Nathan Eddlemen worked so hard to get us into the car we had been wanting for so long. We came onto the lot knowing EXACTLY what we wanted and what we felt comfortable paying and he got it right on !It took us a few hours going back and forth with the banks, we had our two baby s with us too but they were all really nice and patient with us. This was our first new purchase and we are currently building our credit, so far from perfect ! Just know it is possible to have what you want with a little hard work and a good salesman We ve had our 2020 Chevy Tahoe almost 2 months and I literally couldn t be happier. It felt good not settling for just anything and they knew what we wanted and wasn t trying to force something else on us like most dealerships do. Go here because I promise they ll try and do whatever they can to make sure you are happy and have a good vehicle !!

I am extremely happy overall with my experience at this dealership, and I will explain why,I had already been to three other dealerships who denied me not just because of my bad credit, but because I had four charge offs.. when I went to old Ben Franklin, I expected to not be approved and I was right they denied me, but then, Ole Ben Franklin spoke with the finance stuff, and somehow got me approved for my beautiful Mitsubishi!!!! I am so very happy and excited after reading reviews I wasn t sure if it was going to be a good move, but then Austin made sure that I knew anything I needed would be taken care of within a certain amount of days if I needed anything!!!I would recommend the dealership to anyone just starting out anyone that needs a car and doesn t know where to look or doesn t want to go on marketplace to find one!!!!! I will say that if your credit is like mine, bring a decent size down payment more than 1000 but no more than four!!!Thank you so much Austin and everyone at the dealership who made my experience so grand.. this is my first car and my first asset, and I couldn t be happier to know I got it from them!

I am so very happy with my new car! I knew my credit was not good but I thought I'd just give it a shot. I walked in and Bernard Harrell was waiting by the door and was very welcoming. He went over my credit and finances and showed me a couple cars I could possibly try for. I instantly fell in love with one I saw right away. I took it for a spin around the lot and was hooked. But he wasn't sure if I could get in that one so he showed me another one that was nice as well just in case. It was nice as well. I was then told I could make it work If I could get a cosigner. I already knew that was a possibility and my mother had agreed to do it if needed. She is paralyzed and bedridden so they had one of their employees follow us home and let my mom sign everything to be my co-signer. Once all that was done Bernard called me excited to tell me that they were able to make it work with the first car I initially saw and wanted! My stepfather drove me back up to the lot so I could sign all the paperwork and get the keys and drive away and my new car! I would absolutely recommend Ole Ben Franklin! Thanks so much Bernard and all that helped make it work for me!

Mr Ellis was great to deal with, as was one of his managers. Of course he asked me to buy, that's basically in the job, description! But, after he d went over the inventory company wide and determined OBF didn t have the VERY SPECIFIC truck, which has a VERY specific towing package, he got my information and let me go without any nonsense.Oh, he also followed-up, politely, but I found the truck I was looking for in Clinton TN. Great overall experience. I ll be back when the need arises!

I had been speaking with an agent beginning on Wednesday about a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander. The Outlander price on Wednesday when I began speaking to them was $14,875 when I called back on Thursday the price had went up to $16,900. I thought it was odd that the price would increase $2000 overnight so that was a red flag. I called and confirmed on Friday that I would be attending my appointment with Nathan. When I got there, I didn t even meet with Nathan. He came out and said hi and said he was jumping around from place to place and spent about 30 seconds with me. I was taken into a back room. My information was collected. I looked through the inventory and the vehicle I came to buy had already been sold. They had called me the morning of prior to my appointment to confirm that I was going to be there and didn t even tell me that my vehicle that I wanted to buy was sold. It would ve saved me four hours of time dealing with these guys. Before I decided to try to apply here I told Nathan that my vehicle was underwater about $5000. He said no worries come on in will get you qualified. I even had a cosigner with perfect credit. I get there the vehicle I wanted was already sold they then tried to put me in a $30,000 jeep compass with severe damage to the backend. I then realized that this place was as my wife puts it swarmy . I didn t feel like my time was valued there. I feel like their VIP credit offer is a gimmick to get you in the door. They don t even offer you the VIP credit offer when you arrive there s no discussion about it but when they get you on the phone before your visit, they sell it up to you like it s the best deal on the market. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

