I got my jeep in October, the staff was wonderful and worked hard to get me in the jeep. Fast forward to November and I have the dreaded death wobble and the check engine light starts staying on. I make and appointment and bring it to the dealership. I wait for 8 hours to be told that through my warranty they have it approved to be fixed but don't have the part and it is on back order that they will contact me. I wait until February and decide to call back and see if I can bring it to get an aftermarket part because at this point I feel unsafe driving. Schedule only to get a call the day of that they don't have the part not to bring it in. Last week I call back because then death wobble has gotten worse. Schedule to bring it in today, waited an hour to be told that it is half a day's work and they have no more rentals. The warranty is all nice if the service department had it together. So here I am waiting for a pick up because I need my only car fixed and even though I scheduled to bring my car into the dealership they have no loaner cars. To make it even better I live over an hour away. If you have to deal with them be prepared to feel like least priority and no communication!!!!!

They only care when your spending 100K for a new truck. Promises on how they will take care of you after the sale are completely ignored. I went as far as emailing the owner Gary with no reply. DO NOT BUY HERE!!I even waited a month to post this seeing if someone would call back and take care of it. They have the best pass the buck in sending you around differant persons in their phone system a person would think there talking to hackers in India!

James Williams and Zach Knox restored my faith in Dealerships and Salesmen. They didn't jerk me around. Didn't try and slide in a bunch of useless junk. Fought to get me the best rate I could get and made sure the Jeep I got was a solid vehicle. These guys are pros.

We were so impressed with the staff at North Knox CDJR! We drove 4 hours for a new vehicle and they had everything ready for us when we arrived to make the trade in /buying process as fast as possible and even stayed later than closing time to accommodate our drive up. We will recommend them to anyone looking for a good CDJR dealer because this is the best we have ever dealt with when it comes to the buying process. Special thanks to KJ there for his assistance and for staying late to ensure we were good to go up to and including helping transfer car seats to the new vehicle. I bought a jeep wrangler last May and was told they installed a brand new heavy duty clutch in it. Well it went out on Sunday and we haven't put 3000 miles on and guess what.......North Knoxville Jeep has ghosted us!!!! I've left messages for the sales manager and he doesn't have the respect and smile he had when I was handing over the money to buy it to even call me back after several calls!!!!! We bought a warranty that doesn't cover what they said it would and I will never give this place another penny. Buyer beware!!

I had a great experience buying a vehicle from North Knox Jeep. My salesman was Opie . He had a great sense of humor and was very courteous. He answered my questions and was very helpful. When I got to the financial part it went very smooth and I came out feeling very satisfied. The finance persons name was Zach. He was the best. He answered my questions in a way that was very easy to understand. These two are the best! I would gladly buy a vehicle from these two again.

Me and my family went there last month looking for a more reliable car. Luckily we got paired with Donnie, and he helped us leave with a 2020 Jeep Cherokee. Him and Todd are absolutely amazing and very friendly. They followed up with us twice as well. I have recommended them to other family members and we plan on returning when it is time for my boyfriend to purchase a Jeep of his own. I have had the car for a month now and still love it, and the warranty is unmatched.

We had a great experience purchasing a new SUV from North Knox. Mark and KJ were incredibly helpful and enjoyable to work with. We got exactly what we were looking for and left feeling like we got a great deal. Additionally, Mark drove my ID to the airport for me after I accidentally left it there. If he hadn't have done that my family and I would have missed our flight home.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! This dealership has no integrity, and will refuse to make anything right. This is the 3rd time that I have had this car in the shop, the first time was 3 weeks after I bought it and was almost stranded out of state with my kids. The second time was 6 months later with a broken water pump. I bought this car LESS THAN 2 YEARS AGO, and this is the outcome. The engine has blown up on me, I still owe SO much on this car (that now doesn t even run) I m now going to struggle with trying to pay for something else to drive, while still having to pay what I owe on this one. I attempted to get in touch with them numerous times when I first started having issues with it and no one would call me back. My situation is now a nightmare, save yourself the headache and take my advice, for the love of God y all DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

I purchased my vehicle new in March of 22. The day after I had it I noticed a chip on the front bumper and contacted the dealership, they were to get me some touch-up paint from the Oak Ridge location and that never happened nor could they fix it there.I went in today for my auto butler service and pointed out the rusting on the back, they told me it was dirt and that it comes off. It does not come off, It is rust, and they are not standing by their product. The vehicle has less than 20,000 mi on it and is still covered under warranty but apparently the chip in the front bumper that was there since they one it's not covered.I do not recommend buying from them if they are not going to stand by their products or honor their warranty. This really sucks because we have purchased three vehicles from multiple locations of theirs which includes Pals.If interested I have a rusting 2022 Jeep compass for sale, I will not buy from them again. This is very minor and something that can and should be fixed. However, not standing by your product, when the issue is minor makes me wonder how you would treat me when there was something major.

