The guys here are beyond helpful; I took my Mini Cooper there to check the error code from the check engine light and Chris showed an exemplary knowledge of European cars and helped me out. I came back the next day and we managed to find a $30 fix for something that would have cost me much much more had I gone to the dealership

Called at 6 pm. Was told the guy that turned rotors had left for the day. So I did some digging. EVERY O'REILLY EMPLOYEE IS TRAINED TO TURN ROTORS. Was told that by a manager and someone that worked at cooperate. Seems like "the guy" is pretty hard to catch. Go to Firestone. Don't buy any parts from these liars either.

Randy I m not sure his last nameHe was so freaking rude to my daughter.He needs to learn customer service. If you don t like your job that well and can t handle customer you should just quit. Act like she don t know her car. We will never be back here.

BUYERS Beware!!!! This store is not a safe place to go .Rebuilding 1987 JeepSpent hundreds with Randy on parts untill July 28, 2023Called in and ordered a head gasket kit for a 87 jeep spoke to Tammy the manager, it came in and Randy called left message on vm. As soon as I could I went by the store to pick it up ask for Randy he wasn't working that day.A man standing behind the counter named Julian that was on his name tag, ask what can I do for you. I told him I was here to pick up my head gasket kit . He told me he couldn't find it in the system, seemed to get very agitated, ask me what year in a very short rude manner, I told him. Then he seemed to have a very bad attitude with me the customer. I told.him I didn't appreciate his attitude, just here to pick up my order. He said he didn't appreciate my attitude. I said what? He started shaking like he was mad balled up his fist and stepped to the through the counter at me ? I ask him what are you going don hit me ? He was standing there shakingI looked at him and the customer next to me shocked. I asked to speak to his manager, he smarted off and said he would find her(Tammy) . I told him he didn't have to act like a punk be a Professional. He turned around like he was going to come back over to me , then Tammy came out from the back mean mugging and ask me what was going on? I explained ., she found my part and I left. Will not be back to this store. I should have read the reviews before I started trading here. Why did this happen? I have never experienced anything like this. Ever!Contacted the Corporate office have not heard not as Much as a apology.

Don't go to this store they are so dang rude it's unreal first they hang up on me and wen I call back to speak to a meanger they lie and say they the meanger then say they dont have the part I think his name was Randy because I went in the store after he hung up on me 2x he wouldnt tell me his name over the phone now remind u guys IM A COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT WITH THEM If I was u guys I would go to another part store not this one

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, had what I needed in stock, turned my brake rotors, fair prices, you guys are great! That's twice the "other" store left me hanging and O'Reilly saved me. There won't be a third. Good bye Auto Zone, hello O'Reilly!

I had a great experience last Saturday with a warranty issue on my brakes and rotors. I had called ahead to make sure they would honor warranty and to my surprise the gentleman actually had the parts pulled and waiting on us and we just exchanged the damaged parts for new! Zero hassle and excellent customer service!

Pricey on the parts I needed.The staff are always well-informed and able to help me with my needs. It's a good place to go for your Automotive needs. Friendly folks that take their time explaining Solutions when I need them.

I thought it would be a easy stop to buy spark plugs at this store, but I was wrong. I asked the guy if he could look up spark plugs for my 87 Accord. I told him it was a 4-cylinder carbureted engine. I had a bad feeling when he asked who made accords? I politely responded Honda. Then he asked what model it was and I told him it didn't I didn't know and it didn't matter as long as it was the 4-cylinder to later with the carburetor he said yes it does matter. I told him it didn't matter and just give me the spark plugs for one of the models. He looked up plugs and tried to sell me the most expensive iridium spark plugs that replaced apparently the copper ones that originally came in the car I said I wanted the cheapest spark plugs and then he said all he had was Platinum but he needed to know what model or he couldn't sell me the plugs. I left the store very dissatisfied and won't go back

Literally uneducated in the field that they perform if it is not in the computer then they have no clue what to do what it is how to help you or where you should go for someone more knowledgeable... I brought up electric assist power steering with u-joints and an intermediate shaft and got looked at like deer in the headlights okie dokie see you never

Called first and talked with one of the salespeople so I knew the part for my 1990 buick was in stock. In and out and back home to install my new ignition coil. Problem solved. She's purring like a kitten again. Thanks guys!

Was having the worst time, was stranded 500 miles from home, was losing all hope and faith on day two of being stuck. Went to advance auto parts and autozone none helped me and my family like O'Reilly's did. Chris and Angie were a blessing, seriously! Chris especially went above and beyond what a normal employee would do (restoring my faith in humanity). Especially on the time crunch I had on getting home before an important court hearing I had Monday 0800.Just want to say we made it home safe and sound last night around 2am.And Chris if you happen to read this thanks again brother. May God bless you in your endeavors and where ever you may go, on or off the race track.

This is one of O'Reilly's newer stores in K-town. I buy many thermostats from O'Reilly's because Advance Auto Parts only sells them in 195 degree ranges which is way too high for the cheap plastic radiators in older Mopar cars to handle. Where as O'Reilly's sells them in both 160 and 180 degree ranges. A long time now former friend of mine's company also services the HVAC systems in all of O'Reilly's store locations in the East Tennessee area, so I'm very familiar with them.
