Disorganized and Lazy! Will do nothing to help or satisfy a customer. Went to the Dandridge store to get a part...only at warehouse...OK, paid and drove all the way to Cherry St. to pick-up. Morons did something wrong...part pulled, no way to retrieve it (I call BS...just to freaking lazy) I demand a refund and they tell me to go back to Dandridge to get it. Fine.. grit my teeth..when can I get my part? Tomorrow. Ok, all the way to Cherry street again! They shipped it to the Dandridge store! Aaaaaaaaargh...apologetic No! Fix it No! Pay for my time and gas No! So, I will be visiting the Dandridge store for a refund tomorrow, and I urge anyone who needs parts to use a local guy and not a big chain who couldn't give 2cents about your time with minimum wage uneducated lazy disgruntled morons who don't care either attempting not to serve you. I will be boycotting O'Reilly's and urge all to do the same if you value your time, money, or sanity...because they do not!