I wish I could give 10 stars.Long story short I drive in today to get an alignment on my Pacifica. The staff was able to get me in immediately, and asked if I wanted to stay and wait or drop the van off. I told them we would wait, and Lafayette let me know it would be a couple hours. No big deal, right? Except I had all 3 babies with me This man pulled a plan together so quickly. Austin rode with me and the kids back home, drove my van back to the dealership, and they took such excellent care of us.Running errands with 3 little ones can be a bit hectic, but this team went ABOVE and beyond with their care and customer service. Cannot express how amazing the express lane service team and manager, Mr. Patterson, were! I came in same day with literally only one lug nut holding my back wheel in place and they fixed me up immediately! Everyone was so kind and their concern for me and my vehicle made all the difference to what could have been a very bad situation. I felt safe driving away knowing they took care of me and my vehicle. Fast service with an excellent crew who truly cares about the work they do. 5 stars all around!

Zack you were amazing, couldn t ask for a better JEEP PROFESSIONAL, Every question we asked you had the answer, I m 52 years old and I ve purchased many vehicles and have never had this kind of professional service ever.You and all the folks @ North Knoxville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram are simply amazing!! My 2018 Jeep Wrangler was brought to this location for some warranty work for a coolant leak. The repairs were completed to my satisfaction. However, my complaint is the lack of communication. As a person who works as a service advisor, the lack of communication from my service advisor was to say the least sporadic at best. And what communication I did get was very lacking of information. Speaking as someone that has been a service advisor for over 30 years, this lack of communication and no sense of urgency to communicate with the customer is a direct reflection of poor training. It's my opinion that the advisor handling my repair ticket merely did what he has been trained and appears to be to provide very minimal communication.

Broke my $2000 car radio, had it for a month, fixed a problem and then unfixed it claiming that they have to leave the vehicle in the condition it was in when it got there. Service rep told me his technician is being stupid and won t fix the problem after we already paid for the work that was supposedly done. Then, offered $550 to fix the problem again, which I then got fixed at American radio for $50. This place is horrible, only wants your money, and doesn t care about their service. Do not go here.

Update: Bought a brand new car from here, everything has been great so far and I m happy with my car. Matt was my sells guy and he was awesome, Jonathan did our finance work and he was also really nice. Everyone was nice here. The only thing is I really wish I had a security system I thought this car came with one. They never said it did or it didn t. So that s on me for not reading the original sticker. You have to get a plus, or another package, like a daytona to get that. But so far so good. I got a dodge charger from here, no problems so far. But if you come here ask for Matt. I ll give more updates as I continue to drive my car. Might trade it in for a scatpack with them if they got one . Because it has a security system.

Ok! We have had a wonderful car buying experience again! Last year I bought my 2022 Dodge Challenger from North Knox and I love it! This year, my wife and I returned, and traded in her 2021 Charger, for a 2023, Last Call edition, Sinamon Stick Charger! We love this car.As happy as we are with this car, we are so grateful to, once again have James Williams as our Sales Consultant! He is so professional and intelligent about the brand. We are so blessed to have his guidance and continued friendship.Then, we were introduced to Zach Knox. This is a true gentleman, and a very kind person to converse with, and then make a killer deal, being very close to what we were wanting.Finally we were assisted by Jordan Queener. We met Jordan when we bought our Challenger, and now, he helped us with all the financing paperwork. He was VERY patient with all our questions. And I felt like he was very knowledgeable, and thorough in our deal.When buying a new or used car, you CAN NOT go wrong with this team! I am a very cynical man, and can't stand the car salesman BS. Went for a full service oil change , the technician only changed the oil, oil filter and checked the air filter nothing else. They were supposed to check top off all the fluids and didn't, I had to ask them to add air to the tires and they didn't know what the proper air pressure for the tires. I asked them to top off the fluids and they said that they couldn't . They gave me a price of 79.00$ then gave me a finale price of 116.00 and they couldn't really explain what the price difference was.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Herb and Zack were fantastic and both went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! They also got me a fantastic trade value for my vehicle. I will not buy a car anywhere else ever again! My recent purchase experience with NorthKnox CDJR was A-OK. Much of it was conducted online and via phone. Daniel Martinez was very helpful in representing the pre-owned '22 RAM 1500 pickup to me that I eventually purchased. He was quite knowledgeable about the RAM product and cooperative in negotiating a purchase price with his manager. I was an out-of-town buyer and he even picked me up at an offsite rental car agency and brought me to the dealership for the delivery. All in all, a favorable buying experience!

I made an appointment for my Fiat 500X having the warning light on and my advisors, Courtney and Nicky take care of the situation very quickly! The technicians were able to give me a diagnostic of my car the same morning. Their waiting area is spacious and modern, I was able to "work from home" using one of the desk spaces they have available for costumers. The attendant at the coffee area was very kind, they have complementary coffee and delicious cookies and other quick bites at good prices too!!! I can't wait to come back and take my car to a maintenance service :)!! Thank you very much!!!
