do everything to get it right and honest about what can happen or not!! 600 plus cars in the local area they can usually find what you need! Really nice folks!!

Lucas Wilhbot is absolutely amazing! Came in not having a lot to work with at all and he had me leaving with a 2018 Dodge Journey. Great reasonable payments and worked so hard to get me into a much needed vehicle. I will 100% make sure to do business with them in the future.

Love them. Michael helped to get me out of a cosigner situationship with my previous car (a 2014 Hyundai). Him and Andy were awesome people helping anyway they could. I definitly recommend them if you have any issues you feel maybe keeping you from buying a different car. They helped me to find a car I love (a 2021 Toyota) i couldnt be happier.

Buyer Beware! This place is a total scam. I received a flyer in the mail stating that I won a new TV, no purchase necessary. I knew this was too good to be true, which it was, but nevertheless, I wanted to claim my prize and see what vehicles they had. Upon arrival, I was met by a salesman and started talking about what I was looking for in a new vehicle. After filling out this information, the salesman and I went out to look at the cars. 90% of the cars had dents, scratches, or filth all over the interior of the cars. The salesman determined that I could handle 1500 a month based on rough estimates of salary. No credit score was run, nor did I agree to one because I was not interested in buying a car. Unfortunately, it was discovered that the company did a hard credit check on my account. Also, each of the dirty pickup trucks was described as "over" the 300/month I wanted to spend, although they were also scratched and 5+ years old and didn't even have powered seats. Absolutely absurd. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! The GM commented that he wanted me to call and discuss the issue. I called two days ago and left a message, but still no phone call back.

There are much better places to purchase a car than here CROOKS LIARS MANIPULATIVE BLOOD SUCKING CREDIT VAMPIRES Will lore you into their place with mail that you have won a tv lies lies lies!!!! Read every word especially the finest print(give yourself all the time you need) and don t allow them to over power you. Will charge you what they if you are not careful. Very untrusted business!!! I had to attain a lawyer immediately and got all my things back for how they tried to rip me off it was well worth it!!!!9 day process OLD BEN you can t play with every women definitely not this one!!!!
