This is THE BEST O'Reilly Auto Parts store !!!I have been a customer of this store for about 15 years and they have always gone "above and beyond" to be helpful and have always taken the best care of me. Being a 69 year old female, it is comforting to know that I can depend on these guys to take good care of me. Every single staff member here has been extremely kind and I appreciate the good service that I always get from them .... everyone here is just so nice ... from Gerney's extra kindness to the store manager, Daniel Watson, who personally helped me today. I have a small Nissan and my headlights are just the worst to try to replace a bulb, but they have always stuck with it until they were able to get it fixed for me. I appreciate them so much and I won't go anywhere else because they are THE BEST !!! I highly recommend this store !!!

I've never had a disappointing experience here! The staff has always been helpful & knowledgeable. Everyone is very friendly. I'm female & I really appreciate the fact that the staff doesn't treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about. They're a good location, I def recommend them

The manager on shift yesterday afternoon was extremely patient and helpful. I was broken down mid way on a 10hr trip in the rv. I needed to replace both front calipers. We searched and cross referenced numbers for a while. He helped me find the parts and even packed up some of my old parts. Thanks again for helping.me get back on the road.

The staff, in particular the managers, as one had a Manager patch, and the other had an Assistant Manager patch, we're very rude. They didn't greet me when I walked in. They just looked at me and didn't even ask if I needed help with anything, and I indeed did. As I'm walking around trying to find this specific product my husband sent me after, after a few minutes, another young girl with a first call patch was walking around with a receipt and hand full of parts, she was obviously very busy, but still took the time and asked me how I was doing and if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for and she helped me find it in a matter of 30 Seconds. The other 2 were do8ng nothing but talking among themselves. And this young girl was obviously busy but she took time to help me. That is customer service. The managers looked like they were way too close to be working together, as some of their behavior wasn't appropriate for a work place. They acted as if they were too good to even wait on me at the counter as I waited for over a minute to check out and then the lady Leslie told me I'd have to come all the way to the other end to check out and I had to pick my items up and move them again. I could understand if they were slammed busy but the 15 minutes I was in the store they had not a single other customer. If you want to keep customers and keep business you need to hire Managers who know what customer satisfaction is

Very helpful all the time!!!! They check codes, look up needed parts and prices, and give good direction on repair suggestions.They go above and beyond to take care of us in the neighborhood! Thank you, Ft. City O'Reilly!!!!

I had gone to Auto Zone on N. Broadway this afternoon. They were very helpful. But, they didn't have the product that I needed.I went to O'Reily Auto Parts at 2901-B Tazwell Pike Knoxville Tennessee. I spoke with a lady named Leslie. She had the product that I was looking for. She gave information about what I needed. There were multiple options that I could have chosen. Leslie helped me find what I needed and in the price range that fit my budget. The she helped install the part. She comes highly recommended. O"Reilly Auto Parts come highly recommended. Thank you very much Leslie.

I ve been to other parts store all over Knoxville and this location/store has always been top of the list. From the current manager AND assistant manager, finding the part(s) needed is their priority. Sure there are other employees that miss the point or give counter space leaning a good name, but each person genuinely wants to assist or help. Thanks Guys (and gal).

Always a good selection of parts and accessories. But the employee refused to price match because I did not have a receipt from another competitor when he could have simply called or took my word for it and was kind of rude

We have a fleet of cargo vans and several employee owned vehicles ranging from American made, Japanese and European...well there's a lot of maintenence involved with keeping the wheels turning and having a quality parts supplier is key. Our local O'Reilly store and there staff are incredible! Any part we need they can get and fast. Gotta say thanks for your help in keeping our company moving forward.

Liars, cheats and thieves. As a test I took 2 fully charged batteries in there for them to test them. They took them behind the counter and "tested" them without me being able to see. Guy comes back and says they're both bad and insists on taking the batteries. Lol, nice try. Shop elsewhere folks.

Bike needed an oil change, so did it in the parking lot (from out of state) Gave me a funnel, rubber gloves and some paper towels to help with the job. Outstanding customer service.

Bought an exhaust tip from here and didn t realize it wasn t the right size but it was already out of the rapper/package, went in to return it with the receipt and they told me they couldn t return it because it didn t have the plastic rapper around it! I would understand if I didn t have the receipt but that s just ridiculous! Will not be coming back.

If you visit the tazewell pike store, you're in for a superbly friendly treat. Misty Hill is,hands down, the nicest parts store employee I've ever encountered. Thank you to whom it concerns for hiring her and making my experience a valued one... Great job Misty

Lee and Kim are always super helpful I would give 5 stars to them. But Leslie and the 2 men with glasses are just flat out rude and lazy. Not helpful at all. When asked where something is, they just point and say it's over there and still have to stand there and look for it because they won't help you

O'Reilly's is the best place to get any auto mechanic parts for your favorite vehicles . they have the best associates and thay don't mind helping you find the parts you need fast! They have very clean restrooms, good assorted shelves and ice cold drinks inside.this is the only place I go to get my parts and I'm allways walking to my truck happy

So helpful! Literally clueless when it comes to my car . They took the time to explain things in detail , beyond generous...and they did not try and take advantage of the fact that I knew very little about my car. Just over all kind hearted people.

I called for a price on an altanator for my Mitsubishi lancer and was told they had one for $104 BUT no stores in town had one so they ordered one and was suppose to call.me back upon its arrival.3 days later I call and ANOTHER guy says WE font have a $104 alternator for tgat vehicle. BuT I may be wrong let me call u back cause our computers down .3 days later. NO calls.NOT good business considering I had been waiting for a week now.Guess I should have went elsewhere ..

needed a bulb for chev impala for my wife's car-went to this location purchase -asked counter help how difficult to put in immediately was told they would do it against their company policy i said ok the then said he would look at for me , i thanked him told him ok we then went to car he looked at it said yes would possibly have to remove battery take lighting compartment apart to replace- the lower beam bulb but i could take across street to jiffy lube they would do it for $10.00 ,i thanked him and left- my wife asked a person at her work about in conversation he asked to look at it, he then removed 1screw for the asembley and replaced bulb. she then offered to pay him he said which we appreciated. I wonder if the guy at O"reillys just did not know how , was working with people across the street sending them business or just did not want to fool with the whole thing ( he had asked another employee who had walked by who also said it was complicated) anyway i guess i learned not to go to this location again ,too others out there! mike kimbriel
