They have an excellent service department, which is why we traded our 17 Titan XD Cummins for our new 23 Rouge SL AWD here. They always are professional and easy to work with. Free snacks, Charging stand, and WiFi available too!!!

There service is great... I do have problems with my car as far as the radio and door locks but they are fixing them. There attitude is very welcomed after dealing with Toyota of Knoxville with my old Corolla!! They always have a smile and care about what's going on with my car... They listen!!!

I give Rusty Wallace Nissan a 3 for the service I received when Chris Dealt with me after a very bad experience with a local shop took all my money for a unwanted and unneeded timing chain and other stuff(ask and I will tell) I have returned 3 times to RustWallace for replacement of 2 camshaft positioning sensors and another sensor that had not helped the light go off. Ok, since the light did not go out, I advised Chris that I would leave it there when I could spare the vehicle for a few days. Well, closing time came with no word so I phoned. The tech that answered the phone said he did not think it had been looked at but he would have the other mechanic that Chris entrusted with my vehicle. He called back to say that 3 different machines were wrong about it still being the camshaft positioning sensor and a oil control valve wire. Ok, then with me just taking it back to get warranties parts fixed, I never assumed that the service department would commence to opening my engine and saying it was the camshaft itself! They did! My point is today and will always be do not fall for these work guaranteed by warranty ! Please these people will spend hours to find something else not warrantied and then try to charge you 1,000 s to diagnose something that is not warrantied. Two places did this to me. I m not making it up. In all Rusty Wallace Nissan and Service Street Garage has charged me a whopping $4,200 for repairs and guess what? The Service Engine Soon light is still luminary s. Don t worry about talking to the service manager about it because both places blame the other for your vehicle s problems. Lesson learned the hard way! Please if anyone knows someone who is honest, spread the word. I don t think there s many left!

Went to the service department looking for a specific paint they didn't have it in stock but they were able to identify it by my VIN number in order for me it was nice experience

I'm always treated well by this Nissan Service department. They work me into the schedule and the waiting area is suppurb. Always a great experience.

I dont know if the guy i talked to was just having a bad day, but he was super rude after i told him i just wanted to look and see what my options were. I will not be back, nor will i give Nissan my business.
