It is unfortunate that I have to write this, as I was initially very pleased with the communication I received from this company. On Oct 27, 2023, after seeing many people recommending Oggs, I agreed to have him tint my wife's 2022 Mustang Mach-E GT. You can find it posted on his page as an advertising post. An initial inspection appeared fine, but unfortunately there would be issues found after several days once the film dried. I did not address it at the time, but he did leave the vehicle fairly messy, with spray solution dripped onto multiple areas of the vehicle. I figured it was the cost of doing business and cleaned these things myself. He even left some tools at my house and I called him to inform him he had forgotten them.On Nov 7, I reached out as there was still bubbling under multiple windows. He alleged it could be water trapped still, but when I informed him I could see debris with my eyes, he said he would have to see it to determine. To save all the long details, I had to reach out multiple times over various days to get a response, to which I was asked to provide photos and videos of the issues. I obliged and have sent these items on multiple occasions. On Dec 3, one of the window tint started peeling. We also noted that the front windshield had a very significant fold in the tint that was hidden while it was still wet and that the rear window has areas where the tint was poorly cut.I have attempted to resolve this with Oggs Mobile Enterprise, LLC multiple times, asking him to schedule a time to come out to look at it. Most recently I have attempted to contact him since Dec 4, 2023 to discuss the issues, but it has been radio silence despite him being active on his personal and business page.I cannot recommend this individual for services, despite how many other customers have had a positive experience. That positivity has not been my experience, and I am forced to seek recompense for the poor quality of workmanship elsewhere and pay further money out of pocket to have his work removed and corrected.As he has responded to others with negative experiences alleging that this is a racial issue, I can assure you there is nothing racial about this. It is purely a business transaction. We even discussed the importance of supporting all small business when meeting in person, as well as multiple times via chat. Being a small business owner also means working hard to keep your customers happy with quality craftsmanship, as word of mouth is your biggest advertisement. It is difficult to support any business who does not stand behind their work or craftsmanship and who continually refuses to communicate with customers in a healthy manner after receiving their money. We trusted him with our vehicle that was important to my wife, paid him $568, and ended up with tint that is bubbling on all four side windows, peeling off one, is poorly cut on the back, and has folds and cuts in the windshield.Edited to add: now he's claiming I did it myself and peeled it intentionallySecond edit: I had the work done elsewhere. They confirmed, via testing using tools, that Oggz lied about the tint that was applied. I paid him for ceramic tint, however, what we received was not ceramic tint. It was carbon that he installed, committing an act of theft using bait and switch.

On July 19th 2022 I decided to book services for window tint for my car through Oggs Details N Tints/Oggs Mobile Enterprise. I agreed for him to tint my front and back windows and back windshield with 35% ceramic tint for $250. He convinced me to pay in cash so there wouldn't be taxes on it so I did. He proclaims excellent service and these things usually have warranties. A few of his reviews were similar to my experience, terrible service and him ghosting you when you say there is a problem with it. I waited the two weeks for it to dry to make sure the problem didn't just dry away, it did not. There are hundreds of different size and type bubbles all over the tint that did not go away. Some are even dirt bubbles which are from the windows not even been cleaned properly. I told him about the issue and he ghosted me, and tried to blame it on me even though the bubbles were obviously caused by the application process. I asked him to fix the issue and he will not communicate with me further or give me a time for him to fix it. He also guilts people into immediately leaving good reviews, which I also did initally but now I wrote these reviews as a warning to others to beware of his lack of professionalism.

Got my tint done by oggs a little over a month ago. Not impressed. When I got the tint done I had soap stains on my interior which I had to wash out. Tint looked good for a few weeks then started peeling in some spots, and one one of the windows was cut too short. They gave me a warranty but when I tried contacting them I get no response.Service: Window tinting

-lack of attention to interior detail-left without finishing the floor mats and inserts for cup holders, review mirror wasn t wiped down-windows were streaky, (I had to double check after I paid him that windows were included because it seemed like he wasn t going to do them).-There was a sticky spot on the counsel that I asked him to borrow a rag so I could get it before he left.-quoted $185-200 for full mobile detail, only performed an interior and still charged me $200 then when I gave him the chance to make it right by finishing or refunding, he made excuses.-Basically I paid $200 for vacuuming for 3 hours.Very disappointed in the quality for the price.Service: Vacuuming

DJ has already done my 2015 f150 and done a awesome job. Now he's doing my daughter's 96 Toyota camry and has done another great job. If your looking for widow tinting then look no further DJ is the best.

I have a 2021 ram and got the frt 2 windows tinted and they matched the rears perfect. Great service ! Definitely taking my other vehicles back to get some detail work and more tint !

I went and got my windows tinted and he was great to talk to. The only problem i had was the quality of the work. I had to take my back window tint off because of how bad it was, left 3 inch light gaps and razor cuts that looked like mountains. I finally rolled down my front windows today and there are some bad razor cuts on them and light gaps in them, as well. Not saying this to bash him, he is a great guy, just warning the future customer thats wanting to get there windows tinted.Service: Window tinting

Forget car washes and detailing centers. DJ came to me and removed stains the car wash facilities couldn't get out. He takes great pride in his work and rightfully so. Very fair pricing and amazing work.

I rarely write a bad review, and gave DJ ample time and opportunity to avoid writing this. We hired him to detail and clean a camper. We agreed on a price of $900.00 for the finished product. We were extremely flexible with when he came and let him work us in on his own time. We did have issues with the a/c working on the camper, but told him repeatedly he did not need to come finish until we got it fixed. He came down 3 times and worked for several hours. He requested to be paid $450.00 (half of the agreed price) on the first visit he worked, which we paid. On the 3rd visit, he ask for an additional $200.00, which we paid. We went on vacation and ask him to wait till we got back to come continue working on it. Once we got back, repeated calls and texts to DJ were unanswered as to when he could come back and finish. NO reply or return phone call!! We have never heard back from him!! The inside of the camper is not finished at all and he didn't even start on the outside. We are now out $650.00 cash (on a $900.00 job) and do not have an even close to finished product!! Very bad business practice!! Word of advice is DO NOT pay this man until the job is finished, or better yet DO NOT use him at all!!!

A+ job by DJ. I was so amazed how many stains he was able to get out of my seats. My car smells so good! He did the interior, exterior, and engine bay detail. I ll definitely be referring him to people.