God Knew my Need, & Ole Ben has Helped me COMPLETELY REGAIN MY INDEPENDENCE again!They Not Only Prioritized me, Made me Feel Respected they Looked at My Situation for what it was. They re ACTUALLY Genuine. People who Love their Job OF Helping others. I was NOT Just Another Sale . AUSTIN & JAMIE Completely Enhanced my Life & Provided me with a SAFE, SPACIOUS, RELIABLE, AWD SUV!-Which is EXACTLY What I requested. In my Need of Crisis, they found the PERFECT SUV for me & my 3 Little Gentleman! As a single Mother, That s EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! You don t know how much that means to me.I ll be Honest, I was Scared That my Car wasn t going to make it to Ole Ben. I Came From 3 Hours away, Terrified. I left Feeling Unexplainable, and Happy, In My New SUV! My Pastor Said what you Value, You Make Time For. -They Valued me & My 3 Little Guys. I could have saved Myself so Much Stress, Time, & Money By just coming here in the 1st Place. They NEVER gave me the Dealership Run Around. But my Residency IS established. (For anyone in a similar situation)I still Can t Believe I didn t need a Co-Signer! I got to Make My Purchase Independently!They Collected some information over the phone, She set me up for 2pm! Ole Ben got me approved FAST!I was Scared I was going to Get turned down again. I sat there 25 Minutes*Had a Moment With God**Casted My Burdens To Him**Waited another 5 Minutes or so*Austin Comes around the corner with a Sparkle in His Eye I Think I found something that you re Really gonna Like. With the Happiest Smile. It was so Warm. I Hopped Up in Excitement, We Raced to the door.She was Rootin -Tootin Gorgeous & took my Breath away.He said, There. Now you got Room for your Boys, SAFE/Reliable, Great Fuel Economy, AWD SUV & you re Bougie! I told Him I ve never had anything this Nice with Tears in My Eyes. I was Enthralled. Beyond Happy. He taught me about my New Car & He said Hop in, let s Take it for a Test Drive! During my Drive, I got to learn a Little Bit about Austin: How he started in Detailing, Then earned a Sales Position & transferred within the company! Definitely an Asset! The Test drive ended & I was Signing my Name PROUDLY on the Line!Shoutout to Mike from Finances!! He was Fantastic & Worked So Diligently on My Behalf. He s Goal Oriented & Knowledgeable. He was able to set me Up with a Plan that fit my Budget & added the Company s GAP Insurance Policy in my Monthly Plan! I Can t believe the Deal I got- PHEW Doggies!!After the Financial aspect of it, We went back to the cubicle to Finalize Paperwork. They were beyond Hospitable & the bathrooms were Immaculate!I got all My Documents, Title Swap, Insurance Finalized, & Keys! Austin also Helped me Transfer all My Boxes & Belongings over to My New, Reliable, Bougie SUV! -His Words! My SUV drives like an Absolute DREAM. Thank you to all the Gentleman who helped me today & listened to my Concerns! Special Thanks to Jamie Eady, Austin Stamey, & Mike From The Financial Department!They Explained everything in Depth, and Thoroughly! I Pulled off the Lot at 6:15pm grinning Ear to Ear.I truly thank God for bringing them In My Life! Buying the vehicle was a simple, straight-forward process that the staff made as easy as possible with a fair price. I'm very pleased with the dealership and their determination to make the buying process a positive experience! The co-owner (Darrel Watson) went above and beyond when he found out about an overlooked mechanical issue. The issue was resolved quickly and he kept me informed during the entire process. If you're in the area or buying a car online I highly suggest Ole Ben Franklin Motors.

They didn t want to take on the negative equity from my trade-in. On top of that, the truck they tried selling me was 6.5k over book value and the credit union warned me against doing business with them. 6.5k over book value should be criminal. Carmax gave me a much better deal for essentially the same truck. Be warned and check your book value before signing anything.

Business operates by conducting bad sales that are overpriced without inspecting their vehicles prior to sales. This is an example of what can occur: I was sold a vehicle with a broken radiator that was leaking. On that same day, I contacted the business about the issue, but they chose to not acknowledge my concerns as a customer. They did not want to recognize the issue about the radiator nor about the defective tires as seen in the uploaded photos. Due to the business' negligence, their lack of concern over the vehicle's mechanical issues nearly resulted in my own death and/or the potential death of another driver.

Went to help my niece get a car. And after listening to all the sales people cussing and attitude. I was done with this one tossing things at me and I simply said you know manners come in handy. He then sits down and says you send that email yet. I said yep. And he pops off with no need for the attitude and starts flipping out. I went not feeling the best. I just called my husband to pick me up, didn t say nothing to him. And this sales man sits down and says if your boy shows up I ll put my foot in his teeth! I just walk out. Leaving my niece. Nope. I get stressed and having a long day. But that was a no go. I d give a full on zero but it won t let me.They sent a guy to pick us up. Guys car filthy. Cussing on his phone. Sees a cop that flipped their lights on. We thought he was getting pulled over. Pops off with nope I m running. Umm excuse me. Joke or not, it s not something you say in front of customers.

I can't say enough good things about the guys down at Ole Ben Franklin Motors, especially Mike Wilson, the Operations Manager, and the Service Team. All were a true pleasure to work with.I came in late on a Saturday night looking to trade. Mike and the finance team made selecting the perfect vehicle for me a breeze. I did have a minor issue with the car 2 weeks after purchase and true to their word they covered the cost of repairs.Do yourself a favor, head on down to OLB Kingston Pike, and ask to speak to Mike. He'll take care of you and treat you right.

I knew my wife wanted something bigger so after some talking my father mentioned ole Ben Franklin motors on Kingston pike. So I took the ole lady and went on down after taking with a good friend now Dillon a sales rep. When we arrived we were welcomed and greeted like family. After some talking and number crunching Dillon and the staff at ole Ben Franklin got my wife exactly what she was looking for. That s not the kicker we got it for $0.00 dollars down yes that s not a typo $0.00 dollars down. Big thanks and much appreciation shot towards Big Ben for this one. If anyone is in need and I mean anyone, go down and see what ole Ben Franklin motors can get you in i GUARANTEE you won t be disappointed.
